During my visit, I was greeted with friendly hellos from all three ladies as I signed in. The front office staff ensured that no time was wasted. I was quickly checked in and following the testing began. I was very PLEASED with the limited amount of wait time I was given. Also, I found the consultation with Dr. Reid to be informative and not rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Reid and his team to my family and friends.

I was very pleased with my eye exam for contacts and glasses. The staff was pleasant and professional. I felt very comfortable with the exam procedures and the quality of the equipment used to perform exam evaluations. I have a new prescription for contacts and glasses that I will evaluate for 2 weeks before my next visit with the doctor. Dr. Unsworth was very good at listening to my vision needs for progressive contacts lenses and glasses. I think she prescribed the best fit to address my concerns. Since I have worn contacts before, I am pretty confident that these new contact lenses are going to work perfectly.

Dr Vo was awesome! She helped me to understand exactly what is currently going on with my eyes. She also recommended treatment for the dry eyes which I didt even realize thats what was causing my eyes to tear up frequently. Afrida was also very helpful and customer service focused. Thank you both!

I actually literally left an eye exam at Visionworks due to the poor attitudes and long wait times. It was a terrible experience and I was able to book same day appointment with this doctor. Very friendly and professional, completely opposite end of the spectrum from the Visionworks experience.Highly recommend!

First off, getting an appointment thru their website was quick and easy, lots of appointments available. I was shocked that on Sunday evening I could get an appointment the next day. Filled out the required patient forms on-line and submitted them easily. The in-office visit: Friendly and very competent personnel. Made my visit very pleasurable. Great experience (as I have come to expect from Bruce E Reid & Associates). Would highly recommend them.

Dr Reid is so rude and unfair. I book four appointments today for myself and my three children online. I received confirmation via email. I showed up to the place and for some reason two of the appointments were canceled. I was never notified of the cancelation. The nurse could not explain why it was canceled but she said it was canceled at 10:02 am. I received confirmation of the appointments at 10:07 am. She said it might be a glitch. She said do you want you appointments today and Ill schedule the other two? I said Ill take the appointments today but Im not scheduling for the other two kids. She then said the other two kids had to wait outside. NO MAM ! They are minors and they are staying here with me. Dr Bruce then came and said I was free to go to Macy but my kids cannot stay there with me. I showed him all my appointment confirmation and he said he could not control what the system did. My family has been a customer for over four years. Not anymore!

The dr was awesome. The office staff and assistants could be much more welcoming. None of them made me feel welcome rather the opposite. As a new patient let alone new to Georgia I was surprised and disappointed. But again the dr was amazingly helpful knowledgeable and appreciative.

I was under the impression my eye exam was free. At the end of the apt I was charged $39 for a retinal exam that was not mentioned during the phone call that confirmed my appointment. When calling to get more information on why I was charged Donna disclosed that her employees should have mentioned that one piece of pertinent information, if I knew I would’ve scheduled my apt somewhere else. I understand the office needs to get paid somehow but not telling people about retinal pictures that were taken.. which I looked up and are needed for older patients I am 22 years of age.. it seemed like a scam ..& I do not appreciate the attitude and customer service I received. There was no clarification or consent I signed to have those test done on me.

Highly disappointed after being a patient for ten years including my entire family. Apparently only digital exams are done which I personally do not need due to having LASIK procedure. I needed my eyes dilated for appropriate diagnosis. I kindly ask to speak with the manager along with physician. I patiently waited to be informed that the physician would not discuss with me personally. I am a nurse who is very well known in the community and have done several referrals over the years. I asked for my records and did not proceed with care. Customer service along with patient care is horrible. Will not recommend.

Appointment confirmation states eye exam $90 and retinal imaging $39. When I tried to use the 30% AAA discount they would not accept it. The staff was very rude. Very disappointed in my visit today.

I was very impressed with the efficient way that the practice was run. My husband and I were taken back in a very timely manner and the machines used to evaluate our eyes were very high tech and quick. I was seen by Dr. Patel very shortly after I was seated and he was personable and listened to my eye issues and I felt the entire exam was very thorough. I was highly pleased with the whole experience. My husband did need need glasses and the optician, Sapphire, was really great! Thank you!

It was great. Nice and fast. Showed up early and got it done early. The nurse was very kind and patient with my glasses kept fogging up. The Doctor was great. She was sweet, kind and very pretty. Made sure I had no questions and concerns and everything was good. The online questions and paper work was a pain though. There was questions with empty boxes at the end. Definitely needs work.

Dr. Grainger and her staff were amazing. They fit me in on a Saturday evening and the doctor and staff were very thorough with me and made me feel welcome and not like I was a bother. To be honest this has been one of the best eye exam experiences I have ever had. I am 41 years old and have been wearing contacts since I was 16 and glasses since I was eight.

Dr. Amy was great! She really took the time to really describe what was happening with my eyes showed that she cared. The rest of the staff was top notch as well. The office screened for temperature and took appropriate Covid safety measures. Thank you.

While I like the dr, the office has apparently “upped their standard of care” to do retinal imaging and didn’t tell anyone. They no longer ask if you want it, they just do it and charge you for it. My co pay was supposed to be $10 I had to pay $49 because of this. My child is 13 and I would have refused retinal imaging. We won’t be back

Friendly, quick, and knowledgeable!

