Worst customer service at drive thru this morning! I order the same drink every morning and this is what I got today for Grande Caramel Frapp. Bitter. No caramel. Not blended with a bunch of syrup sitting at bottom and didnt offer for new drink! Nor refund.The Person clearly said when they made it, it came out weird and agreed. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION

This is one of the fastest and cleanest Starbucks around this area. Employees are courteous and seem to have a great attitude. Received all items in a timely manner. Keep up the great jobs ladies and gentlemen.

Quick service, orders are made quickly.Barista keeps misreading >CAFE< orders as >MOBILE< orders. Ive been here multiple times since I have an office in the area, I keep having the problem where the Barista puts my order on the Mobile Order shelf instead of calling my name for my order. All my orders are made in-cafe. I usually give them a minute to double-check the mobile orders on the shelf waiting to be picked up.. Most days theyre quick to correct themselves though.Just need to be more attentive.I will still continue to come here in cafe for my orders... As the drive thru tends to get wayyyyy too long.

Rocky is Amazing! The entire staff is super friendly. Can be a little hectic in the mornings. Otherwise great Starbucks.

Right off the freeway.Plenty of parkingNot over crowded during the week.I was here for 6 hours and there was always a place to sitGreat seating options outside.Staff and customer service was good. They dont bother you or kick you out for being here for hours without buying anything.Please be aware there is no cigarette smoking allowed. Bathrooms where decent, the soup dispenser leaks so be careful where you step.Best thing was the size of this place. Plenty of room.

My girlfriend wanted a hot caramel drink. I got a large white chocolate mocha with whole milk. I also put money on her Starbucks card. Pleasant experience.

Worse drive thru experience, I could see how on the run and badly done they were making my drink and then when waiting for my sandwich in the first sip, all the coffee fall into my white blouse.P.s the person that takes my payment never gave me napkins (this is usual) so I had to ask for it, she just said sorry and offer a straw.They just refill my coffee and it tasted gross, just realize it when I got to work. 🤮

Classic Starbucks atmosphere, plus it’s open later than some of the other coffee shops in the area! Makes for a great study or work spot with reliable WiFi, as well. Only complaint was a weak Americano, but I’m sure I coulda asked for a remake and they would have been happy to do so.

I placed an order on the app which estimated it would be 10mins. I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I made the order to get my coffee. I then waited 5 more mins and then decided I had abandon my baked good because at that point I was already late to work. Seriously, I left when a Barista was telling another this is the order in which you have to prep the food... It must have been at least 20 labels and more and more people kept arriving and people were getting impatient. So if you running on time and feel itll be a quick stop... It wont, you will be late because you stopped for coffee avoid this place if youre in a rush.

Busy place on a weekday morning! Got my order quickly and chose a cozy corner from their ample seating. They didnt have cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg shakers out so had to ask but Steph provided them with a smile!

Its right next to my on ramp to the 91, and 3 minutes from my house, which means app ordering & pick is convenient when I have an early morning. They are usually pretty quick.

Water down, cant get orders right .For us coffee drinkers you know that first drink better be good . Or else the day just don’t go right . 👎🏼 im am glad they will be opening another starbucks down the street .

Placed order online and was to be ready by 10:15 so I showed up 5 minutes later and walked in, saw drinks ready so I checked for mine, girl behind the mastrena working raised her voice at me like “do you have a mobile order, it needs to wait I have a lot of orders” ok I’m sorry I was just checking but I understand my race can raise a flag......super rude never in the 12 years coming to Starbucks all over the country has anyone been so rude......

Had a mobile order and had to wait for our drinks to be remade because they didnt read labels correctly. Diabetic husband cannot have what im having. Otherwise nice staff and corrected the mistake. Just had to wait a lil longer than expected.

On Monday at 8:31am I went to the drive thru and made my order of a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew and I received a iced late with simple syrup and soy milk. I called about the error as I couldnt turn back and go through the drive through because I was on my way to work. I was told over the phone I would receive the correct order on a later day. So the associate over the phone took down my information for when I return. Well I returned that Wednesday and notified the drive thru attendee about the replacement drink and he refused to make the correction and told me theres nothing he could do about their error ... Super disappointed

Rarely has bakery items I want. Not told until I reach the drive up window. Morning bun and almond croissant often no go. This can be as early at 5 am. I drive to other cities now. Bad business Starbucks.

