Had the cashier refuse to return my son brand new never worn pair of shoes. Told me they had been worn even though I showed her where I ordered another pair of the exact shoe a size bigger the same day I recieved the first pair. She was upset because I asked her to take me while another customer found her email for her return after waiting 25 mins in line and 20 mins outside the store to get in. Then after I got a manager involved they were only going to refund 137.00 when I paid 180.00 for the shoes and my receipt showed I paid 180.00. I am a fan of Nike Vapors which are a 200.00 shoe of which I have purchased 8 pairs from Champs not to mention my 4 sons many pairs of school shoes. With customer service like what I recieved Sunday I doubt I will be back to any Champs. Ill just send my shoes back via the mail and purchase my shoes elsewhere from here on out.

This store needs help! The first time there we asked for shoes were told they were in stock then no one could find the shoes where they were in the back, lost about 3-4 pairs of sneakers sale. Go back again have the Jordan 12 in a size 12 just came in get those along with kid shoes get home they gave us the wrong size! Now they are sold out! Told us another store was holding them drive an hour to the store and it’s CLOSED! Smmfh!! They have horrible communication and the cashier needs to stop trying to act cool and ask customer the right questions when multiple pairs of shoes are on hold. Such a much!!!

I wish I could give NO stars... apparently if you like our president you will not be allowed to shop in the store and the young management will throw you the middle finger and not allow you to purchase there... I have tried to call the store SEVERAL times to resolve this but to no avail!

I️ called Champs at the Mall of Georgia (last minute of course) looking for the hottest item of 2017. When I️ tell you Nick the associate hooked me up just by having the utmost 100% customer service. Man he was the absolute bomb and deserves recognition just for being exceptional and making us completely satisfied with Champs. I️ can’t say enough but this guy deserves a raise or something. Will definitely shop here again!! 🤗🤗🤗

The manager at this location is absolutely horrible. I came in needing to return very expensive shoes and she claimed they could only give me store credit. That’s fine with me, however she said it in the RUDEST, most uncaring way. I would have taken the gift card but didn’t want to deal with her so I just left. I came back today bc my boyfriend decided he would just take the gift card as he didn’t want expensive shoes just laying around without any use. Jonathon S. was so nice and actually refunded it to my card with no problem. He said that is completely allowed. He’s the only reason for 3 stars. Not sure why their manager would say it isn’t. It really blows my mind the people that are hired into management positions. She definitely doesn’t deserve it.

This is the worst possible place to shop. I highly suggest going to foot locker or finish line. They specifically let me order shoes that they didnt have anywhere in the whole franchise. I had to call several times to get my message across to them. Everything done there is done shady.

Called this location just to find out about a shoe and a female answered and hanged up on me . I proceeded to call back and she just keeps picking up the phone and hanging it up on me ! If your employees don’t want to work they can simply find another job ! Don’t keep hanging up on paying customers that’s just calling to find out more info ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Y’all have to do better !!!!! Wouldn’t be coming there though . I’ll take my money and my business else where !!!!

I walk past here as I head to the Apple store and from what I can gather as I quickly walk past it...seems nice.

Never got any service from the workers they literally just looked at me and looked away. Took them a long time to grab the shoes from the back and when I get home to give it to my nephew, only one pair is in it.

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is the worst place to get shoes ever. My fiancé and I went in to get a pair of shoes. No one came to ask if we needed help. We both found a pair we liked so my fiancé went to ask them to get us our size to try on. One employee was on the phone with a personal call apparently someone named Kiara so he asked someone else to help us. She had the worst attitude even dropped the shoes my fiancé gave her to see if they had our size. She forgot his size so they asked again through ear piece to another coworker. She finally comes back with one shoe for my fiancé in his size. They didnt have one in mine. She hands his to him and walks off. I was going to ask for a different pair but she was in the back and the other coworkers were all talking and laughing screwing off. We wait a few minutes to see if anyone would ask if we needed help. No one did so we walked out. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!
