This salon as a whole is good. Victoria L. is great at what she does, possibly the best stylist in the area. But, she will refuse clients who ask for discounts, even if they’re reasonable, and even if she has offered them to you herself as a “friend.” This so-called “professional” has now gotten my number blocked, refusing to ever take me as a client again. I’ve never seen anything like it. Apparently she’s too good for people who need a little help on price. If you have lots of money, I’m sure she will be glad to help you and do a great job.

Not sure whos idea it was to take Michael out of the salon but it was a big mistake. His character is genuine and his voice is very distinct. I always looked forward to receiving my reminders from him. Also, as a woman, I loved hearing his first response on my new cut, it was always reassuring.Please, bring him back!!

Nice saloon great quality clothes

Stylist showed me how much she was going to cut off my hair, it was less than two inches. I leave with nearly 3 damn inches cut off. My hair is butchered now it looks like it was chopped up worst place ever. She doesnt even deserve the tip. How the hell is she cutting hair she doesnt go but the customer wants. Wait time was supposed to be 15 minutes I waited 30. Wasting my time just to get my hair butchered.

Expensive for my budget but well worth it!

Waited too long. Ended up leaving. This place needs new manager, seriously!

No one around to help, hard to find anything.
