Okay dude straight up I have to give this place a down. I hate to do that it has to do with the staff unfortunately. The guy working behind the counter made my wife feel so uncomfortable that theres no way Id return to this location. The dude was just looking to hard at her and being rude then giving me dirty looks like I was stealing whichever Id never do but I can deal with that it is part of his job however I will not deal with his attitude or his unpleasantbehavior. The coffee was hot but theyre creamer was broken or something because they didnt have. The store was ca little dirty for the most part as you can see from the pictures. The donuts were good but thats not enough to put up with weak link of the crew. This was my first and only time here and I will not be back and I cant suggest you stop here either.

Usually the cheapest gas prices in Bucyrus. Looked up the price on gas buddy.com when I got off of Rte 30, when I got there it was different. Maybe just wasnt updated in time.

Ive been in here over the last few months whenever Im in town, the store is always clean, and the ladies behind the counter are always nice

I would leave 10/10 for the ice cream and cheap gas prices but the store manager is incredibly rude. All other staff is fine. Ever since Mary stepped down/ retired I have not taken time out of my day to stop in. If I see the managers car in the parking lot I just keep driving. I worked here a few years ago and it was the worst place I have ever worked due to the manager. She belittled you, made you feel dumb, if you didnt catch her up on the drama and pin other employees against each other then you were treated bad. I reported multiple drug deals in the store by former employees but nothing was ever done.

Their sundaes are a hidden gem! Get a banana split in a cup for a treat that travels well. Their hard serve selection is good too. :)

We love the staff...always happy no matter the time of day. Very clean always. Well stocked. They are just AWESOME, in Bucyrus, OH 44820. Happy 2018 New Year Everyone.

Good for gas and milkshakes

Maybe ok for locals but not those traveling through. No restroom... They suggested I go across the street to the Mobil Gas Station. Will do from now on.

This place is NOT open 24 hours like the website says, but other than that...I am cool with it!!
