They say they are out to help people get better credit and yet they set you up with payments due the day before your tags are due The finance departments representative spoke so fast it was hard to understand her but every other word out of her mouth while finalizing the paperwork was well take the car The finance department really doesnt communicate with one another because we sent our insurance info and they acted like we didnt but that got worked outAnd then they want to give you trouble about getting your tag paperwork, when youve already been in twice to make payments... Whomever the man was that answered the phone on 8/20/21 at about 3:08pm when asking about the paperwork was rude and said maam maam frankly I dont care if you ever put tags on the car, thats between you and the state How rude because we just wanted to be legal and do rightThe salesman David was AWESOME through the whole experience so far and got us our paperwork so we could tag our car (David gets the star)Hoping our experience gets better from here from all JDByrider associates

James in the service department is awesome. He kept us updated about the repair on our vehicle. The overall experience was the best. Thank you.

After quite a while of looking at different dealerships and not finding anything suitable and within my price range, I was luckily referred to Byrider in Bryant. Telia was fantastic— very professional and personable—and managed to get me in a nice Honda Accord and a deal I could handle financially. Ingra the financing manager was also wonderful to work with, and got us through that mountain of paperwork quickly and efficiently. I am a very happy customer and would certainly recommend them !

When I tell you these man is a blessing (James and David) they are so wonderful and gets straight to business. They had my truck ready within a hour of me taking it to him. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I see why he is the Service Manager because not only is he nice, I didnt have to pay a arm and a leg it was waaay less than my budget. The sales department is good but the financing department is a joke I put 1800 down on my car of a 3000 dollar down payment that they said they wanted i had all but 240 of it paid even paid it early but I lost my job got another one called the financing department asked them if they could give me a week so I could get my first check and to make a long story short they told me no and if I didnt get the payment in I just lost all the money I have paid and I couldnt come get the car back so if you can pay the whole deposit

Prices are way too high!! Called to speak with someone regarding a 2008 Camry, they want 17000 dollars!!! These are average priced around 6-7000 dollars elsewhere! I even made the lady speak clear cause I thought I surely misunderstood! Will not ever be going to this place! I suggest you price your vehicles with competitors!
