A FIVE star company! Arrived on the dot of 8.15 am to walk through and pack with a wonderful courteous team. Everything was loaded in 3 hours. They phoned husband with ETA in route from Bryan to Arkansas and arrived on the dot of 8 am to unload and unpack at the new house. They took care of everything in terms of protection and care. Everything that was taken apart was put together again in very professional manner. Just remember to have sugar on hand for Justins iced tea! I cant thank Joseph and Shelly and their team enough for their professionalism and help on this move to Arkansas! Oh... and their price was very competitive and reasonable for our move. Thank you!

We cannot say enough good things about G&M Haulers. They went above and beyond during our move. We found out after they had loaded the truck with our things, that the home we were purchasing had a pipe burst and a flooded room. They ended up having to store our stuff beyond the expected date. They were incredibly flexible and did everything they could to work with us. We were not able to move furniture into every room due to water damage, but, they offered to leave all our furniture wrapped in blankets to keep it safe until we could move it. We HIGHLY recommend them for your next move.

These mover are the best. They helped me and my baby, Eric Washington, move into our new home. They are super polite. As well as great handy men. They take stuff apart to make it more convenient as well as put it back together. They also connect things such as washer and dryer and come with tools. If they realize that something can’t be connected they let you know what type of adapters and pieces you may need to get it connected. This is the second time I’ve had a moving experience with G&M and I would recommend them for anybody.

Best movers I have ever had! I can not express strongly enough how impressed I was with their service! They packed the moving truck perfectly... really knew what they were doing in loading the truck. Our experience was spectacular! We called almost a month before (summer moving is high in this area and we wanted to make sure we got on the schedule). Jose came to take inventory and give a quote the same day I called. We were appointed a day, and two weeks before a time. The time was adjusted once which still fit into our schedule for the day. They were quick and thorough in wrapping items and packing up. The unpacking was smooth and thoughtful making sure they placed items where desired. The price couldn’t be beat from other quotes I had obtained.

G&M is incredible. I used them first to move a community theatre and we had LOTS of stuff to move. These guys dont waste a moment! They have a lot of hustle and dont waste time getting the job done. Shortly afterwards, they were hired to pack up the contents of an office and deliver it off campus. The brought in boxes and in well less than an hour, they had safely packed it all and was on the road to deliver it. After that wonderful experience, I hired them for our department on campus to move a smaller group of people from a central campus location to one on the fringe. That was a very quick successful move. I have loved working with G&M for both my non-profit and work-related moves. Now Im considering them for my residential move! Friendly, hard working, fairly priced and careful with our items.

Jose, Ron, and Anthony of G & M Haulers were ace when they came Saturday to help us unload a POD container that had been shipped from Arizona. They let us know in advance they were coming, arrived on time, and set to work immediately unloading and sorting a divided load, meaning that half of the load had to go into my house and half into their truck so they could take it to my sisters house and unload it there.The unusual requirements didnt faze them a bit. Part of their job included moving two antiques more than 100 years old, which they handled carefully and skillfully. I recommend them without reservation.

Hired this company. Seemed ok in the beginning. At the end, the movers damaged my bookshelf and put Knicks on my sectional. They had another move to do @7. Didnt take precaution by shrinkwrapping certain items

We used G&M a couple weeks ago to move from an apartment to a townhome. We hadn’t used movers before so our expectations were a little low before we moved. G&M blew our expectations out of the water. They came out and did a walk through with inventory count. Said that we would get their quote that evening or the next day. I called them on day 2 and was told that they were busy but to expect the quote that evening. I called every other day and received the same response. NEVER received a quote or even a call to say they werent interested in our business. They could have at least let us know that they were unable to do our move.

This was my first move using a moving company and had a tight budget. They were very reasonable in their estimate and put my fears at ease. When the men arrived the day of our move, they were very professional and actually helped us move more than we thought. They were efficient, friendly and very helpful.

I am very impressed with G&M Haulers. I scheduled my moving appointment three months in advance with another company who charged by the item. I decided after checking quotes for someone else, that I would rather go with this company who charges by the hour. From the first contact with G&M Haulers, I was thoroughly impressed. They were early getting to our 3 bed/2 bath house and had all the boxes AND furniture loaded into our 26 foot moving truck within the two hours we paid for, and THEN they offered to stay longer to help secure the small items we threw into the back at the last minute. They were so fast and efficient, and I joked with them that the truck looked like a game of Tetris, it was so perfectly packed. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE in Bryan/College Station.

I am just blown away by our move with G&M Haulers. They were very responsive on Facebook during the arrangement process, asking us questions and giving us a quote. Super reasonable price for what we needed, compared to other movers in town (one mover quoted us almost $500 for 2 hours of work). They arrived on time with a three man crew of Joe, Dakota, and D.J. and just took care of everything we had for them. They aided us dissembling our beds, wrapping up the fragile items, and asking us if we need other things moved as they worked. Our move took roughly two hours, they reassembled everything they took apart, and they were just super fun guys! Worth it, hands down. I hope we get to use their services again, but I dont think they move people out of state!

