They broke a piece on my car then charged me to replace it. They were friendly until I had the nerve to ask why I should have to pay the extra $25 when they broke the part. Seems very convenient that they happened to have the part that they broke and could make it al better for the extra money. The girl behind me asked for her tire to be checked for a nail... they didn’t tell her what was wrong or confirm that there was an issue... they called her up and charged her $25 for repair that wasn’t discussed with her. Consumer beware... they’re getting everyone for an additional $25. James was more than condescending when discussing them breaking a part on my car then charging me to replace it. Stating it “wasn’t our fault”. Well, James, it wasn’t broken when I brought it to you... I declined all of the other add-ons offered. What was most professional was the fact that you had the nerve to say that you’d be happy to take the part out, but I wouldn’t be able to drive the car. Breaking things for an extra few dollars per ticket is certainly not how you earn repeat service.

If you want a fair and honest deal....go here. These guys will treat you right. They sent someone to me to help me with a tire. I was low on funds but they helped anyways. Even gave me a jump and had to make two trips. Please consider these guys for any repairs. Two thumbs up!!

Travel for work so get oil changes often. Went to many places and they supposed to check air filters.my first time here they showed me it was black and way past due for a replacement.so the other places werent doing it. They have great prices and quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow!!! in and out in a timely manner!! Went in for an oil change and Tire rotation. Excellent customer service, topped off my fluids, checked my filters and Fair prices!!! Will definitely come back!!! Old school service!!! They even reset my oil life indicator.

I like the manager as he is available and present at all times. He gave me a ride ard the corner to my Chiropractor so they could change my oil and rotate tires while I was seeing Chiro which greatly helped! Then he came back and picked me up after my adjustment! Now, this is true CUSTOMER SERVICE, as it used to be in the good ole days. I recommend him and the store. They are convenient and very nice folks.

The pricing here is pretty standard for what youd expect from a decent tire and lube shop. There are some specials available if you read the signs posted around. What really makes this place stand out is the quality of their service.They are polite and professional in person and on the phone. Their hours are accessible and reasonable, and I have confidence that they performed the work I requested, as I requested it.They only try to sell you things you need. I took two vehicles in, one of which I knew needed air filters and the other that I had replaced recently. They only asked about the vehicle I knew had dirty filters.I highly recommend this business.

Great service.Deleted previous information, my issue was a know feature of 14-19 gmc trucks, the issue was not caused my magic lube and tire, rather poor workmanship from GMC factory. Not what you expect from a truck like mine, but I would still extend my apologies to the guys at magic lube and tire for the mislabeling of cause on the issue.

My fiance travels for work. I was here a few weeks ago for an oil change. My first vist. These guys are so nice and professional and quick i was in an out. Back again today i wont go anywhere else.

Came in for an Alignment, oil change, and tire Rotation. Was done with all in under an hour. Prices are reasonable.Came back today (2 days later) due to the car pulling to the right. They put it back on the rack and then inspected it. The found a problem that caused the pull, and were very nice and helpful even though it wasnt their fault. Great service....

Quick and honest service! They saw my air filter needed to be change, so they called me before they changed it to make sure it was okay. Oil and filter were changed in about 30 minutes.

The service is great. Friendly staff. The alignment guy Sam is great never had an issue after an alignment.

Took it to magic to get alignment and other work done. Dropped it off at 7:30 am . Guy told me that it will be a few hours and car would be ready. I call and chk next my car . There say well we had to use that bay for someone else and still haven’t started on my car. FIRST N LAST TIME. Treat customers The same!!!
