I placed an order last May. After inquiring several times of when my order might be done the company stopped answering phone calls or messages from messenger. I attempted to cancel my order and never received a reply. I filled a complaint after 9 months with the BBB and they also failed to answer them. This is just a warning to anyone out there trying to do businesses with this company I have found they have multiple other unsolved issues with the BBB as well.

I am placing a review here of Atlanta Custom Baggers / Over Two Customs for all to see. I have to place a star just so I can post this, but i will not give this company a star of any kind because of they way I have been disrespected by this company. They false advertise, have no customer support and purposely disrespect the customer. I placed an order with this company that it was stated that it would take 4-6 weeks to produce. The item was paid in full and withdrawn from my account 2 days after the order was placed. it has been 5 months now and I still have not received my order. I have tried countless time to communicate and when I finally do get a response, it is of negative attitude and disrespectful. I have still not received my item nor my refund. I STRONGLY recommend that NO ONE should purchase from a company that treats customers this way. Please be aware of these facts when deciding to purchase from this company.

I have worked with Lorne at ACB multiple times. He has always been great to deal with. Any time I’ve had an issue he’s taking care of it as fast as he possibly could. You read through a lot of bad reviews people don’t realize fiberglass takes finish work. It’s not a big deal any body man can do it. I’ve worked with a lot of fiberglass parts from a lot of different companies and his seem to be the best out there. Only one time that I have had an issue where something didn’t fit right. ACB stood behind their product and made it right. Their new smooth criminal lids were my most recent purchase and they look great fit great, require minimal bodywork,fit and finish is fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from ACB.

I’ve seen this companies like work. They refuse to help rectify the situation and claim that “people should be able to fix it”. The hacks at this company should not be building custom bike parts

If we could give this guy “0” stars, we would. This guy does not make “custom” fenders for your nice motorcycle... he’s a hack! Not to mention that he just blocked us so we couldn’t communicate with him anymore after letting him know that we were not happy with the fender we bought... after spending $700 plus on it... he had no initiative to help resolve the issue.

Bought Victory saddlebag extensions, and a rear fender mold from them. The rear fender mold was molded correctly and needed serious fabrication to lay on the existing fender. The bolt holes werent lined up so had to redrilled them and use a fiberglass repair kit to fix the holes they messed up. Had to sand down the tail light area so it would fit. Not worth your time and money! Spend the money somewhere else. I talked to them about this and they told me sometimes modifications are needed to be done by the customer. I also wrote about my experience on Facebook, and they scolded me and were super disrespectful. They only want your money, trust me. They offered a friend of mine some free swag if he wrote a good review. Be careful is all Im saying.

Im out of Canada and I was not familiar with this company. i took the chance and bought a batwing from him for my 109. i have multiple times tried to ask questions to get any idea of what it will take to install and set up the product. each time i get an auto answer. then i get a 3-4 word response. when i finally called him on his lack of customer service he says hes not there for customer service hes there to make custom bike parts. I dont even have the batwing yet and i regret buying here.Read the reviews, you can tell the real people who are normally disappointed and his friends and connections. i will save you the hassle of dealing with this company. go buy somewhere else. there are other great batwings for much less money as to the quality i can comment yet, but i can up to this point. DONT BUY HERE !!

Ordered a Gangster rear fender for my Honda Fury. Fender would not mock up at all. The arc on the fender was not the same as subframe on bike. Told me it should bolt right on, and has never had an issue before. Out of the packaging we noticed it wasnt gonna fit, but gave the benefit of the doubt, but still did not fit. Also paid $95 extra for a tail light I never received that was supposedly ordered 4 weeks ago!!! Dont waste your money! Take your business somewhere else!

Bought bags for a Suzuki M109r back in May. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks delivery. Lorne lied and lied and lied about when I would receive them. Now, he has stopped taking calls and emails from me. JUST AS TERRIBLE AS BAGGER BAGS, but more expensive. As of right now, I am out $2,650.

