I went in with a battery that would not start my Jeep. I was met by Tom who told me that he wanted to check my battery before we spent a bunch of money on a new one. No need to buy one if there is a problem with my charging system. I left the battery and they charged it fully. Tom called me to say the battery is fine and is fully charged. He recommended that I put my battery back in and the bring my Jeep to him so he can check the charging system. So I did and it turns out everything is fine. Must have been a bad connection or who knows what.BOTTOM LINE: Tom could have made a sale but instead chose to walk me through the right steps so that I did not waste any money. Its called Integrity and Great Customer Service...things that are rare in our world today but alive and well at AutoZone in Bryant! Thanks!

I went in needing a battery and alternator. Normally, the next question will be, Ok what is year, make, and model of the car? Nope! Not this time. David came to the rescue with outstanding customer service. He asked me questions to ensure my true needs were met! Not only did he assist me, but he saved me money in the process. I stated that I may try to put the alternator on and he even provided a print out of how to replace the belt as well. If you need GREAT customer service from AutoZone, please dont hesitate to pay David a visit. He will definitely take care of you while doing his best to save you money. I like the Bryant Autozone. Always greeted as soon as I walk in. Last time in the Manager helped me, always nice to be helped by someone who knows what theyre doing. Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Today I stopped by to get some new wiper blades. I was greeted immediately by a guy named Joe. I told him what I needed. He looked up the size for my car and I followed him to the area. He told me what my options were, I picked what I wanted. Joe also asked if I needed any De-Icer? I did take that as well. He went out to my car with me, replaced the wiper blades and added some of the De-Icer and I was on my way.I am of the opinion that in this day and time.....the customer service that was provided to me was SECOND TO NONE! I highly recommend thisAUTO ZONE. Kudos Joe!!!!!

My mom needed a new battery. Joe was the man that helped assistant us today. Very patient and knowledgeable about his work. This location did not have the battery in stock, but Joe gave my mom and I detailed instructions on where to pickup her battery and it was no trouble at all. We returned back to the Bryant location so that Joe could install the battery. Even with all this chaos going on, and it being in the afternoon with the blazing sun out he remained friendly, fast and even told us fun facts about “car stuff” while doing the installation. Thank you!

This AutoZone has definitely earned a customer in me. The Manager Tom and his staff are very knowledgeable and extremely talented. Ive been working on a restoration of a classic truck, so Im in here alot and they are always polite and help me find the parts Im looking for. They are also not afraid to say, you may want to try location X, to better find that part. Its saved me time and money.

I waited 10 mins for help and no one took time. There were 2 ppl in the store before me that were out within 2 mins. Then the cashier told me to wait until he answered the phone. After the phone, he moved on to the guy who just entered the store. I went to Wal-Mart and was helped right away.
Hey bought a electrical part (ignition switch) and got home and found out it wasnt the problem. Im thinking electrical part no take back and it was $57 and i need that money more than a extra ignition switch. They gave me my cash back no problem no questions so ill be back to these cats.

Went into the store tonight because I was having some issues with what I thought was my battery. Joe was kind enough to check it out for me and indeed, my battery needed to be replaced. Joe helped me select a new battery and installed it for me.... such a blessing because I would have never been able to do this myself! Thank you Joe- I know you said it’s your job, but your kindness is much appreciated!
Joe was amazing and very careful with my car. He quickly found searched and found the items I needed and installed the batteries into my key fob and changed my wiper blades. He also completely explained the promotions they were running and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions about the products.

Had an issue on removing battery. Joe came out and and expertly removed battery. Joe showed me the correct battery to replace my defective one. Then Joe came out and helped install the new one. Joe was very professional and courteous. Wish I could always find someone so helpful.

I had my head light out and I went in asked for a head light for my car didn’t know what I was doing or how to fix it and a nice lady named darcey helped me with everything super nice, if u ever need something go to them amazing!!!
I was told to wait for over 25 minutes after standing in line for a few minutes to see if they could install a new purchased battery which they refused to do which was fine. I was not ok with the older managers bad attitude and lack of tact. I will not go back because this was the fourth time I have had a bad experience. I have a commercial account with Auto Zone and deal with other locations in LR which are much more friendly and helpful.

I went here for a tail light assembly, and some oil for my SUV. Let me start by saying that I know my way decently around a vehicle, and Ive had this same vehicle for 7 years. When I first arrived I told the gentleman working that my oil was low because the oil pressure kept dropping, ect. He insisted on checking it for me. He then tells me yes it is low. So I go on to ask him how much oil he thinks I need since hes the one who checked it. He just told me a lot, it was barely on the stick. That didnt help, so I buy a 5 quart container of oil. I continue to try to ask him how much oil I should put it, and he can not tell me, but acts like he knows. I was in, and out of that store several times. He finally tells me that if I was going to buy the large thing of oil I shouldve just gotten an oil filter, and had it changed, and tries to tell me how many quarts he thinks my truck holds, and even argues with me about it (I know how many it holds, Ive had it for 7 years!). I ended up only needing 3 quarts after I went outside, and added some, checked, added some, checked, etc. If he wouldve known what he was doing I wouldnt have spent so much time in there toting my 10 month old daughter, and 5 year old son, and I wouldnt have spent so much money. Also when I called to order my tail light assembly, and even when I went to pick it up, no one knew what they were talking about, or the difference in the 30 dollar one, and the 50 dollar one. I originally ordered the 50 dollar one opposed to the 30 dollar one because since no one up there knew anything about it I assumed that the less expensive one was missing something that I may have needed. Needless to say I had to reorder, and make a whole new trip up there a few days later. Next time I will definitely be going to Oriellys. If you work at an auto parts store, and I know more about changing oil than you do, then something is wrong. Not because you are a man, but because YOU WORK AT AN AUTO PARTS STORE!!!! Do not act like you know what youre doing if you obviously dont! If i wouldnt have known what I was doing then I couldve messed my truck up because of your Ill information!

Not a bad place, was looking for a certain part for my wifes car, which they didnt have, so I went to the one in benton and the peoe theredidnt have it either, but.... they went way out of there way for me to find it on a website and how to install it. I will definitely go back to the auto zone in benton first.

Their bench testing skills for alternators are piss poor. Told me the alternator I had just rebuilt had a bad regulator (which I just replaced). Put it on anyway and it puts out a solid 14V.
