Caliber Collision is the best place to get your car fixed because the customer service is above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced. You will have somebody thats in charge of your case and they constantly keep in touch with you. They ask you questions to see how are you doing. They are on top of their game. They dont play around or procrastinate. The case managers make take good care of their clients. If you have any concerns or needs they are there to try to meet them or come up with a solution. In my experience, Tyler was our case manager and he was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond calling to keep us informed on our vehicles progress. I knew our car was in good hands because of Tyler. I felt secure about the entire process. He is the best customer service Ive ever encountered. You cant go wrong with Caliber Collision, they are a top-notch place to have your car fixed. They do a great job.

I brought my Corolla in for a check on a repair that was done in the summer of 2019. Driver door replacement. The seal had started to leak and water was getting in and wetting the carpet.Ken Seaborne handled the vehicle check out and the door re-alignment. No issues after the adjustment with water leaking. They handled this with no charge to me. What a surprise these days.With the weather being hit and miss with dry days, the car did not air out and became very musty. I called back and Ken and Hillary took care of my car. They took the car and left it indoors to dry. The car is much better than I anticipated.Amazing customer service by Ken, Hillary and Caliber Collision.

Our was a insurance repair but they did a great job and the car looked almost brand new. It took longer than we wanted but they repaired everything so that the car could be safe no complaints about the reason.

I was told to go to to Caliber Collision Buford because they would give a fair quote and they do excellent work. Ricky gave an estimate that shocked me. I was sure I was going to pay tons more. The car was ready in a timely fashion. I was informed by text and calls when necessary. Although I live near the Buckhead location, I will only use these guys. Excellent service.

Horrible experience. Incompetent, repeatedly missed targets, lied about rental car billing. Never bring your vehicle in here. They will cut corners, mislead you and ultimately you will be disappointed. Especially do not trust the supervisor/manager Chase. I only gave them a 1 star because I had to select at least one. Think twice before you bring your vehicle here.

Accidentally hit a parked car in a parking lot that caused some damages to my bumper and side panel. I originally was scheduled to use a competitor but after a not so great first impressions, I decided to use Caliber because I had history of using them in the past before the name change. The competition didnt seem knowledgeable and didnt seemed please to help. I called the shop and asked if I could stop by to recieve an estimate without needing an appointment. I was warmly welcomed in by Hillary that introduced me to Dwayne (Hopefully I remembered the name correctly). He seemed pleased to help and immediately inspected/assessed the damages and took his time to explain the repair process and what needed to be done. He also informed/educated me of their average completion time based on the damages which was a critical factor since I did not have a car rental. After making changes with my insurance, I was able to drop my car off same day and when I returned, I was assisted by Ken. Ken as well seemed pleased to help and knowledge and took his time to explain the repairs and answered any concerns and/or questions I may have. Through out the repair process, I received a text and phone call from Ken. There was a slight concern when the estimated completion time was September 9th after dropping it off on August 24th. I shared my concerns with Ken and he ensured that he and the team worked hard and quickly to return my vehicle back to me. I ended up receiving the vehicle the following Monday the 31st. The vehicle looked new again and they took the time to detail the inside and add more air to my tires. They even allowed me to pick up the vehicle right at 5:30 when they were closed since I was stuck in traffic and couldnt leave work on time causing to be 30 minutes late than the communicated time I provided. Ken again, ensured he answered any questions and/or concerns I had before driving off. I actually did ended up renting a car for a few days and they made arrangements for me to leave the vehicle there from Enterprise and communicated with Enterprise that I stopped the rental coverage so I wouldnt get charged another day and scheduled time for them to retrieve the vehicle. Overall great company to assist you!! Everyone was so welcoming and caring and genuinely show appreciation to their customers. Will use again if needed.

Another great job at Caliber collision! We have been to Caliber’s with a Mazda I previously owned, my husband”s pick up, and more recently when we were going to pay out of pocket after my husband backed my vehicle into a mailbox and we didn’t feel like that was a matter for insurance. My last visit was when paint was splattered up into the wheel wells and along the bottom of the car after I loaned it to a family member.Caliber has always been fair and delivered quality. I feel they have always taken that extra step in professionalism. We literally wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else. Whether your repair job is big or small- they really do it all.

