Walked in the fitting room to try clothes on and 1 minutes later there is a lady knocking on the door every 30 seconds and asking me to get out because she wants to close the fitting rooms. Great customer service.

Went to J C Penneys to get some clothes and other items. Found part of what I wanted. Prices for some items were expensive. Clearance wasnt very extensive. With the economy the way it is and the shipping problems. I didnt find everything I wanted.

Clean nice only problem was the fitting room was closed.

They have high quality clothes and very good prices. They have some incredible deals going on right now. If youre looking for a new suit, shirt or pants nows the time to head over there

I love JcPenney. But the only thing I am not a big fan of the price of the girls clothes. For example, I found 1 shirt for 36 dollars. It would make more since to buy cute clothes at Target or Walmart, or some other store, like Old Navy

We have always loved this JC Penney. Last night we were there and I’m not sure what has happened. It looks as if they haven’t restocked in ages. Parts of the store look very disheveled. It was 4Pm and I was trying to shop. A pushy employee kept trying to get the guys in my group to look at other stuff. I told her I just needed to try stuff on. She told me to use the dressing room “in the corner”. I got there and a sign said it was closed but since she sent me I went anyway. Another employee saw me coming out and gave me a look. I told her I was sent there and she just pointed at the sign. Then when I asked someone why we couldn’t try on anything it’s because they have no one to “work” the dressing rooms. We didn’t have this trouble at any other store where we went to spend our money. Hopefully this gets corrected. This has been our preferred store for years but not sure after last night.

Trial rooms closed 1 hr before the store closing due to which I had to buy the same dress in 2 sizes and come back the next day to return one. Hence 1 star less

I Was just in Jcpenny mall of Georgia in Buford today in the jewelry section and I was completely ignored and walked pass three times by an associate named Emily. Very disappointing to be over looked when looking to purchase something I saw online. Emily did not greet me or even acknowledge me and was only focused on a customer looking for a pair of earrings who wasn’t even sure exactly what he wanted.

We generally like Jcpenny. We bought my wife a few rings from there and they are very nicely made and look great. We have the warranty and maintenance program with them and it is so worth it. Having white gold everyone knows you must have them redipped every so often. The process with them is painless. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store in general is clean. It sometimes has the appearance of being cluttered or messy even though it is not. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a good deal. The prices are very good.

Unfortunately, theres not much good to say here. Mediocre merchandise at higher prices in an aging store in an aging mall.

Spectacular! I went to JC Penney yesterday, I was looking for Mothers day gifts for my wife; not only did I Aced the Shopping exam, I found tremendous Liz Clairbone apparels at rock bottom prices. The Cashiers were terrific and were willing to assist. Who said shopping couldnt be fun?, especially when ones able to save nearly 50% of the money anticipated to spend... They generally have great sales but they need to learn to honor sale prices as marked. Don’t like feeling like a criminal with a “someone just stuck this price on here” comment when we found it that way and the item tossed to the side. Gross.

Found a pair of great shoes but didnt like that the dressing rooms were closed. Had to buy what I wanted, went to another store that had their dressing rooms open, try the items on and then had to go back to return what I didnt want. Wont go back and do that again.

JCPenney is my go-to for clothes at an affordable price. I visited today for the first time since the pandemic began and before going I checked the website to see if the fitting rooms were open. The website says they are open as long as not required to be closed by the state, which GA does not. At the store, I found that the fitting rooms had signs in front of each fitting room stating that the particular fitting rooms were closed, but that another was open nearby. After not finding an open one, I asked an employee who stated that they were all closed. She denied that the website stated they were open. If you want to close your fitting rooms, thats totally the stores choice, but the website and in-store signage need to be changed to reflect this and not waste customers time.

We had a great time at JCPenney today the service was great, a young lady by the name of Emily gave us excellent service and we cleaned up on a sale in the boot area. Also the manager check us out and she was just as nice she was from the dress Department. Cant wait for my friend Susan to come back down so we can do it again.

I have been trying to buy diamond earrings but the counters are always vacant.

Not enough registers open. Those that are are for specific sections and items. Bought a few Adidas sweaters for gifts and they forgot to take the anti theft clips off so its been a huge waist of time shopping here and coming back to get those removed. Not to mention prices are higher here than directly thru Adidas online ughhh

Ive always liked this store. But they are obviously trying to put themselves out of business by keeping the dressing rooms closed for the last 6 months. Half the womens dept is 70-80% off and overflowing with clothes, but were forced to buy, try on at home, and then come back to return what doesnt fit. What a huge hassle! Its not protecting the employees or the consumer to make us return to the store to stand in line again. Stupid move, JCPenney.

Drove all the way over here to buy multiple pairs of dresspants, but they wont let you try them on . Thats impossible to even know if they fit correctly then what a waste . Youre open people are walking around . You really think not letting someone try pants on makes a difference. Well it did lost sales

Love the clothes! They have some high prices but when they have sales they discount everything to where the prices are exceedingly affordable. Definitely has a lot to offer besides clothing.

I came in for somewhat specific clothes. Found what I needed, and they ended up being on even lower sale than i thought, so I spent even less!!

I went to this location to return some clothes that were not able to be worn due to a COVID wedding cancellation. Obviously the belt and items were intended to be used so the tag was removed. The lady at the customer service counter sniffed the clothes and looked at the shoes (which nothing had been worn) and called a manager over to tell me she wasn’t accepting the items. Horrible customer service as during this time many things are being cancelled. I will be going to my home store of jcpenny, but this blew my mind that she literally sniffed the clothes. So odd. Do not recommend to shop there at all.I’m going to add further and say that our home JCPenny took the items back because they CLEARLY were not worn. Very unprofessional from this store.

JCPenny may be in trouble in the Markets but they have greatly improved their customer service. Purchased a backrest pillow that isnt so wimpy. Price not bad but wouldnt say it was a sale either.

Asked a lady for a small bag to hold some of my items I brought in, she replied we cannot give you a bag unless you buy something. Fine, you just lost another customer.

No help with customer service had to go all the way out to Mall of Ga.
