Clayton has been incredibly responsive to fixing any of the minor issues that came up after moving in, and I have no doubt that will be the case moving forward as well. Very friendly, professional and responsive team, overall -- I am happy I did business with them.

BOUGHT A HOME IN 2018 WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE EVERYONE VERY HELPFUL AND ON TIME. FAST FORWARD SEPT. 2020 HAD A STORM IN THE AREA CAUSED ME TO LOSE POWER TO PARTS OF MY HOME $750.00 AND A LICENSCED ELECTRICIAN LATER HE FOUND THE PROBLEM WAS A PLASTIC BOX THAT SERVED AS A JUCTION BOX WHICH SHORTED OUT AND VERY EASILY COULD HAVE CAUGHT FIRE GLAD WE WERE HOME AT THE TIME. SO BE CAUTIOUS. MAJOR CODE VIOLATION . CALLED LEFT MESSAGE AND NO RETURN CALLS

I cannot praise Clayton Homes – Bryan enough.  This process has been a dream from start to finish.  We met Wendy late 2018 causally looking for a home to be placed on our property.  We had gone to a few other nearby dealers and were having a hard time feeling like we were not negotiating with a used car salesperson.  Other companies refused to show us homes in our price range, made us feel trapped and uncomfortable.  Wendy was a breath of fresh air.  She did not pressure us into a home outside of our price range and was extremely knowledgeable about our options, price and features.We chewed over our options and never felt pressured or harassed by the sales team.  We made the decision to move forward with Clayton and it was the best decision we made.  The process of lending, time frame to have the house sent to us, construction and finishing was a breeze. Wendy was always a quick text or phone call away from any questions I had.Installation went amazing and quick!  The quality of service did not stop after the keys were delivered.  The team set high standards for themselves and met, or even exceeded them in my opinion.  They went through the home with a microscope making sure that every inch of the home was ready for us and without flaw.The entire Clayton team – Sales, Constructions, Contract Workers, Management – all deserve praise.  They did an incredible job and I would recommend them to anyone in the BCS area considering a new home!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....This company is horrible. They are all accomodating and full of information when making the sale, then once the sale is made, they just drop you. Once they had the sale, it was a constant struggle to get them to the place. Once there, they never finished all the touch ups and repairs needed; always an excuse of having to come back because they ran out of something or they had to contact someone else. Then, absolutely NO follow up. Told them about the AC not working repeatedly within my year warranty to only have them make an excuse not that they cant help me because the year warranty is up and the salesman that I told about the AC repair needs, got fired or no longer works there.

I bought a home from them 20 years ago and Im still in it and I love it

The only thing I’m disappointed about is that I don’t have the option to give them more than 5 stars.

Spent 90,000 on energy efficient sherman model double wide, and it was nice till summer hit, a/c runs non-stop, air is set on 73° but the coolest it gets is about 84°, with two young children in the house it is infuriating that they have no escape from the Texas heat, this house is not energy efficient by no means, unless of course you live in the woods, or maybe Alaska?.