These guys are amazing!! And they do not mess around. I hired them last year to move from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2 story town house. They worked hard and quickly. I am using them once again for an out of town move. Not to mention the price was very fair.

On time and polite, they moved my two bedroom apartment in 2 hours even going as far to take the things upstairs at the new place . This is the second time Ive used them ( the first I was on the 3rd floor and it was storming ) and not once did they waste time . They are cash or check business which is my only issue but thats only because I dont normally carry it . All in all Id definitely recommend them .

They were a bit tardy due to the weather, however at no fault of theirs. The weather worked hard to work against us this week. The 4 of them made up for the tardiness by working efficiently to get the job done quickly. It took 4 hours total from loading, moving, and unloading. They were respectful, hilarious, and quick on their feet. I appreciated their work ethic and awesome attitude since I have such a huge issue with customer service in the Brazos Valley. G&M Haulers have helped me move twice from a single room to an apartment on the second floor (up two flights of stairs!), and then to a duplex. Both instances involved lifting a very heavy and long sofa, an equally heavy wooden chest of drawers, and a thick hefty glass coffee table top.I was impressed and became an instant fan. The owners were always on top of the situation and very hands-on. At all times, the movers have been very polite, extremely careful, and very professional. Whenever I think moving, G&M Haulers is the only company that comes to my mind.I highly recommend this moving company. After a very successful move a few years ago we were expecting great results from G&M. Unfortunately it was not so this time around. Items left behind, large items tagged for attic were instead hidden behind clothes in downstairs closet, and the list goes on. I understand somewhat rogue employees so normally would not bother with a negative review. The reason for this one is not the moving service, but the complete lack of response from the company concerning the poor move. Mistakes are made, you own up to them and apologize to the customer. This did not happen and there is simply no excuse for the lack of response.

They also rounded up from 2.75 hours to 3.00 when calculating the billing, but the rate was so competitive and they completed the move so quickly I was happy to pay.

From the get go Joe was very quick to return my call. Though it was one of the A&M moving in weekends, he was able to find an open spot to drive down to Austin to move my life up here. Everything was conducted with the utmost professionalism, and I was impressed with the care he and his assistant (apologies, blanking on your name) were with my stuff.Additionally, they finished up their previous job early and were able to start me early, while being flexible to head to a second residence for a few items I didnt have in storage. The fee was very fair, and to be honest lower than many of the other movers had quoted me.I would recommend G & M for anyones move, and fully plan to give them a call when I move again!

Where do I start with this team. To put it simply, these guys are true professionals. They arrive promptly, everyone on the crew introduces themselves and shakes your hand; then, you show them where all of your stuff is and it’s on. Your things are treated like they’re their very own. Every furniture piece, without question, is padded and wrapped to keep it safe. There are no up-charges for it, it’s their standard practice. Everyone knows the hurtles involved with trying to buy a home, I had plenty of them with my move, G&M went out of their way to make sure I got my stuff quickly and didn’t take advantage of the situation when my closing date changed.These are only a few of the reasons I’ve moved with G&M Haulers three times in the last four years and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

We recently bought a house across town. We had used G&M Haulers last year and had an amazing experience with them, so it was a no brainer for me to hire them again to move into our new house. This was supposed to be a low stress move. My husband and I had already moved all of our boxes, so the only thing left to move was the furniture. We have everything prepped in advance (crib was taken apart, appliances disconnected), so in theory all that was left was to load up the truck and unload at our new place 10 minutes up the road. Unfortunately for us, there was a new man on the team of three movers. He was awful! One of the other movers had to basically babysit him the entire time (instead of helping move) and the new guy would constantly take as light and little of a load as he could each pass through. I wouldnt mind so much except for the fact that we were being charged by the hour!When we arrived at our new house, we learned that the power cord to our refrigerator had been broken due to improper loading. Which mean that one of the guys spent a significant portion of time trying to repair the fridge (it ended up needing a new power cord, so we went without a fridge for two days until a new power cord could be ordered in). So we had the one guy babysitting the new person, another guy trying to repair the appliance that they broke, and then the new guy who kept asking what room my piano went in (WE DONT OWN A PIANO). At the end of the day, it took 2.5 hours to load up and 2.5 hours to unload - again, all we had was furniture and everything was prepped in advance. But according to the G&M Hauler website, if you feel like the crew was not working as quickly as needed, you are supposed to bring it up to the crew manager. I did that. I mentioned things like having seen the new guy take a trip carrying a single pillow (and he was not a fast walker, either). The crew manager just said he was new and that they hoped he would get better with time... and then said heres your bill for the 5 hours we worked. No offer to discount any time, no apology, nothing.After our previous experience with G&M Haulers, I had recommended them to multiple people. Now? Now I tell people to be careful that they dont charge you per hour to spend time failing to fix an appliance that they broke. I understand things happen, but I would expect the company to be willing to work with their customers and acknowledge when they screwed up. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the complete lack of customer service I have experienced.