Overall experience with this business was excellent. Had to get my car repair from a minor accident (not my fault) and they told what would happen. They informed me about everything they did to my car and sent me text messages when my car was ready. The front-desk receptionist was very kind, professional, and polite and helped what this document was and what was that for and etc. Grateful that my car was repaired as new by the hard work of them, especially Rick. This man exceed my expectations by doing more than what he was suppose to do and he was very nice and professional. Would recommend to go to Rick if you want your car to be as new. Ed was incredible. Estimate was fair and final price did not deviate from the estimate. I got multiple texts throughout the process keeping me updated on the progress and the car was ready when promised. Hilary was very courteous at the front desk.

They took my truck to popeyes and left the receipt on my front seat with chewed up gum and trash. They also dont communicate well. You have to call to find out whats going on. Just not professional.

Id give it a zero but I have to give it a star so I can rate it the manager here is a snake in the grass Rude, disrespectful, dishonest and a liar.Also he calls the cops on most employees after firing then after 3 years has no issues keeping individuals from being hired evre again.I would not recommend the believe in putting used quter panels on your car and destroying interior integrity to take short cuts.The equment used to fix your car is destroyed as well.Stay away from chase knapp

They got my baby, a year one, 05 Dodge Magnum back to looking like the beauty she is. I hit a wooden dining room chair at approximately 70 mph and destroyed the front end. Caliber was able to match her original color and line up her stripes plus they warranty their work forever (as long as you own your vehicle). Im another satisfied customer.

These guys are top notch especially Ryan Mcneeley. We had a very unique situation with our car where insurance was ultimately not going to cover the loss of our totaled vehicle due to a negligent installation of a sunroof we had done when we purchased our car through the dealership. A tree limb had fallen on the roof causing damage and Caliber assessed everything for us. As we were working through the possibility of hiring an attorney and working with the dealership to big our car back Ryan and his team let us keep the car on the lot gave us constant updates. Allowed adjusters and the dealership to come see the extent of the damage even though they knew the car was totaled and not going to be repaired. This ended up being almost a month long process. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy. Always had a call back within an hour from Ryan and he sent me photos, emails, write ups, whatever I needed to work through the awful situation. The car was bought new with only 6k miles when this happened. Ryan is a true professional.

I own a 2005 dodge magnum r/t, not an expensive vehicle by any means. However it does hold a lot of sentimental value to me. I was crossing the railroad tracks when my vehicle bottomed out, this tore the structural support crossmember from my vehicle. Im a veteran that lives on a fixed income. The men and women at caliber collisions treated me and my vehicle like I was one of their family members. Not only did they stay late to fix my vehicle, but they put it back together stronger than it was from the factory. They are honest, fair, caring and appreciative. I had a front fender issue from debris falling off a truck while driving on the highway. I put off getting repaired for a long time but finally gave Caliber a shot. The staff were all super friendly and kept me updated through each piece of the repair. When my car was done around a week later I noted I had lost a piece of my rim repair kit. Caliber offered to pay for a new set even though they had nothing to do with it! Excellent service and professional repair work - would highly recommend.

Did a great job on my wifes car took a long time but was not their fault had to have the factory make a new harness but Im glad they just didnt pull one out of a junkyard. The repair is also warrantied as long as we own the car and as a victim of peeling clear coat in the past that means a lot to us.

Used Caliber at the recommendation of our insurance co after an accident. While the repair work was satisfactory, the overall experience was poor, no call backs, delays, excuses, etc. Took almost a full month to get the car back. On top of that the shop lost or misplaced a cell phone holder, which weve still not received payment for, even after they admitted they cant find it. Poor service overall, and if needed Ill find another collision/body shop.

Communication before, during and after service was phenomenal. Repair was flawless. I picked up my vehicle and it was shiny, clean and fixed.I had the opportunity to go behind the scenes on the shop floor. Auto repair can be a messy business, but this shop floor was bright, clean and well organized. Impressive business...I hope they are making money hand over fist because they do their business very well. Ill be back and send anyone I can.

My truck was ready exactly when.promised. It was very clean when returned. In fact it was cleaned better than the detail shop I use. You could not tell the truck had ever been damaged. Perfect.

I took my car back in for service, thinking a rattling noise was related to a prior collision repair. Turns out it was unrelated, but Robert and team very kindly serviced with a temporary fix at no charge and recommended what a permanent fix should cost at local shops. Don’t use this body shop. They fixed my husband truck and took months and months to repair!!! Then a couple of months down the road the back axl broke ( where it had been hit and they did not repair). They would not fix it. Took it to another body shop and they said it had to be crack in the accident. The trunk is only drove on weekends. My husband has a company car. Will NOT be returning to this body shop.

