The staff here are absolutely incredible. I purchased an amazing tanzanite band for my mothers birthday. They care about their customers and make the jewelry shopping experience an absolute pleasure. My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band here. Although, the rings are pretty and its a sentimental piece, they are said to be by the staff real material but have absolutely no markings stating that the rings are genuinely white gold as states on the receipt. Working with high end jewelry for many years, I went back to the store and asked many questions. The staff didnt ask if we needed help, nor did they even notice when my husband and I walked in the store. They would not authenticate the rings without me having to pay a crazy price and actually lied to me about my engagement ring being marked when in fact it is not. Im very disappointed seeing that my rings are tarnished after only wearing them a year and them taking advantage of my husband who doesnt know much about jewelry and ripping him off.

We had an amazing experience here. My wife needed to update her Wedding ring and Nadia went above and beyond to make sure my wife found the perfect ring! She was super patient and gave amazing advice that helped make my wife feel at ease. We will be back for sure!

My best friend got a custom wedding band done here. They said at first it will take about a month to finish and then when it was done they told them that it will only take a week to get out and ship. Well that was last week and they called telling them they haven’t received it yet. They said that they don’t know where it was placed (pretty much saying they lost it) well then they called back saying that they found it and it’s been displayed people have been trying it on, an employee placed it in the showing box. They have terrible customer service.

Andrea is wonderful. She spent alot of time and is knowledgeable. Remembers people when they come back. Best jewelery selection by far.(Wish they offered the online discounts in store)

My boyfriend and I stopped by Helzburg diamonds at Mall of Georgia and was completely ignored by the sales clerks there. I understood they were busy and we waited for 20minutes just for two ladies to walk in after us and get assistance right away from the same lady that said she was going to help us. This was a horrible experience and will never return to this location again.

Sonila helped my fiancé and I fairly quickly when we walked into the store. We went in to look at wedding bands. She let me look at everything I wanted and everything was going great. She made notes and was checking on everything to make sure we could get the correct color, size, and rings in by my wedding. Towards the end she asked about my fiancé’s ring and we told her what we were doing. She obviously did not like the answer we gave her because she turned her nose up to it and pushed us to go a different route. We explained that we had made our decision and she acted disgusted and annoyed with us. It was very unprofessional and they will not be getting our business because of it.

Terrible and offensive customer service, took my ring to pay for a repair and was told the ring didn’t belong to Helzberg when in fact I picked out my own engagement ring from another Helzberg location, accused of putting the ring in a Helzberg box. Andrea was very rude.

Worst customer service ever, especially by the store manager Sonila. I placed a order online & was going to have my husband pick it up. They wouldnt let my husband pick it up to do privacy issues, he is my husband, seriously?! I was just in a bad car accident with a broken neck in 2 places & other injuries so I cant go there myself but theyre saying I have to come there. How??? Not to mention this location is the only one that had the item & it is over an hour from where we live in Kennesaw. They canceled the order & now we have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund of $300. They were very unprofessional, insensitive & arrogant. Thanks for ruining mothers day for my family. As if were not going through enough as it is with my injuries & Im very lucky to even be alive after such a tragic accident.

Today I went into the store, I was not greeted upon entering. The rep helping me did not know the service warranty ( pandemic exception), the manager couldn’t answer a specific question I had about when me ring would be return if I went to a store that had a jeweler, nor did she offer to call and find out for me. I’ll be back, because I have to continue to get my ring serviced...hopefully the next time I come into the store the experience will be better.

Purchased a gold necklace At the Mall of Georgia location with in a week had to send it in to be repaired did purchase the warranty on it took over 3 weeks to get the necklace back the peace that was repaired came back pink how does gold turn pink The sales person was very rude had to call corporate To get things taken care of Will never shop there again

Ive had very good experiences at Helzberg (Mall of Georgia). Sales people give good attention and customer service has been excellent. Ive bought four rings there now. Ive also purchased the maintenance plan. It includes cleaning, repairs and sizing forever.

Good jewelry, but beware of the little back room area - thats where the higher pressure sales tactics come in though theyre not overly pressuring.

You know how people always warn against buying from mall jewelry stores? This store is exactly why.Highly unprofessional staff, messed up my order 3 times, proceeded to have me drive down because of a missing form that turned out to be a false alarm, then tried to inform me that my order had arrived when it has not.Take your business somewhere else.