This was my first time using a moving company and I am extremely happy that my wife and I decided to go with G&M Haulers. The movers were extremely polite, cautious with our belongings and definitely they knew what they were doing. David and his team did a superb job, fast and precise in moving in and out the things. Setting up the appointment was also very easy and the person taking the reservation was very pleasant. We only required 3 movers for 2 hours for moving mainly big furniture and many plastic containers from a second floor-2 bedroom apartment, but I am sure that with their kind of work effort they will be able to completely move in/out the entire apartment in no more than 3 hours. Overall we believe they do offer a great quality service for your money, 100% recommended! Thank you G&M Haulers!

We used this company in 2014 to move over 175 miles. They were fantastic. They even boxed up our large tv and electronics to avoid issues with moving. Not only that, but one of the middle supports on our large dresser was damaged by a previous move, they pulled out a drill and fixed it! Great price, great service and very friendly movers.

Not only were they on time, they didnt damage a single item when moving from a second story apartment to a 3 story storage unit over 120 miles away. They took there time with my things and knew how to pack it all so nothing was damaged. I am using them again tomorrow to move my grandmother into her new apartment another 250 mile move to get her closer to family.

My move ended up being cheaper than what they quoted me originally, and was almost $200 cheaper than the other movers I was considering. They were also able to get me into a time slot 2 hours before my move was originally scheduled, so everything was complete before they were even supposed to have started. G&M Haulers will be my go to guys every time I move from now on!

They were on time and some of the best movers I have seen. I bought way too small of a storage unit, but they managed to pack it back to front, top to bottom, and used every inch of space. Will definitely use them again.

First, the good. They packed up our truck quickly and were friendly. Now, the bad...they were 2 hours late, they broke some of our custom made furniture and then wrapped it, so we only discovered it was broken when arriving to our new apartment, they packed the truck in am inefficient manner which caused many items to shift and/or break. Overall, very nice guys but I wouldnt recommend them.

G&M Haulers were very professional and prompt when they moved me to my 1 bedroom apartment last August. I had a large, heavy couch at another location and they happily picked it up for me on our way to my new place. A few movers from another job finished early and came to assist my move, completing it in no time. I would strongly recommend these movers, and I actually plan on using them again to move this summer.

They helped move my family and I twice in the last couple of years. They showed up early both times, their rates were great, and they did a great job. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and I wouldnt use anyone else.

My experience with other movers has been universally bad, but G&M have done a great job all three times weve hired them. Theyre respectful, friendly, and worth the money.

We hired G&M to move things from a storage unit to a home and then from the home to the storage unit. They took meticulous care with the furniture and boxes and you could tell they put thought into each and every move which was wonderful because we had many antiques. They also were very efficient and gave 100% effort the entire move. They also were very kind and polite. I have two complaints, but they are minor and would not prevent me from hiring these guys again, or even taking away a star on this review. One, I originally arranged for four movers and they only sent three. Two, they were ten minutes late. Minor complaints and like I said, I have every intention of hiring these guys again.

G&M Haulers moved my daughter in the Summer of 2013. They were very responsive to the voicemail messages that I left and scheduled me an appointment over the phone very quickly. They were on time for the appointment and the two gentlemen that showed up were very friendly and careful with all of our stuff. One of our items was accidentaly left on their truck - when we noticed the missing item and called, they found it and returned it to us immediatly the next day. The service was excellent, the price was reasonable and I would use G&M Haulers again without a second thought.

This team is just amazing. We moved from a first floor to a a fourth floor and they made it seam so nice and easy. There were no complains about anything. The price is very affordable and they go out of their way to put everything where you want it or even relocate it if you dont like it where it is. Layne, Lake and Justin were very polite and handled everything with care. Nothing was damaged in our move. We will definetly look for this company again when we move out in the future.

I hired G&M on July 27, 2015 to move us from an apartment to a home locally and it was THE BEST money I ever spent!! They sent 3 guys who arrived an hour early (they called to confirm that was ok) and even helped me by taking down a bed that was hard for me to disassemble. Nothing got broken and they finished within the 3 hours Id allotted for them. They wouldve stayed to assemble beds if Id needed them too but thats what wed planned to do. Silly me had packed my checkbook (who writes checks anymore?) so they had to follow me to the ATM afterward. I would recommend G&M start accepting credit cards as payment... Its a win-win situation with everything being digital nowadays. I would certainly use G&M to move us again!!
