My Wife and I inherited a 1999 tracker party deck boat that had been sitting out getting weathered with no cover for 13 years. In keeping a promise I had made I tried my best to clean it which was ok but the boat deserved better. After speaking with many detailers I decided to see what Marine Klean could do. I have worked for this company all together for at least a year maybe a year-and-a-half and while working there I not only dedicated my service to the same high standards but watched as my manager always strived to provide the best possible service to his work wow always striving to completed in a timely manner. If anyone needed their boat done even after years and years of not taking care of it I advised him to take it here especially if you would like to see your boats exterior and interior maintenance fixed to the best of its abilities ( as good as new was our goal ) for the lowest price from friendly employees.

I reached out to Jeff to purchase a gift card as a Christmas present. Jeff returned my call within about 10 minutes and was very helpful in talking with me about the services they offer at Marine Klean and recommending a gift card amount for my present. He was friendly and very willing to help me out over the phone even though they were technically closed for Christmas! Great customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them again. It is a 170 mile round trip from my house in Concord, Ga to Marine Klean. When I dropped my boat in Late Oct 2016 (24 SeaRay Sundancer) with Jeff, I told him I was not in a hurry that he could keep the boat until March if needed. That was because I wanted the boat detailed right.I got the call the boat was ready about 3 weeks later. I drove another 170 miles round trip and the transom under the swim platform wasnt clean, the rear tie downs had bent my trim tabs and the hood had a bunch of bugs / metal shavings. I left the boat in place and called Jeff the next business day. They cleaned the boat (and when I picked it up the items in the storage areas wee in bags, telling me those areas were cleaned) in most of the areas I asked about but when I picked it up the boat was COVERED in bugs.Next my GPS/FishFinder was missing. I asked if he could ask the technicians if they remembered where they may have set it since it wasnt where I always put it. What I got in return was well, I dont think it was stolen since there a units sitting on the floor worth thousands.At the end of the day, Ill just do it myself next time. Ima lol about contributing to the local economy but not when its more of a loss to me than what its worth.

Ive had my boat cleaned the past 2 years and getting ready to have it cleaned again, I just called to get on their schedule thinking it would be months but he said bring it next week. Cant ask for nothing better !!! .
