I took in my 2012 Chevy Sonic to get diagnosed. I had a check engine light on and needed to pass emissions. Gus quoted me $590.20 cents for a part that only cost me $8 to order on my own. It was a plastic control lever for my intake manifold. Gus told me I had to order the entire assembly when I ordered just the lever for $8 on my own. They were going to charge me another $814.00 for labor. With the $8 part that I ordered on my own I fixed it by myself in 40 minutes and saved myself $1,300. If you dont know what youre doing these people will lie to your face and take advantage of you. Use them to get diagnosed and if youre too busy to change your oil or your tires just know youre getting completely ripped off. The most dishonest crooks I have ever dealt with in my entire life and Im so glad I did my own research, and I passed emissions!!!
Horrible customer service! Service manager is rude and doesn’t have any manners. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to help with air in tire. I was told that was by himself and was very busy and didn’t have time for it. Only took him less then 2 minutes to put air in tires.
The day before I picked up my car the sent me a quote of $181 and when I went to pick it up is was $1800+. They did the same to my husband except the price when he went to pick it up it was $1100 but his supposedly needed more work. Will NOT trust them again. They put new tires on my car without getting them approved!##
*RETURNED VEHICLE IN UNSAFE CONDITION*My girlfriend and I have both brought our cars to this location loyally throughout the past few years, but no more. The last 2 issues I brought my car in for were not fixed the first time, and in fact the second issue was not fixed before returning my vehicle to me and being told it was tested and good to go. I decided Id no longer bring my car to this shop, but my girlfriend wanted to keep using this shop because she didnt have any bad experiences and it was the closest shop to home.Yesterdays issue was the last straw. I brought my girlfriends car in because it was leaking brake fluid. We were told it was the master cylinder and booster, and doing the repairs would cost $1,300.00. However, when they sent the fee sheet, it included a $300 cost to replace the motor mount, without any discussion. I decided to go ahead with that repair as well, since it seemed like a fair price. They did the repairs, but again didnt mention the motor mount until I directly asked them if it was actually done. Just odd to me. They gave my girlfriend the keys and said the car was tested and ready to go. It was not. She tried to drive home and didnt make it one mile down the road, because the brakes were fully engaged. It was past sundown and she was stuck on the side of the road with a car that was unsafe to drive. I swapped cars with her and dropped it back off at the shop, the smell of burned brake pads and worn rotors strong in the air. Either of us could have been seriously hurt driving that car at night, because other drivers had no way of knowing that the brakes were fully engaged. We had no way of knowing what we were about to get into, because the team at Firestone failed to properly evaluate the car and ensure it was in a safe condition before giving it to us.Save yourself the risk and avoid this shop. Find a shop that can actually fix your car right the first time.
We had four popped tires due to getting caught in the middle of a high speed chase and police pulling spike strips in front of our tires. We were stuck on the side of the road for hours and hoping to get to a tire place to get home in time. Ryan and his team at Firestone went ABOVE and BEYOND to care for us. We called to let them know we would be coming. They called to check on us multiple times to see how far out we were. They had everything prepared when we got there. Changed the four tires quickly and even stayed later than close to finish the job. We are so grateful for their helping in getting us back on the road after a very long day. We for sure recommend them!
I have been in Phoenix lately, my car needed tires. I brought it all the way back to Buckeye. The only reason is that I trust Ryan and Bob with my vehicle. They both are so professional and friendly!!! I will never take my care anywhere else. Thank you guys my tires look great!!!

My wife brought her car in this morning for an oil change because I have a heart blockage and Im not supposed to do it right now. This car has never leaked a drop of oil in the entire time weve had it. But after the oil change the tech tells her we need the oil pan replaced because the plug is stripped. (Now leaking oil!) Says our brakes need changed (just replaced a month ago) says we need a new radiator cap (brand new just put on a month ago) says we need a new thermostat (just replaced a month ago) etc etc. Would she like them to price it for her? Now I have to go out in the heat, crawl under the car fix the newly stripped drain plug, and change my oil again! I think this place needs to be reported.

