Ive been going here for years with my Toyota and they have always been great but I must say, Map(his name) is the best technician I have ever had. I had a situation with my car and he quoted me a price I was comfortable with and when he called me to pick my vehicle up, he beat the price by $75 without me even asking. He also corrected a problem that I had after the service in less than 15 minutes. This guy is amazing and will forever get my service calls.
First of all I never review anything, I am just that sort of customer.HOWEVER The good costumer care so impressed me I just had to make the effort. I wasnt sure about this place but a warm greeting from Dianelis and what seemed like a genuinely nice place to work made me think I had made a good choice. We recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry SE and am so pleased with the customer service we received. My boyfriend and I had been to 4 different dealerships over the course of 2 weeks and were not satisfied with the service and prices that were provided. Everyone at AutoNation was very friendly and nice and the first friendly face we seen as we approached the lot was Faaiz. Most of the time you kind of want to avoid the salesman when you first get to the dealership so you can kind of look by yourself until you figure out what kind of car you want. I had already looked on the AutoNation website and knew the exact car I wanted. He approached us and asked what we were looking for. We finally found the car, the car fax was listed right on the inside of the passenger door which is always the first thing you check. Any questions we had he was able to answer, and if he was not able to answer he knew someone that could. We had already test drove a car but of course the car you buy you still want to test drive. We got in the car and he showed us all the fancy parts of the new car, even the car play. To use the car play you have to have a USB cord which we did not, Faaiz had one on hand and allowed us to use so we could play our own music for the test drive. He showed us all the awesome features of the car, including the cruise control setting, back-up camera, and lane assistants. Down to signing the paper, I had already been financed through a local bank for a certain amount. The car ended up being $600.00 less than the original list price, whoop whoop that’s always a plus!. After all the tag, taxes and title fees it was over the amount that I had already been approved for. I really wanted this car and wasn’t going to leave until I had it. Faaiz and the TJ (finance guy) were able to give me almost the same interest rate and monthly payment as I had been approved for. They were not pushy towards me buying the car or putting a down payment like other dealerships we had previously visited. I am overall pleased with my purchase from AutoNation and all that helped make the process so easy. Thank you Faaiz and TJ! Worst customer service, told the guy that the car was taking too long to start he said changing the alternator gonna fix the issue but it didn’t, went back and they said you have to pay $100 for diagnostics, and leave the car for 3-4 days without giving me the loaner car. Atlanta Toyota was the one I used to go but since this was closed by to my home I tried them and had a horrible experience, would never be back for any kind of service.
Today we got a new car sold by the Estefania Hernandez. She is wonderful! She Helped us all the way thru the process, and was transparent and provided all the info and details needed. Will definitely recommend this place and her to anyone looking into buying a new car.

