Fast,,reasonable priced, oil change plus list of whats needed on my vehicle next time! They are *Rockin it *!!!

I have used Walmart auto centers over the last 30 yrs. They have great prices and quick service. Their is a bonus, while you wait you can shop for the things you need.. Food, clothes,pharmaceutical,new electronics. The list goes on.

Very helpful, wouldnt patch my tire due to guild lines that have in place but I felt tried to help so thanks for that

Do not buy tires here or the road hazard that comes with them. Nothing wrong with the tires or the installation, but every time you attempt to get in to get tires repaired or replaced they find a reason to turn you away. When I asked for a refund on my road hazard on my tires, I was told I could not get one. So, not only can I not get my tires repaired, I cannot get my money back on the warranty I paid for them. The manager suggested I take my car to another Walmart although I’m here for a flat repair. Waste of time and money.

Showed up at 6:45 pm needed a tire put in a bare rim and door was locked website and sign on door saying it’s open until 7 pm

Had the oil changed in Toyota Tundra and on my next oil changed at a different place the oil and lube company found that the oil filter spring was missing. Luckily for me my truck didnt blow the engine. The good people at Take 5 oil and lube didnt charge me for a new spring and cap.

Id like to thank Alexis for making sure my car was repaired properly. I had 2 front tires replaced but when I tried to drive off a sound was coming from the front. She made sure my car was returned to the lift and the problem fixed. Her actions including explaining what the problem was defused the situation.

Waited too long for an oil change they dont seem to have much pep in their step. After a couple weeks I go to check my oil which I should have done before leaving and there was barely any oil on the dip stick like barely so I went to a shop they put more oil and since the oil level has been FINE!!! DID THEY EVEN COMPLETE MY OIL CHANGE? THEY MAY HAVE NOT EVEN CHANGED MY FILTER!! NEVER GOING BACK EVER AGAIN!!

Terrible service!!! I have been refused service so many times I have lost count!! When they actually have serviced my car they were incredibly slow. The employees spend more time standing around than actually working. Most of the time we are refused service saying they don’t have the parts or the time to do the work which is completely unacceptable. If I arrive several hours before closing time I should be able to get my tire patched. My friends and family members have had the same experience. We typically have to drive to Benton for service.

Was told 15 minutes and itll be done, it was 2 hours. They even parked my car behind a car that showed up after me. To make things worse, the tech put the wrong oil in my car. I had them start all over. This will be the last time i go there and i advise others to do the same. The lady at the counter was great. If you do go there, make sure you keep a close eye because they might just ruin your vehicle.

Had the item I was looking for. I went after 6 PM. Location was too busy for one employee in the department. The lady working there was friendly and helpful.

Recently got an oil change there. Wasnt to bad of a wait but I watched the guy carelessly spill oil all over my engine. Its been three days and under my hood is still smoking from the oil burning off. Oil was all on my steering wheel.

Were able to help make sure and get me back on the road in no time. Great tire service.

Oil change this morning.. first in line.. less than 30 minutes waiting.. Off to work and there by 8am. Friday started off great!

I took my daughters car in on a Saturday morning, so I was not surprised when told there would be a wait. There were already cars in each bay, plus 4 cars outside the shop ahead of me. I asked for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. I was there about two hours, which is about the norm for a Saturday. I found the tire and lube associates to be very friendly and helpful. After paying, I went out to the car to leave and found grease on the drivers seat. I went back inside and told the associate at the register that I needed something to clean the grease off the seat. She said, I am so sorry. No, WE will clean it up. They immediately asked a young guy from the shop to go out and clean it up, and he cleaned it up quickly.

They do a really great job and get u in and out of there fast nice people

They do a good job. But need more help. Had to wait over 2 hours to get an oil change. Thats unacceptable

I guess the price is right, but if youre in a hurry dont come here probably. Ive been waiting 1.5 hours and still counting. Only 2 bays open, but 4 people working in the shop and not that many cars in front of me. Just dont come if youre in a hurry or dont want to wait more than hour. Things move real slow here. Someone in front of me even got the wrong oil so I suggest watching them.**EDIT**Changed review to 1 star because its been 2 hours for legit laziness. The front staff was nice and no problem with attitude, but when I can just watch them literally drag feet through the window it is pretty clear.

