*Speaking from the experience I received from the service department only**Also I had previously setup an appointment ahead of time, so your milage may vary with a walk-in but I would imagine it to be a similar if not the same kind of experience*TL;DR The Mall of Georgia Mini service department is a solid place to get work done if you are willing to pay a bit more than an independent mechanic.From the time I arrived to the time I left, the service department was a great experience. As soon as I got out of the car, I was greeted by a friendly greeter/employee who directed me to the correct person. The service person listened to my concern and proceeded to tell me what work they were going to do. They then promptly took my car to get the needed work done. I waited a little over an hour for the repair to be done, which may or may not work for you, but my case is also a little special since a problem occurred that was not expected by either side. So your wait time might be better. When I returned to the service desk, the service worker gave a clear breakdown of any concerns about the car and even showed me the concerning areas. The breakdown even included the estimated repair cost if I was to proceed with it, which at the moment of writing this, I have not yet gone through with. Then I went ahead and paid for the repairs. So overall a solid 4/5. I would rate it higher but I have only experienced a part of what this dealership offers. Also, the dealership is a bit more pricey then if you were to go to an independent mechanic, but that comes with its own pros and cons.

I took my Mini Cooper roadster into mini today because it was giving me a warning light. Once there I realized my car was not doing well and was going to cost me quite a lot of money. I am going thru some serious medical problems and I just broke down knowing I did not have any choices on how to pay for all it was going to be. Aaron was the service manager I I spoke to, who is so kind and helpful. I have dealt with him all these years and has been a person I have always thought of as a friend. He said that they would do all they could to help me. He referred me to David in sales where he discussed all of my options trying to help me find the best one for me. David was so kind and empathetic we even went for a walk to give me a chance to take a breath and calm down. He was great! The sales manager Patrick came out and talked to me and assured me that they would do all they could. I can never tell you how great each one was and how I felt truly taken care and like they cared for me more than the sale. But I purchased a car only due to them. I have been going to them for many years and I will always come back!! I purchased my Tesla from Mall of Georgia MINI and could not be more happy with the purchase. The car has 30,000 miles on it and they were very easy to do a deal with to make sure I walked out of there happy. I actually purchased the car online and flew to Georgia to pick it up then drove it back to South Florida, where I live. Patrick and Paul were the people I dealt with And they were very professional. Even followed up with me two weeks later to make sure I was happy with the car. Highly recommend the dealership and my new Tesla. Let me start by saying, Ive purchased cars in value of 80-100k....however, today I bought a used Mini Cooper valued at just under 26K. Strangely....the service was better than Ive ever experienced. My sales person name was Edwin Flores. He texted me all important info (my preferred method). He was ready at the exact appointment time, with paper work and keys. We bonded over our love of our pets. He and all the staff at Mall of Georgia Mini were extremely professional and very attentive...it felt more like a social visit with great hospitality rather than a sales visit. I do hope all future visits are handled in the same care.

I love the car. I still don’t really like how the deal was handled though. The deal I agreed to was not the deal I got. You told me I would get car care package, but not have to pay for it. What happened was I didn’t get car care. You guys made the car cheaper by removing something of value that was already there and you told me would still be included. But it was not. So you guys can act like it’s a miscommunication between sales manager and salesman and finance guy and hope I won’t balk or walk out of Finance. I wanted to pay X with everything but I settled for $400 more. But that’s without car care, so I actually ended up paying $1200-1300 more. If I was gonna pay Y with car care and you took car care off, then I would want to pay Y minus the cost of car care. It’s not apples to apples. It was a long drive and I was in a hurry to get my kid out of there and I feel like you guys took advantage of that. That’s exactly why I wanted to see the numbers broken out, which I didn’t get. And I asked point blank when it said No Car Care, did that mean I don’t get it and was told no it just means you don’t have to pay for it, which was not true. I thought I was getting $1000 more for my trade, but instead I got $200 more and you took off an $800 add-on and told me it was still on there.

I love the service department here - responsive and courteous. They are also very quick to do repairs and provide amenities for you to enjoy while waiting - a seating lobby in the main dealership lobby (not like other places that keep you far way), snacks, water, and a tv.Only thing, they said they call about my repairs being done, but I never received a call and had to follow up myself. Only reason for 4 stars. Overall I always take my two minis to be serviced here.

Great staff and facility. I placed a deposit on a vehicle that was still in transit but I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The vehicle showed up in the advertised condition, was inspected and while they replaced the tires they offered me a courtesy loaner.Jesse, Jordan and John were each a pleasure to work with. Buying cars has always been a love hate relationship for me, I love cars, but I hate working with dealers. I have to say, the staff I worked with at Mall or Georgia Mini gave me some hope for the future. I have been looking for a sports coupe for over a year. I have been to several dealerships including mall of Georgia Mini. That is where I first met Patrick; he was the first salesman that helped me. I found an M4 there I liked but it sold before I was able to get it. Over the last year Patrick would send me cars that he thought might interest me. In the mean time I came close to a few purchases that did not happen at other dealerships, primarily because of poor customer service. Finally, Patrick sent me a black 2020 M4 that was just what I was looking for. Michael Albertson was my point of contact for this car since schedules with Patrick did not work out. Mike was extremely patient and helpful. When it came to final paperwork he brought it to me and my wife at her work to make it easier.
