I needed help to get my supplies quick for a ash blonde client I was about to have and they killed it! Took only 10min🤎🤎🤎 These ladies were informative and definitely made my experience great here for a quick stop. I’ll be back!

Always a wonderful experience every visit! I’ve been coming to this store for the last few years and every staff member I’ve encountered is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store manager, Kelly, is amazing! She has helped me in so many ways that no other person probably would. Being pregnant is not easy but she has definitely been making my shopping trips much more pleasant.

Great customer service every time I come here. I experienced 2 customers being extremely rude to the employee when I was there. She handled it very professionally. People need to realize it is NOT personal if the store is not accepting customers inside. We are dealing with Covid-19! I apologized for the untactful ladies. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Staff is always busy yet attentive and helpful!!

Poor customer service! I also visited Buford GA location and experienced door locked and employee pretending she was filling an order; soon as I turned to walk away she asked if she could assist. There were pen/paper @ front door for you to write down your order. Of course they did not have products.I also went to Lawrenceville location door lock..young lady walked up with lunch went inside sign on door at lunch. Horrible service..SalonCentric would have NEVER pulled these Stunts:(

Terrible customer service! No respect for clients time and business. I went 2 times to this location to only get there and the doors be locked during business hours. The first time the manager was hiding behind the counter, and pretending she didnt see me outside. The second time, I called ahead of time to make sure they had gloves she said they had plenty . I said I was going the next day(Saturday) she said they opened at 8am, got there and the doors were lockedagain. Finally at 8:30 she opened the door and said they were doing curbside only, that I had to wait outside. Will never go back to this store again! If you value your business and your time, you shouldnt either.

Love the team that work at this location!Customer service is Outstanding!These ladies care about your needs and will go above and beyond! Tiffany is incredibly professional and very knowledgeable, I call ahead to make sure shes there before I make a trip, she knows all the lines they carry and gives excellent product knowledge. Shes absolutely 5 stars! If my husband needs to make a trip for me he really enjoys Ally, she helps pull color for him, and sends him in the right direction. Thanks Tiffany & Ally for helping make our trips not just an errand but a enjoyable experience!! :)

Unacceptable customer service. The employees refuse to do their job. Refusing to let people in the store. Horrible stocking they are always out of basic colors that I need. This location needs to either clean house or close down!

The manager was a terrible customer services, rude, and loud to customer. She thinks she own the store all to her self. They should fired her! The employees are much nicer than the manager.

Snooty response To my wife customer SERVICES makes or breaks a business. My suggestion is they need to work on being nicer who ever was working today 7/21/17 @ 130pm needs to be sat down and life coached. we own 2 beauty shops and we will never use or suggest cosmo proof to any of our associates Ever again

Tiffany is the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met! Ive been a hairstylist for 30 years and I think today was the most pleasant shopping experience at a beauty supply that I have ever had.

Store hours posted show 6pm! I got there at 5:15 to pick up 1 thing and the lady said no. If your hours have changed then post it on your door, website etc... I drove out of my way to find out differently! Its poor customer service, especially if someone is still there and could have helped anyway!!!

The girls that work here are always so friendly and helpful, and the store is always very organized.

Staff willing to help with ideas & products. They are not out to sell things you dont need and give honest feedback on products.

This Cosmoprof is sooooooo much better than the one I usually go to in Asheville, NC. The store was clean, organized, well light, and had friendly staff. I found the Trionics developers and Rusk color I needed almost immediately and my husband picked a new pomade puck to try. I will absolutely be back. 👍👍👍