I have been waiting over a year for them to correct the work they did on my car. They kept it over a month and when I got it back my car had dirty hand prints all over the inside, my battery died, and the work they did was definitely not what I expected of them. Im reported to BBB and they NEVER responded. That tells you what kind of business this place is.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. These people do not try to rip you off and are courteous and friendly. I have had to use their services on three separate occasions (one a deer encounter of the worst kind) and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to use their services - A-ONE in my opinion.

Production shop. Repair quality didnt stand the test of time. Short term fix looked good but body filler and paint cracked over time.

This is by far the best collision shop I have ever dealt with. The work on my Explorer was absolutely flawless. I met Chase and Dwayne,were both so professional. I went in to Caliber to get an estimate on some minor body repair work. Not only did they give me a more than reasonable price, the service from Garrett and Chase was outstanding. Only expecting an estimate, the repair was done and I was out within an hour. I highly recommend this company for any and all your auto body needs!

I discovered this body shop through Geico. They were the best! They did work I hadnt even hoped for and returned my filthy car in an immaculate condition.

I dread having a car repaired, so when my son had a minor accident a few weeks back we just took our insurance companys recommendation and went to Buford Collision (also Kilgore Collision) up near the Mall of Georgia. Just got the car back and it was a fantastic experience. The car looks great, and they even did a few extras like clean and vacuum. Plus they gave my son a t-shirt. The shop is new looking, the staff was great, and as an unexpected surprise they even sent us an email with a picture during the repair to keep us up to date.

Brought my hubby car here after a good/bad road trip. An object was in the road, passing through Louisiana, it completely destroyed the front lower bumper, fog lamps and etc. But they got Mrs. Little Red Riding Hood back to normal, shes a beauty queen!

They did a excellent job on my car .

They did good work but their communication and turn over time was atrocious. My car was first promised 8/18, then I got an email saying 8/16, then I got an email update from thier corporate office saying 8/21. I called and was told probably 8/16 and that corporate was automated. Then I got a call and was told they were giving me updates on someone elses car, and to plan on 8/18. Then the next day I was told they had to order a part, and to plan on 8/21. On 8/21 I called towards the end of the business day when I hadnt heard anything and was told they got the wrong part and that they couldnt get it into paint until that was remedied and that I would have my car the next day. The next day I was called at the very end of the day and told my car was 4th in line for paint and that I would have it by the 23rd. I let them know that I was paying daily rental car rates at that point and that I needed an update by noon on the 23rd if it was not going to be ready by then so I could extend my rental without penalty. I got a call at 4pm on the 23rd saying it would be the next day before it was finished. They called me to pick it up at 5pm on the 24th, so I couldnt get it back until the next day. When I got there on the 25th, the bill was almost $1000 more than the original estimate, which was never communicated to me. I paid my deductible and let them sort that out with my insurance, but they didnt offer to do that, I had to tell them to. So in the end, they had my car 4 weeks, and 9 days longer than they told me they would have it. My rental cost me almost $300 more than it should have because of their errors and miscommunications. I would not recommend them because although they did good work, there are a lot of other shops that do too, who will have your car to you in less time, and more importantly, when promised.

Came in for a quick estimate on some fender damage. i had gotten quotes from 3 other local places in the Buford and Sugar Hill area. i told them i wanted the bare minimum and i didnt need anything fancy i just needed the scratches and the small dent to be fixed and painted. the damage to my car were not any bigger than the palm of your hand keep in mind... the estimator took me out to my car and told me yep this shouldnt be to hard of a jobhe took some pictures and measurements. he went inside and worked up the estimate as i was standing there. the estimate came to just shy of $1600! which was very shocking to me considering the highest quote i had gotten from 1 of the other 3 places was $750. (the other 2 quotes were $600, and $689) when i inquired about why it was so high. he said this is a tough job got to take the whole fender off fix the scratches and pull the dent and blend the paint which was a far cry from what he said out in the parking lot saying shouldnt be a hard job. so needless to say i went with one of the other 3 places. and spent $689 and the car looks great. i would watch out for these guys. i am sure they do great work but it seems like they are preying on peoples lack of knowledge on auto body repairs and how much things actually should cost. i can tell you for certain that there is no way they would have done anything differently in repairing my car that would constitute an extra $900 in charges. lesson learned.
