Spot on K-fashion style clothing store. Price might be little different from Korean website but if you think about shipping from Korea it shouldn’t be that bad. Also they have timed deal sale so it’s good that you check with store staffs. So far I like the style and quality within good price.

If they have more than 5 stars, i would give them more. This is the best place to shop and you do not have to wander around the crowed mall. EXCELLENT STAFFS. BOTH OF THE LADIES IN THE STORE, THEY ARE SUPER NICE . whenever i go to business trip, they always hold my stuff. if i cant find the one i like in store, store manager always make special order and make sure it comes . i love to come back this place because you cant find anywhere have a better customer service than this one... thank you to all the staff. you guys are the best......

This place has been and still is my favorite place to shop! They have new shipment coming in every week with a selection of clothing some being unique and hard to find anywhere else and others practical, perfect for any occasion. I walk in anticipating what will be waiting for in stores today and I always walk out fully satisfied with my shopping. Their customer service is absolute as well, always welcoming with a smile and honest to their opinions and suggestions. Not only do they sell clothes, but they sell makeup and skin care products as well. I havent tried their skin care yet, but looking forward to it! Heard many positive reviews about it:)

Its been my gf favorite place. Their customer service is perfect. Nice clothing collections shipped from South Korea every week. A super friendly manager and all staffs always want to help their customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves high quality fashion/cosmetics.

I was VVIP of Imvely. Super low quality clothes and high prices.Copied so many luxury designer’s clothing. Also, has enormous issues in Korea right now if you just google regarding with their cosmetics and especially skin care. Compare to currency, it should be cheaper in U.S. but so much expensive than South Korea. (Even already super expensive in South Korea as well.)DO NOT BUY.

The manager is super friendly and nice. The store is clean and organized. I love their skincare products, especially their Artemisia Balance Essence. It made my skin look bright and clean. I would definitely visit here often!

The manager working here are always super helpful! Whenever I asked a question about the product, she addressed all my questions very well, which tremendously helped me decide what to buy. I highly recommend this store to anyone!!!

Very rude customer service!!!I was waiting in a line to pay and then a girl walked into the store to buy a hoodie.Even though I was in front of the girl the cashier asked me to wait so she can help the girl who came later than be and lined behind of me.I was waiting before she walked in to the store I waited for my turn.I do not understand I this store train the cashiers.I told her I waited it is not acceptable but there was no apologise.I love imvely product and on this trip I purchased over $200.00!!Is this how you guys train rue cashier?I dont think it gonna work in US!!!

Wonderful trendy clothes and make up always available. Also the staff are always very kind and helpful.

To be honest, I never ever write the review for any stores or place I go but seriously Imvely is the best of the best. Im pretty much visit to the store every week for the new clothes. The manager was so so so nice everytime I vevisit here. She was so detailed and well explained . For the customer service I would give them 5 stars or more than that I could. Come and check out the new clothes / cosmetic and ask for the manager, she always there when I come ., she would introduce you, or even call you when the new products or any new stuffs come to the store. I know that the head quarters is located in Korea, I truly wish they would have more stuff coming at the same time, but they only have fews in store but dont feel bad, the staffs alway want the best for the customer and value us everytime we come, so if you couldnt find the one on online that you like ( even if its sold out) she will help us find them from the head quarter. And if you come here at busy time when they have a lot of customer, just be patient. She will help all of you guys out as soon as she could . The reason I always want to come here because of they gave me the best customer service, feel like home and feel always be welcomed here . I want to post a lot of pictures about clothes I bought in imvely store, but just fews of them so you guys could check them out. Thanks imvely for everything

The price is too different in here compare to the shop in Korea. It is way too expensive with low quality and service.