My boyfriend and I are expecting our first child and needed to upgrade our current vehicle. We saw a used Toyota online that fit our needs and budget, so I made an appointment to go test drive it and potentially take it home. Our salesman was great, he told us everything about the car, with all of the features in detail. I was ready to purchase this car. While there, I saw the same Toyota online, with less miles, listed for almost $2000 cheaper; just at a different dealership. I asked the salesman if there was any reason why the other car was cheaper, like if there was different features or if i just was misreading the ad. The salesman explained to me that it was the same vehicle, and his manager came to speak to me.His manager, Bill, was unbelievably rude to me. When i expressed my concern, he first told me the features were different. When the salesman told him that they were the same, he told me “you’re a first time buyer, you wouldn’t know”, and “this is a Toyota dealership, that’s why ours is more expensive”. He couldn’t give me a specific reason why their car was listed at $2000 more expensive, with more miles on it. I then asked them, “what’s stopping me from going and saving $2000 if it’s the same exact vehicle?” and the manager responded with, “nothing is stopping you, go ahead.” and walked away. So, I went to the other dealership. Their ad online was actually a little different in person, and we actually ended up paying the same, if not a little more than the amount for the car that the Toyota dealership offered us. But I felt so disrespected at this dealership that I refused to go back to save a little bit of money. The Nissan dealership that we purchased our vehicle from treated me with quality service, and they never made me feel uncomfortable/uneasy, or like I didn’t know what I was talking about.Its very unfortunate that this company treats their customers like they’re doing them a favor. I’m buying a car from you guys, you’re not doing me any favors by providing the car. When someone is purchasing something, especially something over $20,000, you would think the level of respect or the way I’m being talked to would be more appropriate. It’s unfortunate that they lost a sale because of the rudeness of the manager, someone who looks over the company. From someone who just recently left retail management for over 3 years, this was baffling to me. I hope the salesman eventually goes to another dealership or location, because he was awesome but he lost a sale because of his manager. If you need a new vehicle, and you would like to be talked to with respect, this company might not be your final destination. I wish I hadn’t have wasted 4 hours of my time coming here.
Made an appointment with Farick Rodriguez for an oil change that was due. The place was very busy that Monday morning at 09:00. I was checked in about 10 min. later. There was another item that popped up in their computer that my Sienna 2005 needed a fuel system and lines needed flushing and cleaning. It was explained to me that the 10 % ethanol in the gasoline causes this residue to build up in the fuel lines. I agreed to have it done. The waiting time was about 2 hours. The service included a multipoint inspection. Farick, service advisor, checked me out and applied some discount on my bill. Farick has also serviced this vehicle for other repairs last year. He does a great job for me. Im satisfied with service.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kimberly Sutton. She informed me of an issue with my dashboard that was still under warranty that needed to be changed. She is the first person to ever mention that to me and really appreciated her making the right recommendations and not just trying to sell me something. I dont even live anywhere near this location, but due to Kimberlys customer service and professionalism I would travel back to that location just to work with her!
Michael in the service department is awsome! Very trustworthy and kind, you can find him on the right side of the last desk of the right side of the service center. He called me after a while when I had expressed my concerns regarding my vehicle and was honest with what was going on. Excellent service and great communication.
The sales representative Leslie Alexander was very patient, helpful and pleasant to be around. She made sure that I was happy with my purchase even after returning the first car I bought. When I came back to the dealership, she personally helped me again to find another car that I can be approved for regardless of how bad the weather was. Too Rigid. Not very friendly here. They do not honor the manufacture coupons that they sold me. For example, I purchased a maintenance package that clearly states that it includes air filter replacement and they keep trying to charge my wife for that. They claim that it is not included. In general I find them difficult to work with.

The process start to finish was beyond expectations, from my initial call to the Service Center to follow-up emails after completion. My Service Representative, Ken, spent time going through possibilities, and even found a bit more discount beyond the original offer. He was courteous, considerate, and very respectful: quite eager to help in any way possible. After the service was completed, he mentioned one inexpensive part that was in need of replacement, but there was no pressure to handle it immediately. He gave me a clear picture of the necessity, time frame, and options regarding the part. I felt no pressure from him to have it done then and there. If you would like consideration above and beyond, I highly recommend Ken to handle your car service needs. You will get an honest assessment and truly helpful treatment.

Made arrangements over the phone for financing approval and had selected the car i wanted based on the online inventory. Found out that car was not at this location but they assured me there was over $200 cars on the lot and there would be no problem finding something comparable. Then the salesman literally showed me cars that were 10k-15k over my budget and tried to shame me into spending more money by saying things like, “don’t you want your kids to be safe; don’t you want something that’s actually reliable.” As if my original choice was neglectful of safety and reliability. Why are you selling unsafe and unreliable cars in the first place??? I ducked out of there and went to CarMax and got exactly what I wanted which was perfect for my budget. I hate car salesman and this just fueled that disgust even more.

This was by far the easiest and best experience I ever had buying a car. I had tried two locals dealers and that didnt work out at all. My salesman David was the best. Everything was ready when I got there all I had to do was pick my car and sign the papers, it took me longer to drive there..lol..but it was so worth the drive! Everyone there was so polite even when you call on the phone, great customer service which is so rare to find these days.