Walmart is a place you can go to do about anything. You can park in the lot when you are a teenager and want to show off the car your parents bought you. You can go inside to have bicycle races. Go to the deli to eat chicken wings while you shop. Find the most unusual people that you thought did not exist. Walk around the whole store just to find the item at the front. It this point i dont understand why you are reading a walmart post. How board are you man?

Very slow and bad experience at Bryant,Arkansas Walmart Tire and Lube today.An hour from purchasing preferred brand oil filter for oil change and store not having quart size Castrol high mileage 5w30 in stock just 5quart jugs dont need 10 quarts,pay for filter now customers have to drive up to shop and wait to get waited on and get written up for oil change then get out of truck to go shopping in store was one hour.About another 1.5 hours later done shopping,groceries paid for then head to tire and Lube, they just now doing oil change.Still having to wait little longer,finally done,load up groceries and check oil level to make sure is full.Get down the street notice oil change sticker says 5w20. not 5w30. Check paper work and it says 5w20, wrong viscosity oil.Go back to store .The new young lady t and l mgr. jumps it right in and gets oil change redone.She did a good job for that problem.But my time as customer is just as valuable as your employees time Now half my day is wasted for a simple oil change.Not one mgr. offered anything for wasting my time.Remember groceries including refrigerated and frozen are in truck 2nd oil change.Something should have been offered for time and trouble.Thanks,David Armstrong

One car in in the service bay being worked on in front of me. Took 1.5 hours for oil change only. Sign says vacuum interior I learned that only applies to front seat. Little deceptive dont you think. Well IF my front floor was vacuumed I hope a higher standard was applied to the oil change and checking other fluids. If not my engine may be in for a rough time. One star is to show I didnt forget to check something.

Got an oil change took 3 hrs.we asked if they check an ful all fluids was told yes.not only was my washer fluid left dry but all though they said they checked all light some how my turn signal was out.no one even checked what they said they checked I wont be back

Tried to get an oil change, and after waiting 30 - 40 minutes, was told they couldnt do it, because no one there was able to get my oil filter off. Strange how my brother was later able to get it off with no problem.

Great customer service has tires put on my spouse car went in shopped and not and hour later bammm they were done and did everything at once and car ride smooth now.

No one ever actually calls when your vehicle is done, theyre always kinda rude, and im tired of being told theres always something else needing to be fixed when there isnt.

On veterans day I had to walk 3 miles with a battery In Hopes of them exchanging my battery that they sold me that was bad. Not only was I treated rudely, but I was treated unfair and they refused me service and said that its my fault the battery is bad. All because of them I had no way home on a cold rainy dayThats what Walmart thinks of veterans, they dont ever treat you right

Decent prices reasonably fast service.

The remodeling has things in disarray,upset customers and employees. And you cant find half of what your used too.

Just needed 1 tire replaced after my daughter drove over a screw and it took nearly 3 hours to get it done. Associates arguing. Not that Walmart will ever see this but it really should be addressed.

We got our oil changed here before driving to Wichita KS. The idiot that changed the oil put in the wrong sized oil filter. Just as we got to Wichita, all of the oil had leaked out of the engine. Had to have the engine replaced. Go here at your own risk.

Horrible! Waited for about 10 mins for them to end up getting the car behind me, when I was there first. Did not acknowledge that I was there. Horrible customer service!!

Very, very slow service. There was only 1 car ahead of me in line....and an oil change took 2 1/2 hours. Dont think Ill be returning. And, while I was there...they put the wrong oil in the guys truck ahead of me.....cmon!

Got there cars were parked in the middle of the parking lot and not in the spaces, couple of cars in the shop went in and got what I needed went to check out waited in like for 15 minutes walked to the front and checked out walked back to automotive and left, it is what it is I guess

Bad service. The service lasted just over 1 hour, people who were making the oil change were taken all the time in the world. In other places in 20 minutes I get the service. Now at the time of payment there was a row of 7 people and it is assumed that this collection box is special for Auto Care and they were charging product from the store without giving priority to those who are only going to pick you up with the car and make the payment . I would not return to this Auto Center
