Awful experience with this place. I would totally give zero stars if I could. We were ready to start the home buying process with them. We were reassured we would be taken care of. We paid $500 up front. One week later we had to call them to try and push the process along because they had done absolutely nothing. Another week went by and still nothing. So, we decided not to proceed with them, as we felt like they were inattentive. We asked for a refund, which we were reassured many times over that it was completely refundable. They promised a refund, and ever since we have been contacting them over and over asking about our refund. They continually give excuses, and avoid talking to us. My husband had to pretend he was someone else just to get Eric to get on the phone with him. I spoke with Henry, and he had no answer other than he would check the receipt and call me back in half an hour. The money was paid on 3/9/2021. It is currently now 5/7/2021, and they are still giving the run around. We even opened a dispute through our bank. Run from this place as fast as you can. It’s not as if it was a small amount of money. To pay them $500 of hard earned money, and be hassled around after promising a refund is a question of where these people ethically stand. This is the kind of business they are operating. And how can you trust them if they are absolutely avoiding paying you back your own money? Very upsetting. Will never deal will them again.

I was just messed around and told things that were completely untrue by the sales manager and all the General manager could do is apologize. I would not recommend this place. My husband and I went in just to look around because we planned on comparing the different places in town we were greeted by Dennis who was super friendly and as we talked with him he really listened to everything we wanted in our our home, what price we wanted to pay, and most importantly where we needed our monthly payments to be. He found a home that was everything we wanted and had them customize some details of the home to be EXACTLY what we wanted. We signed papers same day and every step so far has been really amazing. The whole staff over there communicates well, is super friendly, and helpful. Compared to other places we had looked it was like night and day, just amazing.

I would never recommend anyone there is no communication we put a deposit and a downpayment as we were told first come first serve. As we proceeded with the process nobody ever communicated with us we communicated with a bank for 3 months we were up in the air with no information I called several times was told I would get a callback finally at the end of the 3rd month I got a callback saying we were not going to be able to purchase the home due to the appraisal being too low waited a few weeks before we received our money back after being told several times it would be refunded at a certain date and time finally made a call to corporate office and was able to get refunded that week

Brady was awesome!! This young man knows his stuff! We were very impressed with his knowledge of the materials used in building their homes as well as the process. Professional. He got straight to the point no BS! Took care of my family! Im sure we will enjoy our Palm Harbor home for years to come!!

When we went there Brady came and greeted us with a big friendly smile. Through the whole process He was very professional and put our needs and wants before his own. Palm Harbor is awesome!Before you make any type of big investment, you always do research on it. The quality, the manufacturing, where it’s made, what models they have. Then you go look at them to decide if it’s what’s right for you. Upon research I decided that Palm Harbor was the best home manufacturer. They have great reviews, quality that can withstand pretty much anything and I talked to a lot of friends that had palm harbors, Clayton Homes etc. Also, my husband grew up in a palm harbor his parents had it for 12 years Before selling it to my husband. We then lived there for an additional two years before we sold it and moved near College Station. We wanted an honest fair company that would genuinely care about us and our well-being and our forever home. So I called and made an appointment with Eric. He was fantastic! We went looked at the LaBelle home in person. And let me tell you what, online does not do it justice! This thing is amazing. After talking with Eric and deciding it was a little bit out of our price range he was able to make us a great deal as well as help us with financing and the whole 9 yards. They offered us upgrades and they were really reasonable on pricing with everything.They also give away free stuff! Six weeks from start to finish with a lot of customizations! We were able to move in before our lease was up on our rental!I don’t know about you but I love anything for free 😂🤣. Anyhoo, this home is fantastic. We have two kids and It’s great because our newborn can practically share a room with us. Yet she still has her own room. I still can’t believe what a great deal we got for our amazing forever home it’s way more than I ever thought I would be able to afford! I feel like I live in a mansion. I say go see Eric and Jamie at Palm Harbor and you won’t regret it. if you do your research on Palm Harbor you will know exactly what I’m talking about! I have nothing but great things to say about Palm Harbor in Bryan. Both Nick and Monty were awesome to deal with! They were patient throughout the whole process and also got us the house with all the modifications and upgrades we wanted. We just moved in a little over a week ago and love everything about our house! If youre looking at buying a home and want to work with great people and get a great quality house go see these guys!

I thought about writing a long review, but decided to say that we bought a manufactured home from Palm Harbor in April 2018. We moved in by October 2018 and it has been the worst experience ever! The house has multiple problems and has needed repairs. The contractors that Palm Harbor hires to make repairs; rush through the jobs, make more damage, leave messes or dont do tge repairs correctly. They also get too personal with customers and waste time. The employees at palm harbor are unprofessional, unorganized and they communicate poorly between their departments. I cant tell you how many times a beam or something was ordered from the warehouse and arrived damaged or they ordered the wrong part. Their quality standard is a joke. They did not meet this customers satisfaction. Dont spend your money with this company. You will have to hound and hassle them to get anything done or you will hear excuses. In our case there is a famous quote palm harbor employees told my husband and I - Your house looks better than other houses we work on.

Nick, you really made this an easy decision for me man. We hit it off from the beginning. I hate feeling like I am just being sold to, I have been avoiding making the decision to buy a home for that very reason. Nick really gave me the wheel and let me drive, never pushy or trying to get me to buy what I didnt want or need. Count be happier with my decision. Thanks again Nick, awesome customer experience far beyond my expectations.

John did an amazing job showing us different floor plans the other day. We loved the Arlington. He was very patient and polite with both my mother and myself. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and offered plenty of information about the homes themselves. He was also very flexible with the time we could meet him (after store hours).

Wes was amazing. He took the time to find us the perfect home with everything we wanted in our budget, answered all our questions and broke everything down price wise for us. After shopping around I wish we would have went to Wes first we wouldn’t have had to go anywhere else. Palm Harbor in Bryan sure has some great employees who care about their customers.

Horrible service, was forced to fill out a credit application before I could even look at any trailers even after telling them I wanted to just look for now, then got showed some trailers and salesman was extremely pushy on every trailer. Then I was told to sign a piece of paper and when I asked what it was I was told “if you sign here that trailer is all yours” (on a trailer I told them I did not like). So after telling them several times that I did not like their trailers and saying I want to leave the salesman told me that he was gonna get his manager, I responded that I need to leave for a family dinner and he told me “no, let me get my manger” manager then tried to push me and say I could move in the very next day which is a lie, then when I kept saying no he said he’d throw in a washer and dryer. From personal experience, I have seen that Palm Harbor sells a better Home than all of it’s competitiors in the area. I have owned a home built by Clayton for a little less than 2 years and I have already had to pay nearly $10k to fix damage to the roofing and exterior caused by normal weather conditions and rain. I wish I had known more about Palm Harbor sooner... I have worked with Nick Ramirez before and he is a fantastic salesman. He’s most interested in serving the customer and putting them in the best home that they can afford. Do not buy from Palm Harbor in Bryan. I kept trying to call ask about the homes and to get information. My boyfriend did so as well. We had talked to two different people. One would not get back to him. The guy I spoke to was rude and did not want to help whatsoever. Im interested to buy but he did not want to sell it seemed. He was rude and was talking to me like I was stupid, inexperienced, and had no idea what I had been doing, although how would he know anything if he would not hear me out? He wouldnt even let me talk to ask the questions I had. I say, go elsewhere. Where they are eager to sell and and actually will help you, versus giving you the run around and treating you like a child. It was very unethical, unprofessional, and I do not recommend.