I bought my first car here 2 years ago and I initially thought I had got a great experience dealing with honest salespeople. They gave me a great price on my car, and in addition also gave me the recent graduate credit on the sale of my car. As you can imagine, I was ecstatic and thought the sales people were honest and caring, so I listened to their advice in buying an extended warranty.However, 2 years later I find out from another dealership that the sales people had lied right in front of my face. I was charged 1,000 dollars for a 3 year extended warranty, whereby as many people know, Toyota Care already covers the first 2 for free. So essentially, I was charged 1,000 dollars for the maintenance between years 2 and 3--I was told the maintenance cost between years 2-3 is just an oil change and a check up, which should cost no more than 300 dollars.I just wanted to warn fellow car shoppers to be wary when dealing with the car salesmen here at the Toyota Mall of Georgia. They may seem like theyre out for your best interest, but the reality is, they will try to get as much money out of you as possible. Read through every contract and paper you are signing, and know what each paper is covering.I was young and naive--I had always heard of the term dirty car salesmen, but I finally met some at the Toyota Mall of Georgia. Hope you dont make the same mistake I did.
Great salesperson - Willie Littleton. I had done my research online and knew what I wanted. He was great and met the price I had been given online without any hassle. Also gave me a good deal on my trade-in. So far I have been very impressed with their service.
The service department is stellar here. I love that you have a nice waiting room that has activities for kids, nails and food. You also have a coffee machine and you get free rides to MOG. They dont try to sell you on things you dont need and they help you understand everything you are getting. Great place to take your car for service.
These people are professional scammers behind the amicable face. I had this letter from Toyota about some recall repairs that need to be done, and since its the manufacturers faulty instruments and they are legally bound to make amends to their faulty hazardous devices in their vehicles, the repairs are supposed to be, as it was noted in the letter, absolutely FREE. Toyota arranged for the free recall procedures to be done at this location. But, lo and behold, once I left my car at this center, and once they had their hands on my car, someone gives me a call telling me that I need to do this bunch of other things that I need to do to my car in order for me to be able to do the free recall repair. And, he talks about this and that this and that totalling hundreds of dollars that I need to pay to do this supposedly free recall repair. I DID NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. My car is just fine (as I had it checked just a few days prior). I told them to leave my car as is and not to touch them. I made a complaint at Toyota about this shady behavior of this place, and also lodged a complaint at auto airbag settlement and consumer affairs.

I couldn’t find a cheap car in Buford to buy if my life depended on it. I mean I didn’t want to go totally cheap, just something low priced so I could continue to save money. This is when I called AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia and let them know my budget. Much to my surprise, they had at least five cars that matched my needs. This was good enough for me because it allowed me to compare more than one vehicle before buying one for good.

First things first my car has NEVER leaked oil, it only has 114,557 miles so. But today after my oil change I was told I had a massive oil leak and water pump problems. Now my drive way marks on it. I WILL NEVER use their service department again. My gut feeling says they screwed me. Im going to take my car some place I can trust. I was able to fix the leak myself by tightening the drain valve cap and they wanted $1300 to fix this leak they found. Ill be in the market soon for a work truck but Ill go to Ford and I Have never been a Ford man.
Shady, and Just Unprofessional Period ...I had to take my car in twice. I originally booked an appointment and went in for a 21 point inspection and they pretty much did the next move with me. I mentioned a sound that I had been noticing coming from my muffler or exhaust pipe and all he said was people pay a lot of money for a sound like that and laughed. They sent me away with an amount of $326 a new battery, windshield wipers and headlight restoration that I requested. I had went home that day without realizing I was missing the paperwork proof of the 21 point inspection and still no answer to why there was a noise.After going home I decided to see if I could get the proof of that inspection and after calling and getting passed around with excuses I finally reached my previous service adviser Nick Black.I explained that the sound was still occurring and that I never received the documentation on the inspection. He had me come back the following day to take another look and validated the sound issue along with some others. I had to pretty much do their job both times by mentioning what I had noticed was wrong and they just oddly overlooked. After waiting for 3 hours and spending $230 more, I still didnt receive the 21 point inspection paper proof. The excuse he gave me was it was lost or thrown away and that their filing system was messed up.Can you believe that?I said that just makes me think it wasnt done after all. Instead of just redoing the inspection for their negligence and, lack of professionalism he just says, if we find it we will call and mail it to you.So, Instead of wasting more time I just left once again without any documentation proof of the supposed inspection that was done on my car. You would think if the proper inspection was conducted for one id have the proof in my hand for my records and two they wouldnt have missed such simple things that I had to point out like headlights and sounds.If you cant trust a corporation then who can you trust? I hope others dont have to endure this. Sad.....

