Monika Oberts, products specialist, is great. She might be the best customer service person ever. Was in town for a college event and went to the store for paint I couldn’t find in Houston. They had the paint but the national data base was down so she could not get my rate online. She called 3 different department at headquarters to get my pricing codes. Took her 30 minutes. Saved me some money. Go to this store and ask for Monika, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Monika, you’re the best!!!

Staff: Hard to find. Never ask if you need help. Ive been both when theyre super busy and when theres not a soul in store: they basically avoided helping us choose paint types for our new house.Products: Good so far. They have rolling discounts as long as you enroll in their free paint perks account. We got 30% off our whole order.

Surprisingly affordable items to help household painters like myself. Great staff that helped choose colors, too. I had about 15 samples from others before trying SW paint store... wouldve saved me so much time and money to start here instead. Highly recommend.

Went there to get advice on tones of paint. The first time I went I literally stood at the front counter waiting while all the employees walked around me or walked to the back of the building where they were doing, who knows?!! I had to leave after standing there for 20 minutes for other appointments I had that day. The second time I went in this place I went to the front counter and again no one seem to want to help. I finally told one of the employees what had happened and reluctantly he agreed to try and help. Once he started helping me he did a fine job. The problem with this place is every employee there is expecting the other employee beside them to help the next guy that come through the door, and that just doesnt happen. So you have flustered people standing around their showroom just praying that someone will take the time to help them.

This store on Texas Street is probably one of the best Sherwin-Williams stores I go into you can get a cup of coffee and theyre real nice people buckholt Paint Company

The blonde lady (I forgot her name😟) was so helpful. She took her time with us and gave use tips and instructions on how to glaze a project! She was great!
