Wonderful employees that worked overtime to get our shoes swapped! Never show up in the last 10 mins like we did! They work too hard

Montana store manager is AMAZING!!!!! She came from the other store to help the kids one out and measured my son’s feet I so appreciate and love her for her excellent customer service because we were stumped before and no one else helped us in any other stores when we needed walking shoes. It was hard finding some but she made this process so easy and more comfortable than the other retailers in the mall thank you so much your service is stellar and we appreciate everything you did for us. I highly recommend this location

Took my wife to buy her some Dr Martins for her birthday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great selection. My wife found exactly what she wanted.

Young lady whom I believe may have been the store manager was extremely helpful. She was energetic and even tried to help me put my shoes on! I did tell her I could do it myself but I appreciated her eagerness to try and help me as much as she could. As she was “just doing her job” as she put it, she definitely made the experience better.

I went into this Journeys looking for a new pair of boots. As soon as I walked in I was approached by the girl that was working the register. She asked if I needed help and I told her what I was looking for, so she showed me some options and told me about the pros and cons of the various selections. I picked a pair of Doc Martens but they didnt have the ones I liked in my size, so she made sure to order them and have them shipped to my house for free. I think that I can positively say that that was the best customer service Ive ever had. I dont remember the girls name but she is definitely an example of good customer service. She needs to run her own store.

Cool little store. They always have exclusive shoes from different brands which is pretty nice.

Am sure that no training is offered to employees. Nobody acknowledges that you are there to purchase items. Also they don’t even know what they sell. Went looking for shoes the online retailer states they have and was informed that they don’t carry the brand.

Sales staff were amazing. Eager to help and knowledge of brands were excellent.

I was in the store today to buy a shirt because a friend had given me a gift card but i also had to pay 3 extra dollars in cash. When I went to check out these two men helped me and they were very rude. One was a black male and the other was a tall white male with a beard. They were being very rude to me and they were like actually groaning because i didn’t swipe the card fast enough. The customer service was terrible but i do like the shirt i got.

Pretty great selection of shoes.

Had an attitude because I needed to make a return. Proceeded to say things to try to make me feel bad for the return. Never had a such a terrible experience at the Mall of GA.

Never received the correct shoes order from this store and when my order finally did arrive (after i had to call and ask when will the shoes be shipped) it was not the shoes i ordered i was treated with disrespect by an un professional manager named Jake and associate named Liz when I called to inform them they sent me the wrong shoes like it was my fault I have spent a lot of money with journeys over the years but i will be going elsewhere to shop
