I have to share my satisfaction and joy with the way John at Chapman’s warehouse has matched the stain of our 40 year old cabinets in our new old home. It matches perfectly! I’m so glad I went to them after going to Sherwin Williams. You can see what Sherwin Williams attempt at matching the stain looked like in the photograph. The muddled dirty brown patch above the perfectly clean and golden swatch area that Chapman’s warehouse masterfully matched for us. It’s night and day in comparison. Sherwin Williams has great customer service, but Chapman’s warehouse felt even more welcoming and helped us achieve something that seemed like it was impossible: to make our new cabinet look like it fit our home. Called to ask a question about paint. Put on hold, which is fine but then when they came back on the line the lady had an attitude like she was doing me a favor and I was wasting her time because I wanted to spend money at her store. Its a free country, she can be like that but I can also spend my money elsewhere.
