Staff are extremely helpful. Ask nicely and they might even help fix a flat tire on your bike, or help lift a box for you to your car. They are super knowledgeable of what is needed to fix your problems.

I dont know where they get their employees..but they are soooooo nice and knowledgeable. Me and my Mom went there on Sundy..young guy long hair helped us what a pleasant human being..thank you!

Ace is always professional and friendly. No exception here. Employee at the front register knew where the item I wanted was and directed me to it. Right there, thats 5 stars. Rare to be able to ask anyone a question and get a response these days, let alone the correct one. Parking is even easy in crowded Allentown. Ill be back.

They are so convenient and have everything! Plus I can bring my dog in with me and Tony always gives her a biscuit. Very good customer service.

I went to this location for the first time the other day, and am oblivious when it comes to hardware stores like this. Joe was INCREDIBLE and it meant so much to me. For a small store, they carry quite a bit. Great neighborhood hardware store--convenient, fair pricing, helpful friendly staff who dont run n hide like at the big well known store (you know who I mean)...Of course if you need large amount of repair/building materials you wont go here, but for smaller projects/repairs or an item or two...its worth it to try this place out, itll be you go-to place especially if you need to save time and hassle of waiting in long lines or dealing with not so helpful associates.

I walked in to find none of the employees wearing masks (Feb 3, 2021). They quickly donned their masks when they saw a customer (me) approaching, but I no longer felt comfortable in the store and quickly left.Also, the online inventory did not match what was available in store, so I could not find the item I was looking for.

I was over impressed with the prompt courteous service from Schuele Ace Hardware. I needed help getting a new lawnmower delivered on the busiest lawn and garden weekend of the year. I love this place. Its a great alternative to Home Depot. They dont have as large a selection and everything is slightly more expensive, but this place definitely has the charm of a local hardware store. The staff are great.

Were going to pay a bit more for paint but the paint is excellent paint and stuff doesnt pee off within a few years the right way to go

This is the best hardware store Ive ever been in. It may appear small in size, but they always have everything Im looking for. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. And for me its much closer than going to a big box store which I try to avoid anyways.

Terrific customer service

They were helpful and close to downtown. Saves me time since I dont have to drive to like Home Depot or Loews. I usually go there for the winterization kits, they always have them, where as other places typically sell out. Their kits are also fairly priced.

This locally owned paint store has a great selection with a very knowledgeable staff. After waiting in ridiculous lines at box stores with staff who only new a memorized pitch, i found this place and now always by my paint here. A favorite among local contractors too, they recently added a small but well stocked hardware store next door. These guys know their stuff.

You know how when you move into a new place and seems like you need hundreds of new things? Well Thank God for Ace hardware! Very close to my new apartment so I didnt have to travel miles to a giant store. I mustve been in there 5 times in a week and each time the guys were expertly able to answer my obscure questions and immediately locate what I needed, like a washer for a new shower head! Super friendly AND knowledeable staff AND in my neighborhood! The perfect 5 star combo!

This is by far the best run hardware shop in Buffalo!.They have just about everything you need, their prices are very fair considering the size of the store and the salespeople are spectacular!You will never wait for help and each and every sales person is knowledgable, friendly and professional.

I love that they are in a more residential area. I do not have to travel to a strip mall. Their staff is friendly and helpful.The only reason they did not get 5 stars is; because, they do not carry everything a bigger store would have in stock.

Every time I need something the staff is right there to assist. (Except Brandon) They can do without him and his poor/unprofessional attitude. They dont sell you the most expensive part or tool but the one that will get the job done.
