What is worse than being a victim of fraud from the very own sales representative at this store. I went to obtained a new phone and the customer service representative, Rafael, added 2 other lines to my account, which I payed without me noticing for 4 months, without my authorization. He also added insurance and other services I did not request/authorize. When I spoke to the manager, Xavier, he said there is nothing I could do, he will only talk to him and that’s it no repercussions for committing fraud with their customers. He also tried to intimidate me and had no customer service skills. I was robbed by this Buffalo Grove location and they were absolutely unprofessional.If you don’t want them to add things without your authorization check your bills and if they have committed fraud, there is nothing ATT can do. Management won’t be able to assist you.This company was a total disappointment.

The worst store and service I have ever experienced, anywhere. Got in at 3pm was promised it will be 15 minutes. Left at 5pm without being serviced. Didnt have a choice but to sit and wait, didnt have working phone. Get ready to wait for hours without any interaction. Insane at this day and age. I went to Half-Day ATT location they got it done in 15 minutes. 15 minutes. What a Fail this location is, its management and its employees. Go somewhere else. They dont even acknowledge you when you walk through the door. 0 customer service. They cant keep track who is waiting and who is not. Its a free for all. Pathetic.. I wish I would have videotaped the shenanigans that go on here while I was waiting, just a pathetic ATT store...

Worst store I have ever seen in my life, there are thieves working out in that place, watch you when you trade in phone. Employee just took phone and said he would trade in, and he did not gave me any receipt . After, few month at and t customer service called me and said that I did not traded not in my phone when I checked with store they said the same. Finally, I came to know that I was robbed in the store itself by an at and t employee who is not working anymore . I lost a 800$ worth phone and there is no response from the store I requested them to look at cctv footage but they were adamant about it.AVOID THE STORE !!!

We called ahead and spoke with Kathryn, who was very professional and helpful in telling us what we needed in order to get our issues resolved quickly. As we walked in, Adán was available and was incredibly helpful in adding my wife to my account. He transferred her existing number, was competent and quick. We walked in at 6:45, 15 min before their closing time, and he got us out of there by 7:05. Great work all around, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I am forced to give at-least one star, else I would give a -ve 100 to this store . After today I am not going to refer this store location to anyone plus AT&T might loose me as their customer . I called up AT&T customer service and planning to walk away since I walked in today to change my plan as I have been a AT&T customer for more than 15 years . The gentleman inside had no other customer apart from me, but was so rude and not helpful enough to share any information . He just threw a paper at me and said this is all I have and if I can read it is self explanatory . This is beyond acceptance from a company like AT&T . AT&T should seriously think about closing this store if they do not want to loose real old loyal customers who have been using their service for years and paying a premium price for it .

Im Russian guy. I speak English badly. But in this store I got the best service in the USA. Antonio is the Manager who helped me with my issue. He is polite, sympathetic and patient guy. He spent 2 hours of his time on me. I strongly recommend for everybody this store.

I had the best experience ever today!I walked in with the understanding that I was going to be treated rudely and rushed just like the Arlington heights and woodfield stores...Boy was I wrong!George helped me, he listened to me and answered all my questions..at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. He was the only one there and I saw how he treated all the other walk in customers. One woman who walked in could hardly speak English and he took his time to make sure he understood what she needed. He didnt act annoyed or frustrated.Honestly he restored my faith in continuing my business with att.Dont go anywhere else! Go see George...today!

New manager at the store is super friendly. Hes running the store without staff but giving the best service, with a great positive attitude, huge smile and doing the best he can to help the customers. Definitely recommend this over other stores who are somewhat good, but this guy definitely knows what hes doing.

Had a very smooth experience in this AT&T store. I walked in to get a nano sim for my new unlocked phone and Thomas Morales helped me get that done super quick. Would love to visit this store again for any wireless needs in the future.

I had an awesome experience with Varo. We had an issue with our account and Varo spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and asked to be transferred to all the departments to rectify our situation. Typically, he works at the Vernon Hills store so check him out!

Went into an ATT store and they sold me on the new internet service. Stated that it is now available in my neighborhood and just fast as any other out there. Set up an appointment for installation. Waited all day for them, they never showed or called. When I called them, they asked me to verify address and I did. They said they went to the wrong address and the person at the other address said there was no one living at the address they had. I asked how they were going to remedy, they said that I had to call sales and set up whole new appt. Nope.