Had a wheel bearing go out on our travel trailer as we were traveling thru town on I-10 near this Firestone Complete Auto Care. We knew we could drive less than 5 miles and called to see if they could fix it. Was told they dont work on trailers and that I should call Camping World. I explained it was only a wheel bearing and that I thought they were a tire shop and again was told they would not help us. A wheel bearing is a wheel bearing, no matter what is attached to the axle. Would never recommend Firestone.
I went in when they opened at 7am and asked them to fix my window regulator. the mechanic donald seemed to know what he was doing however the part they ordered that i waited five hours for was incorrect. i have a 94 buick and because my car was outdated, they didnt have the parts for my specific model. they need to update their websites because the part they ordered shouldve matched the car so i didnt have to wait five hours for a part to show up and not be the right one. however what they did do was put my window up all the way and they told me it should stay up until i can get it fixed. so i paid them almost 200 dollars in labor and wasted 6 hours of my time in their lobby and it was never fixed.
Don’t mind coming here. People are nice. I did notice though after my oil change my Ray Ban sunglasses went missing from my car. I don’t wear my sunglasses everyday and keep them in my car for when I really need them. It came to a really sunny day and I needed my glasses and I couldn’t find them anywhere. Not in my car, where I always keep them. So unfortunately I can’t help but think they were stolen from my car while it was there. This was the ONLY place in the last 6 months where someone else would have been inside my car. And trust me I thought maybe I was being crazy and searched my car and house high and low. No where to be found. Like I said, no one else was inside my car except when I went here. Due to this I will not be returning, ever. I’ve never had something go missing after I’ve dropped it off somewhere before. People may be “nice” but doesn’t mean they have good morals. Might be my fault for not removing them prior but I guess I just always think people are “good” people. So quite frankly my 60$ oil change ended up costing me 200$ to replace my glasses. No thanks!!!! I’ll keep going to Goodyear tire where I’ve taken my car multiple times and NONE of my possessions were ever stolen from my car.
Made an appointment at 10:44 and at 11:02 got an email saying couldnt do that. Whats the point of doing anything online if you cant get the time you want useless to make an online appointment. I will never go to firestone for anything in the future for anything my cars need.sounds like the better busy buero needs to be called with all the problems it has.
Went in for an oil change, by appointment. Fast, efficient, professional, friendly and the best price for synthetic oil! Awesome job guys! You are now my go to for car maintenance!
My experience with this Firestone started out bad and very stressful. Gus found a way around the problem and made sure we got back on the road safely. I was not expecting the turn of events and am now very satisfied. Gus went above and beyond when things went wrong. Thank you Gus and Team!

Management here is top notch. I used to go to Discount Tires but realized I can get better quality tires and service from Firestone. If you need tires this is a great place. I havent tried their other services yet because I do all my own work.

Kaysey was my technician.1. He had the audacity to PROGRAM my radio station to some heavy medal-head-banger noise. HE HAS NO BUSINESS TOUCHING MY RADIO. I went to have my tire patched. He also got black stains all over my seat, door, floors, and steering wheel. My car now has to be professionally detailed all because my tire had a nail in it (that they were suppose to fix) and needed to be patched. If I have to, I will sue for the money I spend cleaning his mess. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE TRASH. In the photos youll see my seats, carpets, door, key-chain, and the how dirty the paper towel was after I cleaned my steering wheel.
Battery hold down strap bolt not attached when replaced battery for z4 ..easy fix at home if you have the size bolt. Sloppy though for their rates

Had an appointment on a Monday at 11am. Im told its a busy day. Thats fine, Im not in a rush and dont expect miracles. But why even have appointments when youre not gonna call me about whats wrong with my car for almost four hours later.Anyway, Im told whats wrong but no estimate yet. Theyll call me back within the hour.No phone call for the rest of the day.I have to call back the next morning to get my estimate. Guess what? Its ASTRONOMICAL for what needs to be done. I passed, took it to Champs in Goodyear who charged a THIRD of what Firestone wanted for something I probably could have just done myself but didnt want to.Dont go here. Go ANYWHERE else.
I would give a zero if that was an option. I scheduled an appointment online, was told he was not able to see me on the schedule. Was treated very rude and asked not to be rude to him. Bottom line don’t think you can hide behind a mask and think it is acceptable to be rude. You would not have a job if it was not for the customer that pays for your services. Go to Brakes Plus, I got right in and was treated with respect.
These guys were awesome with me I called cause my CV axle went out they said if I can get it towed in they will work it in as soon as they can I was thinking it was going to be pretty pricey but it wasnt gus was really awesome and very helpful ty Firestone for everything
My experience at this location was absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate Kaylee for her services. She went above and beyond to help me find the right type of tires for my vehicle. I have a wheelchair accessible van. I am one with the road now and it feels great.
Bad both times Ive been in. Didnt carry tires for my 91 Stanza, Discount Tire around the corner did though. They also mishandled my 2013 Chevy Cruze service by not only failing to change the transmission oil, which they said was a proprietary part they couldnt do. (It wasnt.) Upon checking again when I went to pick it up they realized this. I requested that as my top priority, instead they changed the engine oil. They balanced the wheels with weights too large that knocked on my brake calipers. Then the lady at the counter got an attitude when she noticed my irritation. I guess they get 2 stars for aligning my wheels properly and balancing them with smaller weights after the fact, but this is one of the worst auto service shops Ive ever been to.