I’ve gone here for several years and last year my son started going there. This office has decided to now REQUIRE you to do a retinal exam (similar to something like a dilation but no side effects). On top of REQUIRING you to take the exam without and option to opt out, they charge $39 for it. When I questioned why I’m required to pay out of pocket for an exam I don’t need they tell me some insurance providers cover it and apparently mine doesn’t. I’m with BCBS, a major provider, so I’m assuming it’s not a necessary exam. I’m fine with a company upping their standards but not when it will cost the customer more money without having the choice to decide for themselves. It’s unfortunate, but apparently money is what drives them. It just makes it easier to leave and I’m happy to take myself to the many other optometrists that don’t put uncalled requirements on you.

It was our first time with Dr. Vo and she did a great job. She’s thorough and very sweet. I felt safe being there as temperatures were being taken before entering the office and 6 ft. seating arrangements were observed.

I needed an exam in order to purchase contacts. LensCrafters has a contact lens fitting fee that is charged because the doctor gives you a pair of contacts to try on and they exam the eye with the contacts. I think this is ridiculous primarily because of the expensive cost for a five minute fitting and having you read numbers off a chart, however, the contacts they wanted me to try were not in stock so since my prescription didnt change, I was asked to put in my contacts again for the fitting. As I was checking out, they attempted to charge me for a fitting for contacts they didnt have. I understand paying a fee if LensCrafters provides the contacts however, you did not provide a product so why am I getting charged and they will not release my contact prescription until this paid. This is total ripoff and I will not be returning.

Dr. Amy was incredible. She is kind, compassionate, and truly the best eye doctor Ive ever been to. This was my first visit and I will absolutely be wherever Dr. Amy is from here on out.

The only reason I am giving a star at all is because none is not an option. The doctor was amazing but the office staff is unprofessional and downright rude. I have going to this office for about 9 to 10 years and have recommended to others. But this year will be my last. The past 3 or 4 years I have come in for my appointment and always have to wait and hour or two while they take people in before me that came in at least 30 minutes after me. But this year was the worst. My husband complained because we were there for two hours and they took those that came in 45 minutes after us. But to add salt to the wound when my husband (we had back to back appointments or so we thought) came out of his check up the lady at the front desk asked him if he was OK Now. They are condescending, unprofessional and just the customer oriented at all. I will not be back and will highly recommend to others to not go there. Ana Perez

My family had an appointment and we wanted to opt out of retina check which is a picture they take for$40.00 was optional,as we have got 6 months ago. But this time just wanted to get eye appointment without retina, account manager said its not legal, but if we have get eye exam at Mall of GA Lencrafters, we have to pay $160.00. This is ripe off. Were were there patient for years and It took her 3 second to dismiss us and rude over the phone when asked us to send email regarding them dismissing us. Also asked if I can speak to owner who enforced this policy, she said I will not get any information about it.Never been mistreated like this. Who got extra money to pay when there is crisis during covid!

The staff is always friendly and cheerful, not to mention good looking too! I love the fact that you have the ability to take photos of the eye vice dilation. It makes it so much easier to be able to get back to work, or even drive. I hated having my eyes dilated then having to wait to drive or have someone else drive me. This way makes life much easier and as long as it stays the same price, Ill continue to use it. The Dr.s are very friendly and willing to talk to you like a person, not just another body.

The optometrist was very thorough with her explanation as to why my glasses were needed and the importance of wearing glasses.

Dr. Unsworth is fantastic! She is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable about your overall health, not just your eyes. She is just the right mix of straight-forwardness (which I like) and warm & fuzzy (which my wife REQUIRES). Shes great at her job and sincerely cares about her patients. I couldnt ask for more. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Reid did a great job testing my eyes and I felt comfortable with his decisions.I was also given the most wonderful care and concern in picking out new frames for my new lenses. Staff was courteous and professional, and they answered all my questions about the processes and tests. My wife and I had back-to-back appointments and the timing was spot-on. Neither of us had to wait long, and we were both in and out in a timely manner.All in all a very pleasant experience.

Went in for a routine eye exam, saw Ms Vu. Very nice, she found that I have a couple issues. Thankful for that, but when my trial pair of contacts came in they would not dispense them to me without a fitting.. I have been wearing contacts for 34 years. I know when contacts fit and when I can see. If I had an issue with them, I would know. They said they were following their procedure for dispense lenses. I am sure it was at an additional cost as well. The fitting was almost $100.00. I called several other optometrists in the area and they only charge $60.00 at the most. I asked them to refund my money and I will find a more accommodating doctor.

My first eye exam in a few years and I was very pleased. The tech and doctor were very thorough and answered all of my questions. Even with a full waiting room of walk-ins and scheduled patients, I didnt feel rushed and I wasnt there for an extended amount of time. Finished up and went next door to purchase my glasses without an issue. This will be my place for exams going forward. Thanks for the awesome service!

The exam seemed very comprehensive. I really liked how the doctor answered my questions. I also like that I was given a prescription for 3 types of eyewear.

They were amazing!!!! They got my son and I in suddenly after being at another eye office and finding out they didnt take my insurance! The staff in the exam rooms were so helpfully and the staff picking out our glasses were so helpful in deciding what to get for both of us and making some $$ decisions.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and showed great attention to the questions I had about my eyes. As for the front office the staff will just need to smile and show a little more enthusiasm for customers. Theyre just to stuffy for the patients that they serve.
