My husband and I financed a vehicle with Satterfield today. It was our first time to finance, and we negotiated with them for 4 days, and they were able to accommodate our needs. Jared was absolutely the most professional car salesperson we have ever encountered. He wrote up our papers, answered all of our questions, and never once made any comments about how they lost money on the deal, had to meet his quota, blah blah blah. He was down-to-earth, funny, and honest. Our family will definitely return to Satterfield in the future.

David is a manipulator, liar and is not to be trusted. Stay away from him. He lied about the amount of the vehicle and taking care of some known minor repairs. He talked bad about a former salesman Bobby and he actually did everything he stated Bobby was doing to customers. This individual is unprofessional and is only wanting a sale. I recommend management should review all documentation he provides to any customer before approving. Hes setting the company up for Lawsuits!!!

They will work with you whatever way possible to get you in a car you will be happy with. They are honest and upfront about what they are selling and are willing to negotiate. My friend purchased a truck here paid $20000 Within four days returned it because it started having mechanical issues the service department got it in shop quickly and started finding the solution to the problem. Meanwhile they did provide a loaner vehicle free of charge i believe but not sure. It took nearly a week to get it back then three days later it the motor failed again. Same thing the other side. Why it wasnt handled with the first visit who knows.

About a year ago we bought a Toyota Highlander at Satterfeild. We wish we had known about them years ago. They are kind and work to get you a good reliable vehicle that looks good too. We will consider them if we ever need another good used vehicle! THANKS!

Its alright I guess if you dont mind overpaying for a vehicle. Satterfield is a decent place but theyre no different than any other place that sells to people with little to no credit, high apr, high down payment. They are all the same, they prey on those with less than perfect credit

This is my first time purchasing a vehicle in my own name! They were so helpful and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and because of that I can start building my credit!

Buyer beware. I am an out of state buyer, flew down to Arkansas, purchased and drove home. I have had the vehicle for exactly two months and was just told today that it needs a new transmission. I have contacted the dealership just to be written off and told to find a mechanic (Bobby). There is no one that can tell me they were not aware of the issues of this vehicle. Speakers blown out, weird electrical glitches, bad tires, ripped interior, cold air seeping through the dashboard, little cracks in the windshield and got to drive hundreds of miles home in someone elses filth. The vehicle was never detailed before I picked it up. I also had to call to get the title sent after a month and the sticker they gave me was expired. They blamed it on a backlog of titles being sent to them. The title was there the whole time because it had several signatures on it when I recieved it. ALSO they told me it was a one owner vehicle. I am the fourth owner I do believe. I have filed a complaint and also contacted the Attorney Generals Office. Spent the little I had for a down payment and now stuck with a truck that isnt driving. Im a mom of three and I face very tough winters, which is why I upgraded in the first place. My goal was to have a vehicle that kept my family safe. From an ethical standpoint, this dealership has no business selling to very serious buyers, that travel to get what they need. From a personal standpoint, if this happens to more people than just myself, they should be shut down. From a more personal standpoint, I will sue if I am given the go ahead. No one has money to just throw away: we all work hard for it. Satterfield Motors should be ashamed of what they did to me.🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑 I am now faced with another major repair on my 2011 Yukon that they said was in “Great Condition”. The front differential went out and is another $600 fix. When I figure out how to sue these jerks, they will learn that it is not ok to sell and take hard earned money from people that are looking for a good vehicle. I trusted Bobby, and the first telltale signs, I should have taken heed immediately. 🛑DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Its just a good place to buy a car when others cant find you financing they will bought a 07 Ford Mustang a year-and-a-half ago and still happy with it although I would like to trade for something better.

Satterfield has a repair shop on the back that Ive used several times. Theyre slow, but they are reasonable and reliable!

Do not buy from satterfeild. Sold me a 6.0 that shut off a few miles down the road. It gushed oil from the intercooler engine connection due to a cracked hose. Cost me 847.00 to get fixed the same week of purchase. I was pretty much told tough stuff for lack of a better word.

This place is full of money hungry liars. I had bad credit and purchased a vehicle for 3 times the KBB value.I was promised certain repairs to the vehicle prior to bringing it home. They never did what they promised.

If i could give less than one star, i would. Trust me. I bought 1 vehicle from them a few years ago. Worst mistake i ever made. They told me to write a post dated check then it didnt clear. I told them the day before that it wouldnt. They said ok, we will tear it up and well figure something out. Next day, they tried to cash it and gave me 5 days to come up with the down payment or i was being arrested for a hot check. Losers at satterfield. Stear clear of them

These people strung us along for hours while we looked at a vehicle to finance for a 60 month term. All the while they KNEW that the bank wouldnt allow more than a 48 month finance because of the milage on the vehicle.