Went in for a tire repair, I think it was Tony? I spoke with, advised it would be a while, so I left my vehicle and had my wife bring me home.A few minutes after arriving home, they call. Im told my tire isnt repairable. No big deal, I ask if they have replacement (Im a long time Firestone customer and have Firestone tires on my car), Im told no, theyll have to order one in from Phoenix. I ask when they can have it done, and Im told maybe by noon the next day. I advise this wont work and to put my spare on and Ill be in shortly. I was a bit put off by the perceived attitude on the other end of the phone, but no big deal, I figured theyd tell me whatever other location I could get my tire, but no, they didnt even talk to me, just handed me the keys, no effort to help solve my problem.Upon leaving, I stop by Discount Tire hoping to get a resolution to my problem. They were already closed, but the manager came out to greet me anyway, and took me inside to see what he had in stock. He didnt have what I needed, so he called the closest store to him which was on the way to where I was heading in the morning anyway. He made me an appointment at 8am the next morning to get my new tire that Firestone convinced me I needed.The next day I arrived at the other Discount Tire location and explained the situation. The gentleman there pops my trunk, looks at the nail in my tire (still mounted on rim) and asks why they (Firestone) advised they couldnt fix it. At this point, Im not sure how they could tell without even dismounting the tire.Discount takes the tire, fixes it and sends me on my way. I ask what I owe, and the answer is nothing, just come back when you need tires.I will, Firestone has lost a long time customer over a stupid flat repair, and a lazy, possibly inept sales person.Its important to note that I worked for Firestone as a service writer back in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Im here to say that this kind piss poor service goes against everything the organization used to stand for. If my previous District Manager had heard of one of his stores behaving like this, heads would role.
Small shop so it can get crowded. Only 2 registers so sometimes you are stuck in line for a bit. Otherwise great service here. The manager is super nice. These guys really do want to help, even if their price isnt ALWAYS the best. I am willing to pay a little more knowing I am well taken care of. Very refreshing.
These folks go the extra mile to please their customers. Change of review. Had some car issues in Oct. 2020, called in for a quote. Put on hold. 20 minutes later I called back, same guy answered. Again put on hold. 10 minutes later I called Brakes Plus. On phone with them 5 minutes, had quote, and appointment.
Richard was very helpful and super nice.He should definitely be the manager there! My daughter and I had to get our car towed there and he arranged transportation for us to get home. When they completed looking into what was wrong with our car he discounted the service price because we realized we had to take it to our dealership because it was under warranty. I would definitely recommend this Firestone to anyone in the area of Buckeye. They really care about your experience there.

I aligned my 94 ram truck and did a brake fluid exchange. Service tech John did a great job. He informed me that my truck was way out of specs. So he aligned it and told me to drive my truck a few days to let it settle then bring it back in to make adjustments. My truck drives straight and brake feel is great. Thank you Firestone

Went here to purchase 4 valve stem caps and they wouldnt sell they to me made me go Auto Zone. If I would of own this store I would of just given them just for PR I would of happily given they to any customer that came into my store.Not very pleased with the service I thought it was a tire store. I scheduled an appointment online because I couldnt get a hold of this location on the phone. Showed up for the scheduled appointment apparently there was no scheduled appointment for that time but I never received an email or phone call saying that I needed to reschedule. I tryed calling the day I made the appointment which was 4 days in advance and I hung up after waiting 30mins for them to answer the phone but they never did. I waited 20 mins before just asking for my keys back.I just rescheduled for a different location because I dont want to deal with this location anymore. I went here a few months ago great customer service great service in general but I have no clue what happened but I will just stick with the other location if thats how they treat there customers now.I would have been completely fine with rescheduling if they tryed calling or emailing because I do understand but to not answer the phone when a customer trys to confirm the appointment is wrong.I showed up 15 mins prior to my appointment just to be told Id have to sit there and wait for about an hour or more just because they couldnt be bothered to contact me to reschedule in my opinion is por customer service. Ill still go to Firestone but Ill just go to a different location because they answer the phones for customers. Hopefully there customer service gets better like it was a few months ago.