Why be open on New Years Eve if you really dont have much to sale. There should have been a sign placed at the beginning of the lines saying what u have and dont. I gives ppl the option weather they want to wait in a long line.

I was at this Starbucks today. The cashier took like 10 minutes to make my drink. Then I went up to her to ask her if my coffee was ready. She apologized because she forgot about it. Then she started making it. After that she got busy helping other customers. By this time it was like 20 minutes I was waiting for my drink. I was so mad that I just asked for a refund and left. I’m never coming back to this Starbucks again.

Coffee Gods bless the employees here. There is always a plethora of grumpy coffee drinkers waiting for their mobile orders. Only order from here if you have 10 to 15 minutes to wait around. If youre in a rush to get caffeine fix somewhere else.

Horrible place to go get a coffee. I went there to get coffee. The first time I waited 15 minutes and the second time I waited 17 minutes and on the third time there was no line but on the fourth time I waited 26 minutes ridiculous !!!. Dont waste your lunch time here.1 star for being overcrowded Starbucks and for waiting 25 minutes to get the wrong size coffee.

The company emphasizes humanitarian causes that give customers the pleasure of knowing their money is going towards more than just coffee. This is a smaller location with less seating.

Even with the long line, the drive-thru service was quick and efficient!

Ways quick service even when there is a line! Its also not surprising to see the pay it forward happen frequently. This is by far my favorite morning pit stop!! Thanks Starbucks!

Bad .2 mistakesAsk for 2 coffees and 2 breads they only give me one coffee and 2 breads go back again and ask for the second coffee and they both are wrong coffee flavor. I cant go back so i just throw it away. Not a good service

I previously gave this location a bad review due to its speed of service. Yet I decided to visit and was able to... *GASP* Get my coffee in an expedient fashion! I will follow back up to see if it was a mirage or if theyre really attempting to improve in that area (which was a horrible detriment to them before.)

I like this Starbucks because they make my drink perfect Everytime....I pass 5 other Starbucks to go to this one. I just wish some of the girls were a bit more friendly.

Awesome! My triple tall latte macchiato was perfectly foamed with just the right amount of caramel sauce - not too sweet with the perfect blend of espresso robustness. Delicious - props to the barista!

First time I came here I used the drive thru, there were about 5 cars in front of me and it took about 15min to just get a plain bagel with cream cheese and a regular coffee. Second time I came here, I decided to walk in and order inside the store, it took over 15min to get the same items. It was not until I told the cashier that I was waiting for my order for him to start doing it after 10min. The place was not even half full, there was no line to order. I believe they are either extremely short staffed or they are just slow at serving. There were a total of 3 employees around 4pm. It was a disappointing experience both times.

I enjoyed my visit at this location our servers were polite and for sure they all do a great job keeping up with the place being clean.

Special request drink, made correctly. Not sure how they messed up my name, but it was entertaining hearing it all messed up with an accent!

So I go into the line of starbucks before they close today, it was a few minutes before and there was a few cars infront of me. It hit 9:30 when I got to the window and the lady said they were closed. But she still got all of the orders infront me. I thought it was pretty RUDE to not get my order. I wasnt going to wait and waste my time in being in the drive way when I wasnt going to get my drink. So I had to back out of the long drive way because the cars infront of me where getting their drinks. I dont think Ill go to this Starbucks again. Thank Goodness The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was open and took my order :)

Dont listen to these other people, this place is great. The only problems spawn from the design of the parking lot and drive thru area, not from the actual store.

This place is ridiculously SLOW!!!!Sunday morning-not busy-waited 15minutes. Other people were called so I asked about my order. She asks what I ordered I tell her. instead of trying to find the order- makes a cold drink when I ordered a hot. I wait for her to make someone else’s drink and then I get mine after all that time. Then I asked for my receipt to be printed bc I want asked the first time. That takes another 5 minutes.
