I had my first salon appointment for a haircut with Bianca. I love my haircut, she asked questions and did an awesome job. Definitely recommend getting your hair done by her. The whole experience was very relaxing, thanks!

Assiciates were very nice and helpful. We noticed that a lot of the products had been previously opened. Rhe plastic safety wrap was missing. Fir this reason there were several products that ee refused to purchase.

Staff is limited and the ones that are there are zero personality on sales floor. Liked the way its limited to people inside and arrows to direct pedestrian traffic. Quick check out

Horrible customer service. The cashier was angry at me for not giving her my phone number so she can apply me on their rewards program. I had to politely refuse her 5 times before she threw the receipt at me. Maybe the company gives disadvantage to employees if they dont get customers to apply for it. Never going here again.

I wanted to return an item that I received damaged. I showed my receipt for proof of purchase to the associate. I felt like she did not want to help me and was making it difficult for me to return my item. She had a bad attitude towards me and I couldnt even get her name because she did not have a name tag. She said I could contact customer service for my return. Funny thing is that I had already contacted customer service and they said I could go instore to return my item. I decided to go to another location and to my surprise they quickly accepted my return without hesitation or questions. I dont know why they made it seem difficult when the other location was totally the opposite. I dont think I will ever go to the ulta store at buena park.

Do not shop at this location!!! ABSOLUTELY the worst experience Ive had during COVID-19 and curbside pickup!! I purchased items for my nieces birthday and after I received an email that my items were ready they decided to close for the day 2 hours before their listed business hours and did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know. Now I am here gift less and stolen from. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! And of course I have tried 5 different times to reach customer service to ABSOLUTELY NO AVAIL!!!

I love going to Ulta, period. I can usually find what Im looking for unless its out of stock. You can ask to have them order the item thats out of stock online and you get free shipping! Usually the girls are very helpful but once in a while you will get that one girl whos just unwilling to go that extra mile to help you out. Just ditch that girl and find someone else whos willing to give you the awesome customer service! Watch out for the vendor makeup tutorials they do at the store. They are awesome. Speaking to a makeup artist from Too Face was awesome. If you get a chance check out their clearance section. Its a hit or miss. Also, many girls dont know this but you can try on the makeup you purchased at Ulta and if you dont like it you CAN return it. Keep your receipt or use your phone# for your rewards when purchasing and theyre able to look up your purchase if you do loose your receipt!

What an unpleasant experience ... especially with the security girl who makes you feel uncomfortable makes you feel like you are going to rob, the girls from customer service were very nice.

Extremely disappointed! My order was incomplete! I drove 40 miles to this particular location to pick up my items as other stores do not have it available and when I got home I realized Im missing some items. My order said it was ready for pick up and they did not give me my complete items. Not only did they mess up my order, I called before 6pm and no one answered. The phone just kept ringing until it eventually hit 6pm and now theyre closed. I needed that item for an important event tomorrow! Now I have to drive all the way back for ONE item. Waste of my time and waste of gas....

This Ulta has such great customer service! I felt bad, but I was only able to come a couple minutes before they closed to pick up an order. I didn’t catch her name, but she gladly let me in right before locking the doors and did it efficiently. Super helpful, friendly and understanding, and I really appreciate it.

It was busy and they only had one register open. The other employees were just standing around talking while there a good amount of people waiting in line to check out. They should have opened more registers to accommodate the customers, especially on the weekend.

This Ulta had workers working yesterday around 1PM who were very rude, they didn’t offer to help me even though there was girls available. I had to ask for help & the first girl didn’t even color match me correctly and she had an attitude. When I asked another girl to help me she also had an attitude. When asking them both questions about the products they would respond to me as if I was dumb like I’m clearly asking them for help because I don’t know about the products it’s their job to help me. They didn’t have any name tags so I don’t know there names. The cashier was actually very nice so I appreciate that, on the receipt it says her name is Veronica. I had a very bad experience at this ulta and I will not be coming here again.

Store was super busy, clearly understaffed, and they were trying to keep it clean but clearly for some the personal conversations were more important than working. The gals at the registers were trying to hustle but you could tell they needed a break. I was disappointed that I wasnt offered any samples.

One star because I have to!!! Worst Ulta Ive ever been to... I walked in and not one person said hello or offered to help, unlike all the other locations Ive been to. I had to ask for help and the employee (no name tag, but I later found out she was the manager) was rude as if I was bugging her to do her job. Kat was the cashier and she was just as rude. I was using a gift card and the card reader was saying card reader error instead of calling a backup cashier since there was 2 others in line, Kat moves over to th next cashier and helps the next customer in line. I asked to talk to the manager which happened to be the lady I asked for help. She too was no help, I was basically told they cant take the card and to go home and call the 800 number on the back. Ill never shop at this Ulta again and would never recommend anyone.

Looked in the comments to see if anyone had anything to say about the customer service . Not sure if I’m 100% but some girl wearing glasses (I believe) just had the worst attitude ever !! I was having trouble finding a certain brand and she just seemed so bothered to help me . Unfortunately this location is the closest one to me so I will have to return but hopefully their boss can run an attitude check on the people there .

Rude customer service they dont help you when youre not wearing makeup haha they dont greet you when you walk in the door and they greet other people with makeup on they dont help you if you dont look professional I just found out today December 18th I found out that does Ulta was nearby my house but Im a stick to my Anaheim Ulta much better customer service

Went to the Buena Park location and both times completely bad service. 1st visit was completely ignored had to interup employees talking to ask if they could see if they had a foundation in stock in the back. The girl went to the back and never returned. I stayed in the same spot for about 10 minutes. Had to get another employee to check said she knew who was helping me but didnt know where she went. 2nd trip went in to look for colonge for my son 2 employees next to mens cologne just standing there talking and didnt even acknowledge me then another woman came in heading towards my direction and they stopped and said hello to her and asked if there was anything they could help her with. I just left will never go there again.

The people who work here are very nice.