Very bad experience. They figured they knew what to do to fix my car. They guessed wrong with the part and charged me 600.00 anyway. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and was asked to return for another shot. Bad idea. I ended up spending 900.00 total. problem wasnt fixed the least bit. But the customer service guy, (I will refrain from names)Trys to justify that they did fix something that was broken, but the car sounded exactly the same with check engine light. Oh yeah the good cop, bad cop game that was played wasnt impressive either. Word of advice, when you want to talk about customers back away from the sliding glass window. We can hear every word you say.
Got my car in quickly and completed the alignment in the time promised. They also did the full inspection (a $10 add on I requested after hitting road debris on the interstate), but quoted me a REALLY high price for something I know I can get done elsewhere for MUCH less.

Originally gave four stars for friendly customer service and normal work. Since that time I have been back for what I consider to be my sons money pit of a car and they have done some amazing things to help me out. Im not usually a fan of these places but this one has the right people working there to take care of you.

This shop is NOT professional.I was told to bring my truck in on a Saturday, so thats what I did, first thing in the morning. I blocked off an entire Saturday for Firestone to work on my truck and they did nothing. I was told Id receive a phone call after a few hours, once diagnostics were completed. NOPE! No phone call.Half way through my Saturday I called for an update and they said they were working on an estimate, and they would call me shortly. NOPE! That didnt happen.Sunday morning I call for an update and Tony didnt know anything about what was going on with my truck. So Firestone wasted my time and I blew a day off work for these amateurs. Theyre stacking up work faster than they can complete it. Jokes.Going to my normal shop Wilhelm Automotive...pros.

The the customer service was atrocious! I show up for a second time to fix and issue I had scheduled and when I showed up “ Tony “ was so rude it was unforgivable. I have been a customer for over 30 years. Lived in all part of the country used Firestone at all our stations. This guy checks me in at 7am tells me he’s not gonna tell me if they will get to my vehicle. The day before I had an appointment had to cancel due to an emergency. “Tony” picked up the phone and Stated “no problem bring it in 2maro at 8 am”, Sunday. But then acted like I was full of it when I claimed he said they could get it done. Then he said they would try and get to it.....and continued to be rude to the point I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere. This is not the first time this Firestone has blown it for this customer. I will take my vehicle else where.
Do good service but need to check your vehicle before leaving to make sure all screws, tire caps,etc are put back on & tight. They will not own up to their mistake

I want to personally thank Mike G for his excellent service. He helped me get two tires that are somewhat rare within two days. While I was in the shop having the tires put on, the phone rang nonstop for over an hour and the foot traffic was also non stop and he never once frowned or got overwhelmed to the point where he was flustered. I felt so bad for him and asked if I could help and he graciously thanked me and let me know that he was here for me and the other customers. His work ethic is very impressive and made me smile after I myself had a rough day. Thank you Mike G! I will forever be a customer and look forward to working with you on my next service There. We had work done at a different Firestone yesterday, realized something was wrong partway from Phoenix to LA and stopped in here. Paul helped us get the mistake from the previous store fixed free of charge, and us back on the road in 2 hours. Thanks so much!

Ive been calling for the past few days to schedule a appointment and have never had anyone pick up the phone yet.
No reason to be unhappy. Been here twice for service on my vehicles. Alignment was spot on, a/c service was perfect, and tires+lube on my work truck was on point. No complaints

