Ken did a great job of installing a replacement battery and extra RAM in my laptop. He also did a clean install of Windows 10, updated all of the drivers, and added excellent antivirus protection. He kept all of my previous files and documents intact, which is very important for me. I was surprised how quickly he was able to get the job done. The laptop is so much snappier and I feel confident in using multiple programs without apps closing out or hitching like before. Kens knowledgeable, courteous, and tells it to you straight. Hes a professional and his work shows it. Thats why I keep coming back to him.

When I bought it to Mark, he knew exactly what to do. He used to be a DJ so he knew exactly how to optimize my laptop for making music. Within 24 hours, he rebuilt and optimized my whole machine, and even added an additional 16gb of RAM. He went above and beyond for me, a new customer who had never even been here before.When I brought my computer home and got to work, I was able to run my digital audio workstation and screen recording software simultaneously, something my old laptop could never handle. I am facing blue screen issue after changing hard drive. One time charged and said all softwares are updated then why still am getting same issue. If same issue repeat twice then its not correct solution. I am not satisfied.I am talking about blue screen issue. I did not requestmyou to update software, i came for blue screen issue but updated. My motive is not to ruin your business. We need worth service for our money. Thats it.

I posted a review yesterday, I mentioned a few things I disliked about the quality of the screen that was used to replace the previous one that wouldn’t turn on anymore.Later, I received a response by the owner telling me my review is “untrue”. Also, the owner thought I made a phone call about a cracked screen and a phone acting up. My screen isn’t cracked, I just don’t like it. That’s all. Wrong customer.I called a little over a week ago. I asked about the warranty and I mentioned some weird thing my phone is doing. Person on the phone was very dry, said less than 5 words but whatever not the point.Perhaps I should have used a better choice of words in my previous review to not upset anyone.Basically, if you have a newer Apple product that’s in pretty good condition, I would recommend paying the extra money fixing a cracked screen at the Apple store for a better quality display. That’s just opinion.

Update with a more recent experience: I had a Lenova gaming computer that had a broken screen hinge, a sticking keyboard due to a spill, and increasing fan noise. Ken took a quick look at it and said no problem. I was blown away. He fixed the screen, cleaned the keyboard and installed a SSD for a reasonable price. I felt compelled to give him a small tip. (Oct 2020)Amazing. I brought in my 2012 MacBook Pro which was becoming slower everyday. The owner, Ken, knew the issue right away and replaced the hard drive to SSD and increased RAM. The result was night and day difference. The fee for parts and labor was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this place. (2019)

Kenny and Mindy are great. Very knowledgeable, helpful and capable. Prices are reasonable. Took apart my laptop, diagnosed the issues and put it back together without charging me. Instead of spending $250 on a repair, I bought another laptop they built me with more RAM and a newer processor for $275. Will definitely be back here with any future phone or computer issues.

I took my iPhone 5S in there today due to the camera and charge port having suddenly stopped functioning. The owner spent a good twenty minutes taking my phone apart in front of me and was able to solve both problems, and didnt charge me anything for his time. This is a very honest business and Id highly recommend it if youre having issues with your cell phone.

Over the last 20 years Ive had some good experiences with techs, but also many bad ones. At last Ive finally found the place to go! I dealt with three great people, Ken, Victor, and Mindy and all three were great! Theyre easy to speak to and they know how to listen. They treated me like their best client. They did two seperate fixes for me and both were done within 24 hours. They even contacted me twice while finishing up my repairs, still working after hours! The price was great. They answered all my questions thoroughly and in a way I could fully understand. They were all great and I will be back!

I had already paid $60 to someone to diagnose the problem with my sons gaming computer but they did not solve the problem. The folks at 847 took it on and had to go one system and component at a time but they fixed it and their charges were reasonable and the time they spent figuring out what was wrong they did not charge for....which is not the industry norm believe me. They are going to do another fix on my old mac laptop next week. I rate them 5 stars out of 5 and hope they stick around for a long time because its like plumbers and car mechanics, once you actually get a good computer shop you hang on to it.

I brought in my cellphone I was having issues with and the gentleman took a look at it when I first walked up explained what​ different things may be happening and what my options are. Instead of insisting it was something I have to pay to get fixed he instead suggested I try a few things that I am able to do at home and walked me how to do them.

I use 847 techs at my business to manage the computers that control our equipment. Recently our equipment manufacturer told us we needed to add a new PC that was running Windows 7, but it was going to be difficult to setup up a PC with that old of an operating system, it may take days. Ken had one up and running for me in 2 hours. Two years ago Ken came on site at 5:30am to fix a computer problem so we could still get in a full days work. 10/10. These guys are pros. Will always use.

The person fixed my computers wifi free of charge. He explained that the wifi card was loose within my laptop and he just pushed it back in. Now my wifi is working again. I was expecting to pay $40 for a new card but he told me that since he did not have to install a new wifi card that there was no charge. Would recommend.

Honestly, I had a horrible experience. First time i brought my phone there, I was very happy because they fixed it in 20 minutes and only charged me 80 bucks. Little did I know, my screen was replaced with a defect screen. When I went to go get it fixed, they couldnt put my color screen on because they didnt have any in stock. However, the lady was very nice and told me shed call me so I could come by to get the different color when they arrived. She never called me! I also have a very busy schedule, so was unable to make it back over there. My screen cracked just two weeks later. When I went it to get it replaced since I needed the different color anyway, not only did they not replace it, but the guy accused me of lying to me! Super rude of him to accuse me of lying. They also told me that they couldnt fix my screen because it had cracked. So yeah they give you a warranty but only if it glitches!! Overalll, they just rip you off and dont handle faults well at all. Dont go.