Order Tour Pack and Mount. The tour pack came damage and I called him same day. He was supposed to send me another one with my mount. I still havent got it and now he doesnt want to answer my calls. I called no answer and then my wife call he pick right up. At this point I have a ride to Mississippi coming up and no pack will take 4 ever. I live in Chicago riding season is almost up and I still have to get it paint. Im filling out Complaints with better business Bureau right now as we speak. Called about bags for my M109 back in June 2018. Talked directly with Lorne, arrangements and prices were decided. 4-5 weeks production and 1 week to ship to Ontario Canada. Order was made and paid June 21. Delays after delays. Emails and emails exchanged with them apologizing for delays. They were on vacation, they had some problems with the order in front of mine, they changed shop locations. What originally started ad a great looking product and customer service has now turned out to be a total nightmare and very poorly run business. Middle of November now, still no product. After last couple phone calls and emails asking for a total refund or date when these bags will be delivered surprisingly no response anymore. Buyer beware. Notice how no one from the company comes to defend and negative comments made about Atlanta Custom Baggers!

Lots of fabrication needed to get bags to fit correctly, they were supposed to come prepped ready for paint but spent over 12 hours prepping and fixing imperfections getting things ready for paint. Was also told factory rear seat would fit but wouldnt fit without extending and modifying the brackets. Sent messages about this with no response. Was promised things would be sent within a week after payment only to wait week after week with no response to voicemails or emails. Lots of promises until he has your money then you are at his will. Buyer beware!

I purchased the 6x9 speakers slimline trunk in April. With several emails and phone calls I received the trunk in Mid June. Installed product and before I got home the trunk had paint cracks, loose speakers, screws missing and loose from the lid. The installation crew said there wasn’t any hardware in the box to lock the trunk down that’s why there was movement with the trunk. Called several times to get hardware for trunk and I was willing to pay for it as well. After three phone calls and no return calls I disputed the charge. Now I’m stuck with a piece of garbage trunk that had to be zip tied to my bike to make it home. Let’s just say try someone else because this company doesn’t help in resolving your issues. I’m not satisfied with the product and because I wasn’t given a fair chance nor option to give the product back I’m writing this review. BUYER BEWARE!!! You will wait months for your purchase because the have special orders that supersed your order. No clear instructions on product install. You have to leave a voicemail to get a return call. When they don’t want to deal with you any longer you’ll get no return calls. I’ve spent hundreds of extra dollars to get installation and to remove this product. It’s sitting in my closet collecting dust. $1672.99 of my hard earned money wasted!!!

Do not do business with this company! I lost a season of riding because of this headache. I ordered an assassin rear end kit for my Victory Vegas. Had to have extensive body work done to have even any body lines or shape to bags. Fiberglass had to be trimmed in multiple places to fit. The brackets that are supplied for the saddlebags are supposed to rest on the swingarm for support, but will get ripped off when you go over a bump. The locks for the lids are ridiculous and dont even work. After paint, body work, and countless efforts of trying to make this work, the lids fly open and the bike feels horrible like I have to gingerly ride like its going to break. Dont waste the time, money, or effort, keep riding.

I am not easily impressed but this place will amaze even those who nap to Ripleys believe it or not! There is no boundaries and any challenge is faced as a rigged game. They are by far the best I have ever witnessed and I’ve only been around the industry for about 30 years. I have been a customer for well over 10 years and I assure you I’m not the guy they like to see walk through their doors because I’m very picky and know the industry well! And my stuff is always 1 of a kind, in a rush, and on a very low budget... try to stump them... I dare you!

Ordered tail end for my victory vegas in September was told it would be 3 to 5 weeks. After 10 weeks I couldnt get a call back or any sort of communication, had to get my refund thru my credit card company after 5 months of waiting. Hes quick to charge you but wont send out parts or return calls or emails after he has your money.

I called before I placed a order and talk to the guy. he told me that item was made to order and it would take about 4 days for item to ship.. that was 22 days ago and still no item.. I emailed him on a Monday asking when will item be shipped and was told by Friday . so now its Monday and I canceled the order . then I get a email from the guy telling me the items will be shipped out on wed, after I already cancelled the order. I had to call my credit card company just to make sure I will get my money back .... save yourself a headache and buy your items some place else

They are very quick to take your money but as soon as you have any issues with the item they are 100% unresponsive and ignore all emails, phone calls and messages. Paid over 500$ thinking I was getting quality but instead recieved nothing but headache and money loss. Had to invest 350$ addition just to get the part to somewhat fit and thats not including paint. I would never buy anything from these people again

Called them and asked about the Bullnose Fairing for a M109R, got a price, droped off bike and money, got bike back in alloted time frame,,,,,,, had one issue with headlight being to low, just went back a few days later and he adjusted it right there on the spot, GREAT WORK AND GREAT LOOKING PRODUCT