First off i want to say im a U.S. Veteran from Iraq/Afghanistan era just to give who ever a heads up on my character. Im usually not the one that goes and writes reviews on companys but I would like to believe if i had saw a review like this i would have taken my business else where. I scheduled appointment online for two vehicles to have a oil change, just a simple oil change . Drop off time at 7:30 am so i asked the guy how long will this take, he says two hours so i believed both would be done in two hours . I was wrong, just to start this was a back and forth thing until almost 5 PM. I dont know why it takes this long, maybe it was a sign that there was something wrong or they were just busy i dont know . A few days go by and i see that since the oil changes has been done on two vehicles now there leaking oil on two vehicles . I take a look at both vehicles, they are both leaking oil from the oil filter and drain plug. I immediately call and request to speak to a manager, he is conveniently on vacation . I thought during the oil change they tried to up sell me on things i didnt need now Im dealing with issues they had created, i guess it was a free for all to try to charge me for as much things as possible instead of owning up to there mistakes.They guy in the front givens me some story about how the guy who did the oil change wasnt his best guy and he would get his best guy on it . Long story short they screwed me on two vehicles and i was just there for an oil change, and they tried to charge me thousands of dollars. In my opinion these guys are dishonest crooks so if you have read this far hopefully this helps someone make there minds up about giving this company a try .
Had an appointment at 9am for an oil change said it would be about an hour. At 1015 i asked Matt how much longer it would be and come to find out they didnt even start on it!! For a first time customer I definitely would not recommend this place. They keep you waiting without informing you that it will be much longer than they initially said! Matt has horrible customer service and needs to be trained!!!

Had a tire with a screw in it that could not be patched because it was to close to the sidewall. Another shop had told me the same thing but started out trying to sell me 4 tires then dropped to 2. My tires had around 1/2 of their life left so didnt care to pay to throw them away (disposal fee). Firestone done the job with very friendly staff and in the time that they said it would be done., and only bought 1 new tire.

Great Customer Service, the only problem I have ever experienced was they over tighten oil filters. Otherwise Great, Honest and Trustworthy Brand and Store.
We got an oil change and new tires and hours after, our abs light turned on. Then, our whole abs system was malfunctioning and they said it’d cost around $1700 to fix. We decided to go without the abs. THEN we went to brake masters to get an alignment and they said our suspension was completely falling apart and wasn’t safe to drive. Our car was fine before we went here. I’m not saying Firestone sabotaged us but they definitely suck.

Terrible. No knowledge whats so ever and plenty of excuses as to why it wasnt done. They tried to charge me 1700 for a driveline replacement. 1100 for the part. I understand that. But 400-600 for the labor? For an hours worth of work. I know cuz I ended up pulling the part out myself and taking in to a driveline repair place, called phoenix rack and axle. Rebuilt my driveline and got it back to me in one day. It cost me 4 times less to do the work myself. I spent an extra 155.00 to grow back to my place but it was a very good decision. You couldve helped me out and made things easier but your refusal to made you a non returning customer. Waste of my time and very unaccommodating
I LIKE this company VERY much Shawn is very truthful ABOUT WHY I have the problems on my vehicle VERY HAPPY I HAVE been going to him instead of my Honda dealer HE IS MORE SINCERE all AROUND THANX to ALL at FIRESTONE the only one for my baby ACCORD 😂
All they want is money, i called them and asked how much it would be to change my front brakes because i could hear them, they told me about $109, so i went in the next day they said it wasnt the front brakes it was the back ones. Then they wanted to charge me $218 to do the back ones because they needed to strip something, i called bullshit, i tried to leave and they were trying to get me to stay by lowering the price by $100! i went ahead and asked a friend to look at it for me, and he said my back brakes were perfect and it was my front ones that needed to be changed, and nothing needed to be stripped. Instead of evening spending $109, like i was originally going too, i spent $30 for the brakes themselves and an extra $20 for my friend to do it for me. Saved myself a lot of money and a headache. Im never recommending Fletchers service to anyone EVER !
Took almost 3hrs to mount and balance 2 tireswas not the only customer complaining while there
Resolved issue in a timely manner, and was completely satisfied with results. Two thumbs up.
Consistently good customer service and very honest. I went in insisting that my breaks were bad saying I was willing to pay whatever to get them taken care of. They called me 30 minutes later telling me that they couldnt change them in good conscience because they were still good.
Went in for an oil change with an appointment and had it done within 2 hours. Also listed some other issues they saw while doing that so I could get them fixed wherever. Great service and friendly staff.
Used to be good, but now it seems as though they are always in a rush and I think they’re hiring a bunch of kids so the service is not that great anymore.
These guys did a great job. They were short handed but they did the best they could. Customer service was good and they worked as much as they could with prices.
