I had my boat serviced under a warranty claim. Everything was repaired correctly and on time. They also delivered my boat back to the marina. The team did an excellent job!

Don’t waste your time if your boat isn’t worth 150k+. $450 to inspect our boat only to be told they couldn’t do anything for us. Not even provide estimate for new motor / cost to repair. Essentially “not worth their time” for an older boat. Drive down the road a bit and find guys much nicer that will actually help.

Im not sure if the Buford location is even in business anymore. I have been trying to schedule service for 4 weeks for a boat i purchased there 2 years ago. I have tried to reach them probably 15 times via phone and no one answers. I have also left several messages, no one calls back.

Walked into the store and asked an employee for some help picking out a new wake board. I was directed to go up to their department and he would send someone to help. Sat up there for about 10 minutes as four employees sat at the front continuing their conversation. Will not be coming back.

I purchased my Xstar from Mike Daugherty back in 2011. My three teenage boys were surprised when I pulled this awesome boat into the driveway. The memories we have from running this boat around our cottage lake for the last seven years are priceless. My boys even let me drive it once in awhile. Everyone could have fun on this boat. Even us old guys could have fun surfing behind it with zero risk of being to sore to get out of bed the next day. If your kids are young and you have a chance to spend summers on a Mastercraft do not hesitate to make the investment, you won’t regret it. Thanks for everything Mike!

I have had my X-30 serviced here and found that their mechanics are some of the best. Just walk into their service department and you can see a wall full of service certifications. You dont want just anyone working on your MasterCraft. These guys are top notch.I bought a MasterCraft X23 from Watersports Central this year and have been very pleased with the boat and their service. These are great tow boats and deserve the best care you can give them.I was pleased with the process of buying the boat. No hassles, great advice on setting up the boat we had built. If you are buying in the area, I suggest these folks.They have a dealership in Seneca SC for that area. I recommend Chad, who sold us the last boat as well as several others.

Boats with attitudes sold by people with attitudes.. Took them 4 trips to fix a boat they sold. Didnt listen to the problem. Too many places to buy a boat, skip this one.

We have a vintage MasterCraft and it is very hard to find parts that fit. Chris in their parts department knows everything MasterCraft new and old. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Best boat dealer in Georgia. We purchased our new Crownline from Ricky and Eddie here and could not be happier. They made it easy to trade in our boat and upgrade to a new Crownline 255.
