Couldn’t be happier that I found Ewing Motors.Where to begin. I reached out midday the Friday before Labor Day. I was interested in a 2016 forester. I wanted to trade in my car which was over and not that great of shape. After a couple hours back and forth he found someone that would buy my car wholesale. They were closed for Labor Day weekend and he seemed to feel my excitement for the purchase. He suggested that he would come in Saturday morning so I could test drive and purchase the vehicle. He absolutely did not have to do that. He was even ok with me being my toddler and tearing the car with my car seat.The car itself is in excellent condition. He was very upfront and informative about the vehicle. It was very clean and was in perfect working condition. Engine was extremely clean. The tires have a ton of life and we’re very clean.The buying process was extremely easy and Jimmy was a pleasure to chat with. My wife and I both bought new cars recently and the process can be very daunting and dealing with some dealers is less than ideal but I felt no pressure from Jimmy. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. Able to answer all my questions.I would give Ewing Motors 10 stars if I could.

First of all, for those who know me at Ginz Choppers, I don’t throw my endorsement to just any company. After a recent move from crazy Cali to the beautiful state of GA, I made my first purchase at Ewing with JR. Like most of you, I always dreaded going to auto dealerships. High-pressure, bait & switch, make you wait & sit, endless paperwork and hours long process. But with JR at Ewing, I have to say it was the most pleasant auto buying experience ever at a dealership. Fairly priced, pressure-less, simple, easy, quick and pleasant is how I would describe the process. JR is great! I am now a loyal customer of Ewing. Whenever I am looking for a used auto, I will go see JR and HIGHLY recommend you do the same.

Great family owned place with incredible pricing and transparent, honest, no pressure staff. A month later my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 with a 2.8L Duramax is exactly as advertised, has no issues, and I highly recommend these guys if you need a vehicle. Im typically no fan at all of car salesmen but theyre truly just normal people who treat you well.

Have been meaning to get a review out here for some time. Just over a year ago, I purchased my 2013 Rubicon. It was on a Sunday, Bobby came out even though they were closed. Took a LONG time to check it over. We quickly got through negotiating and closed the deal. Super professional, restored my belief in the used car market.

I can be a difficult customer to deal with sometimes. I know it and Im honest about it. This is why I was pleasantly surprised at my recent car purchase with Ewing Motor Co. If you are one of the people in this world who enjoy haggling over auto pricing and playing all of the games that goes with it... If you like a constant shove toward an upsale model auto that is clearly way beyond the discussed budget you disclosed up front... If you love to pay for 137 different hidden dealership fees...Well if any of this pertains to you- dont go to Ewing Auto and under no circumstances should you ask to speak to Kelby! Why not? Because I am NOT the kind of person I mentioned above. I want a salesperson AND a dealership that LISTENS to what I am saying and helps me achieve my Automotive goals!I drove 4 hours from Knoxville and I promise you that I have never been more satisfied at a dealership. From the salesman to the owner, you will NEVER EVER find better people to work with. I have already referred 3 people to Ewing Auto for their next purchase, and I really hope they give it a try.I would give 6 stars if I could...

Im 40 years old and actually bought my first car from Ewing motors in 1992 after my dad had bought multiple vehicles from them. Since then going through high school, college, business vehicles, my first family vehicle after the first kid, and nearly every vehicle since. I have bought from Mike or J.R. I have never had a bad experience. Everything they sell I trust and know is in great shape. They do not sell junk, they know what they are selling to their customers. Many times knowing the history of years old vehicles cause the last owner bought it from them years ago. I am a trader by nature and so is my father and brother and I would dare to say we have bought probably 30+ vehicles from the Ewings over the last few decades either for personal of business use and have always been happy and had a great experience.

Kelby from Ewing was a super nice guy that allowed a stress/hassle free buying environment. We looked at the truck I ended up getting before going to shop around a little bit at other local places. These folks are Top Notch! I got a great deal on a great truck! It is hard to find good honest straight forward people in the car sales business but these guys are it. No games here just straight forward honest no hidden junk fees with them. No pressure sales J.R. and especially Rob very friendly and up front have a small emissions problem due to battery being disconnected and re connected just have to put some miles on it and re test but J.R. has informed me they will fix the issue no problem otherwise I love the car. Thank you both for what you do. Only other thing is if they agree to pay the 25 dollar plate fee get the money I paid for both emissions and plate fee even though JR agreed to pay plate fee.as all is correct with what I have said but owned the car for three months took great care of it but the motor gave out at 72000 miles, come to find out the motor had prior damage and history from there bought as is and accept my problem but please take the car to a certified mechanic first as they do not have one dont want to pay for a dead horse but all is good just besafe and check it out first

Start to finish, Ewing did a great job during our car buying process. They were honest, low-pressure, and very nice and non-sales-ey which we greatly appreciated. But it was what happened after the sale that really showed the quality of service they provide.Immediately after buying the car, we noticed that one of the power drivers seat buttons stopped working, even though it had worked fine earlier during a test drive. Without hesitation, Marty apologized (even though it wasnt his fault), and he asked us to bring it back in so they could fix it at no charge to us, even though we knew we had bought the car as is. While our minivan was being repaired, Marty even offered to let us drive another (much nicer) minivan on the lot so that we would still be able to chauffeur our three kids around town while we waited a few days for the part to come in.Without a doubt, Ewing Motors (specifically, Marty and JR) treated us with a degree of care and service that I was not at all expecting from a car dealership. Now I understand why others have given them so many 5-star ratings online, and I am happy to add my voice to the chorus. Ive never seen such great customer care from a car dealership. We had a great experience, and we will be back when its time to replace another vehicle!

Had brake caliper start locking up on my work vehicle Friday around 2 pm they told me bring it in and they would take care of it and they did as I was stranded without it they stayed about 15-30 minutes to make sure I was not stuck 30 miles from my hotel. GREAT guys and GREAT service.

Bought a car they were nice people but now Im out 14 grand bc they sold me a machanical nightmare. After having repairs done the motor had been torn into before and this has been an issue with this car before I purchased it!!

My husband totaled his car because he fell asleep at the wheel on his way to work, it was my worst nightmare come true! Thank the Lord he only sustained minor injuries, but our car was totaled. My husband wanted to by from a private seller, but Im always wary of this especially after all of the Craiglist murders. Michael from Ewing motor company contacted me shortly afterwards and said he had the exact car we were looking for!! My husband and I headed down there to take a look. Michael was very accommodating and not your typical pushy car salesperson. He let us take it for a drive by ourselves to see if we liked it. Michael was super understanding and spoke with us for a long time. It wasnt just about buying a car and he understood that. Michael was super patient with us while we tried to figure out what was best for our family. He invited us into his office to crunch some numbers. We never felt like we were being pressured or coerced into buying anything. The car is a used 2007 Civic and is in excellent condition! All in all Ewing Motors is a wonderful Christian owned family car lot and I will be purchasing from here again!!!! I cannot say enough about our experience.
