Unsure why google reviews are so high.I bought this car 17 July 2020.Bad:1. Engine was replaced prior to sale and this was not disclosed to me2. Car leaks oil. Not disclosed.3. Car leaks coolant. Not disclosed.4. Electric radiator fan was replaced with a mechanical one (they bolted a fan to a pulley on the serpentine belt) and the wires for an electric fan are no longer present. I suspect this was done when the engine was replaced and they did it to save money which is fine but it should have been disclosed and it was not.5. Car overheats on hot days after 45 minutes (probably related to 4). I use the car as an around town car and have a different one for road trips. Not disclosed.6. Radio doesnt work about 55% of the time which was not disclosed.7. Steering wheel is misaligned. I knew this when I bought the car but it speaks to their lack of mechanical talent8. The bottom engine cover was riveted in (non removeable fasteners) which, given the above, I believe was intentional to hide problemsGood:1. Car still runs2. Spare tire wasnt stolen out of the trunk3. Salesmen here are good at their jobsEdit: Response from owner is polite but does not address that the motor was replaced (and with non standard parts) and this was not disclosed to me prior to sale. Given the repair job done, I did not contact them as I didnt really want them touching the car.

They were exceptional. From the test drive to the day of purchase. Danielle and the whole staff really, were very helpful answering all my questions. There was an issue with the brakes they took care of it right away even bought me and my daughter dinner. If you ask me this is the place to come because they are customer oriented. Lemon 🍋 cars looks good but not good.I will not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.My Husband got a nice looking Mercedes from them. Very good looking car was brokedown before 30 days was even over they didnt even want to fix the car. And didnt! So my husband end up getting it fix himself. At his expense. Before another 30 days even pass some else went wrong. I do not recommend this place . Now the air is out in the car. We have only had the car 3 months.Really sad. We had to buy another car just to get around. Cause that one was in the shop.We sold 2 running cars with no problem just to get this mess. Everything that looks good aint good. This place a prime example!

I bought a 2003 Toyota corolla from them and everything they said they did to the vehicle checks out so far. In fact I was really impressed with the overall Quality of the work they did even the interior detailing was very impressive.From my experience they are really nice folks it’s rare to find a trustworthy car dealership but I think I may have found one. Definitely give them a shot if your interested in purchasing a car.I’ll post updates to my review if anything changes but I doubt That I’ll have any issues.

I had a great experience with Elan. After a long day of viewing cars in the area just before heading home I decided to turn around and stop at Elan when I noticed the nice lot.I was nicely greeted by a gentleman even though he was already busy assisting others. Soon after I saw a vehicle I liked I was welcomed inside to start the test driving and approval process.They helped me arrange lower monthly payment, did not pressure me to buy and Danielle even helped me get the vehicle home although I stayed a little past closing time. Everyone was very real friendly and patient throughout my experience. They made my birthday weekend and I’m still loving the vehicle.

I had a horrible experience at a Chevrolet Dealership. With Covid my credit has suffered. These folks were amazing to deal with. Super easy. I sent over what they needed...went by on Saturday...a few hours later I drove off in my new truck. I love it! Bought a 2012 Ford explorer. They are very transparent and up front. Willing to answer all questions. Gave me keys to several vehicles I was interested in. I had a issue with being able to give downpayment all at once and they worked with me. I would recommend people to go check them out if they are in the market

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. The staff was very helpful. I drove from Crandall, GA which is over 2 hours away simply because Danielle was so nice and helpful to us. I knew before I arrived how much money that I needed to have for a down payment (which isn’t normal for most dealerships). This place does not waste your time. Call them, ask for Danielle and get you a new set of wheels. I would gladly give them my business again!

The customer service at Elan Automotive Group was awesome. I went in for the first time a few months ago looking for a vehicle and the experience was the same then. Although I didnt purchase the vehicle I was looking at then, the experience I had was the reason why I returned this time. Danielle was our salesperson and she was very attentive and personable from the get go. She even washed the truck after I purchased it, knowing it wasnt her job just to go that extra mile. They were very accommodating and flexible during the test drive. When it came to the deal, it was a very easy process and Johnathan was very fair in my request and met me halfway. I will admit when I first walked in I was extremely skeptical as I thought I was walking into your everyday Used Car Dealership. I was extremely wrong. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest associates I have ever met. Everyone took their time with me and made sure I was taken care of. If you need cheap and reliable cars from what I been reading and looked at this is the place to go but don’t get your taxes filed with them because if you aren’t approved for the amount they say you can get back with your advance it’s like they loose interest in your business. I was suppose to get back $2400 but was only approved for $500 1. Nobody even contacted me to let me know the status of any change I had to call them 2. When I was told how much I was approved for the lady laughed and said you will need a little more but you are more than welcome to come get your card. She didn’t even asked if I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle i would have been able to put whatever money I had in my savings account towards the $500 so I can get the car that I was interested in purchasing the only reason I filed my taxes to get the advance would have been easier so I wouldn’t have to touch my savings. With that being said I will he taking the $500 and my savings to another dealership