Must have had changes in service department. Took my husbands car in for an oil change. Upon check out we are told the engine is leaking oil. We have NEVER had oil spots in our driveway and his car has been parked there all week. Suddenly after we get home, his car is almost pour the oil, huge spot on the driveway. My husband looks under and can see the oil dripping from the drain valve. THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE CAP! Of course its going to leak, but they quoted $1300 to fix the leak. My husband tightened the cap and guess what....IT STOPPED LEAKING! Very disappointed in them. Will go else where for service from now on. Weve been returning customers for 6 years, but not any more.

Paid $80 one day while waiting for 4 hours for them to tell me what I already know, come in the next day for a simple 45 min $20 part installation. And they come out 6 hours later to tell me itll be a $1500 dollar brake light socket fix cause the taillights arent stock. Shouldve been noticed the first day you morons thanks. WILL NEVER COME BACK YOU SHOULD SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

Yesterday I had a terrible experience with a salesman named Prince muogbo or something like that.First of all,after several annoying phonecalls to my mom,we decide to go see him.He was very loud and rude.We had explained our financial problems over the phone but Prince insisted we come in and he could help.He helped alright,made us feel lower than we felt before stepping in Auto Nation in the first place.If this is the type of sales people you employ,Ill never come back to do any business with Auto Nation and I willl tell my friends and family the same.People fall in hard times but in no way is that an opportunity to kick them even more.
They are always quick, kind and friendly there is a playground and free coffee love there !
Pretty helpful staff, but they do pressure you into unneeded service for your car. Told me that my battery was dying and would need a brand new one, took it to auto zone, and they said it has no issues and no where near dying.

The service department team has their own set of issues. I had to repeatedly return for air loss in one of my tires. They kept telling me nothing was wrong with the tire and they couldnt find the leak. I went to a hometown auto shop and they found leak easily.The service department waiting area is a joke ALL the time. The kids room is ridiculous. The big screen tv NEVER works. Sometimes I have to bring my 4 children, under the age of 7. If the tv happens to be on, there is no sound. Most of the time it is not on and no one knows how to make it work. There are one or 2 toys which have been destroyed.The computers NEVER work and no one in the service department can fix them. They have to call an IT person at corporate and even then it doesnt get fixed.This is not a pleasant experience.

I contacted Toyota Mall of GA via online. Did everything though internet contact, with Harley Wayman, He found my car, got me what I wanted for my old car, and had everything ready to go...I hadnt even met him face to face yet. Went in to sign the paper work. Took all of a hour (would have been less, but he was helping another customer), and now I have a great new car - that everyone asks me about. Best time yet purchasing a car - talk about hassle free! Loved it and have recommend to several people!

They did the job but never called me too Tell me my car was done. I called many times, left messages and requested a call back and never heard or got an answer from anyone about whether or not my car was done. I finally just showed up after having to pay for an extra day car rental.

This place is slow beyond belief. I would expect a much quicker service for the basic maintenance items.
The guy at service department asking $109 for wheels aliment when I told I have coupons he say they do not take coupons and match price from another Toyota place I told I need to talk to manager he says he is manager then I go to parts place and ask for service manager guy look and ask another staff for manager one was day off another was out somewhere then guy find out I am looking for manager he say I need to leave facilities soon or else I do not know what he was treating me he told me show where is my vehicle and stand next to me an make sure I leave and not talk to manager now I am and atlanta Toyota and the charging me $69 with respect hope I will be able to talk to manager but scared and shaking to back and AUTONATION Toyota

I went to get a key for my car that I lost it is over $100. I was shocked. They said I get s key to open the doors for $30. The car would not start with it though. I thought that is a ripoff.
