This is the best Jiffy Lube Ive ever used. The customer service was excellent. Marcus was very courteous and I was in and out very quickly.

Marcus the service advisor took care of our transaction and treated us like royalty. This guy walked me through the needs of my vehicle and helped me determine a plan of action for my brakes and even let me know the price estimate for when we were ready. All this and he still didnt try to force me into any extra services which has guaranteed that I will be back again for other services.Also the service was stupid fast and nobody judged me for the nightmare my car was 😅🗑️🚮

Overpriced, and they did not do the extra services that I paid for. Did not vacuum.did not check tire pressures. Did not clean windows. On a trip the next day I had to stop because tire pressure light came on. All tires were under pressured. The cashier was friendly andDid vacuum when I complained.

Oil change and a great car wash. I will be back. Young men working there cared about customer service.

I thought this was a good place to send my wife for an allignment after I installed new rims and tires on her vehicle. Boy was I wrong! During my install I always make sure to do a thorough check of my vehicles, and everything seemed to be up to par. The next day she went in for the allignment and they tried to sell her inner and outer tie rods. They told her the allignment couldnt be done until this was corrected. I know that if the tie rods are wore that this is true, but I also knew that they were in good shape. Just to make sure tho, we took the vehicle to another tire shop for another opinion. They had several of their techs inspect the vehicle, and they informed us that the allignment could be done and everything was just fine. They even warrantied the allignment for a year. We werent the first people theyve met that had a similar story from Jiffy Lube on Reynolds rd. The employee at Jiffy Lube that was attempting to work on our vehicle was either a crook or has no clue what hes doing. Either way I hope this helps you avoid this type of situation with them and we will not be taking any if our vehicles back to them

I had serious issues with their service. They over filled my oil, stripped lugs, and covered the top of my engine with oil.I had already written a review here that was 1 star. Given it was deleted a couple of days after posting it, I have reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission under the Consumer Review Fairness Act.I didnt contact them after this case because I didnt want them to touch my car again. I didnt even ask for my money back or payment for damages, but now I realize their positive review score and company is all lies.

It was less than 20 minutes and I was able to get my air checked, oil changed, fluids topped off, and they were very courteous.

Went to have my tire patched cause I had a nail in it. Tim greeted me soon as I pulled in to ask what I needed help with. He was very friendly. Took them no time to get my car in and my tire fixed. Was very pleased with the service and how fast they was. Will definitely go back for service in the future.

Honestly not that bad of a place. They offer free vacuums as well as a good quality car wash. I dont particularly recommend automotive work here due to the sky high prices that you could get cheaper easily. The vacuum has a high suction power as well, not one of those that you have issues getting anything up.

A bit pricey, but I recon $75 is what the market bears for oil change and tire rotation. Good service!

They left the radiatir cap loose on my truck causing the motor to overheat. I was able to save the motor but tightening the radiator cap after servicing is a big deal. Its a pressured system and wont work properly without being able to pressurize.

The mechanics here are some of the best I have ever seen. Not just the mechanical standpoint but the professionalism and service really shined above other stores. Highly recommend coming here for your issues.

I have used this location for all my truck services for 2 years. The service is much better than you will get at any “big dealership” I have ever used. I highly recommend this business.

For my time and money, both are well spent when all I have to do is pull up to the bay door, go to the waiting area and verify the service(s) I requested, relax for a few minutes, then leave with the piece of mind that I received a job well done.

Ive used this location in Bryant for several vehicles. The gentleman who runs the location is very friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles, he takes the time to explain services they offer . Purchased tires from them for one of my vehicles didnt have the money to purchase them, he informed me of a program that offers help with services. Filled out the application got approved and they replaced my tires in a very timely manner. Had been using Walmart in the for services such as this in the past they are quicker and no appointment is necessary .

Yesterday, I was out with my Mom shopping in the Little Rock/Bryant area when my tire sensor started going off in my Jeep. Not being from the area, I called around to find someone to help us with a screw in my tire. Finally, I called Jiffy Lube store #3812 and they were ready to help! As soon as I pulled up in my Jeep, they were nothing but kind and helpful. My tire couldn’t be saved, but Seymuell put my spare on for me so we could make it 2 hours back home. I just cannot say enough good things about this place and the gentlemen that work there. They deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion! Thank you all!

Very friendly hard working guys! They explained everything that needed to be done and explain everything that was recommended to be done. I will definitely be back to have these guys do my oil changes and other maintenance.

Edit: Several months ago I came here and had a terrible experience. I came by today to have some tires mounted and there was no wait, everyone was extremely polite, and Sam hooked me up and got me out quickly.

In and out super fast. No wait time. Fixed everything that needed fixing.

Had trouble at another company when i went to get my tires changed. Went to them and they did it super fast. Have been going to them since that bad experience and they are always super nice! I feel their prices are very reasonable and will be going to them from now on!

Theyve stripped out the oil plug on 3 of my family members cars. One of them twice. I had to have 3 people help me get mine off. It eventually took a master mechanic, vicegrips, and a hammer to get it off. Also incredibly overpriced. Never Again!!

THE TECH STOLE CHANGE FROM MY CENTER CONSOLE when I got an oil change today, and their free vacuums are so weak that they barely vacuum at all.I quit going there months ago because one of the guys who works there hit on me a lot and made me uncomfortable. I gave them another chance today and they blew it.If I cant trust you to leave my change alone, I cant trust you to do what you say youre doing under the hood of my car. I spend a lot of money on synthetic oil changes and maintenance, but I wont be spending it at the Jiffy Lube on Reynolds Road ever again.
