Kay Jewelers @ The Mall of Georgia is one reason I love this mall, Two of my favorite Sales Professionals Katrina and Robbie but I call her (Ms.Robbie) Truly know Customer service. Ive been a customer of this store for a few years and Ive never been disappointed.The store is always impeccable and the jewelry pieces that Ive chosen throughout my years and most recently are simply Beautiful. Im rating this store a 5 for all of the reasons Ive listed above.....Thank you Katrina and Ms.Robbie you two are the Best!🤗.
Went in to shop for an engagement ring and after talking with one associate about the price range that we wanted to stay in she would only show us the rings and no bands. After viewing some there was one that I was given and fell in love with. However it was way above our budget and the associate that helped was condescending and extremely rude. After she became pushy and stopped listening to what we were wanting to stay in our price range we decided to leave and come back another time. Since she ruined this experience we have decided to shop at a competitors establishment.
Went in looking for a watch and received wonderful service the entire time that I was there. Great place.
My wife picked out her Valentine’s Day gift. The lady helping us was professional and courteous. It was a pleasant experience and they were fair on the price. Big thanks to the local sales folks at Kay Jewelers for making my wife’s Valentines special.
Kay Jewelers does not want to work with you. Kay Jewelers as a whole are unprofessional and unprepared. The website offers 2-Day shipping but confirms delivery 29 days later. Why would you offer 2-Day Shipping but then send a confirmation email saying the item will be delivered 29 days later? Phone calls have been made and even spoke to online chat assistance. Absolutely NO help, does not want to work with you to cancel an order. They just tell you that they will send a request to cancel your order. No one wants to wait a month have their item canceled and money refunded. Why would you take the money and not ship the item? The item was in fulfillment. Why does a customer have to wait over a month to receive a refund and cancel their order???? I do not recommend going to Kay Jewelers. You will have to wait a month to receive your order and to receive your refund. They take your money right away. It does not make sense and they DO NOT work with you. Also when you call and want to speak with a higher up, they hang up on you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
We tried shopping over the weekend for a new wedding set. SO many issues with this place! My son is in a wheelchair and this store is not very accessible. Also, their lack of sanitation during COVID is frightening. This place was swarmed with people in sections.... no masks at all. I didn’t see a single employee sanitize the counters OR the jewelry after people were trying things on. We were extremely interested in a set but decided keeping our family safe was top priority so we purchased another set from a store taking numerous precautions during COVID.
Ms. Robbie is literally my guardian angel. I was getting married in a weeks time and she made sure both of our rings were ready and sized. She took the time to get to know us and made our ring search so easy.

For me,Kay Jewelers is a trusted brand that Ive trusted over many years.The reason is the consistency of a great product and equally important, Awsome customer service.In such a hectic time with social distancing and health awareness, Tentions are high.Excited about expressing my feelings to my new love.I was very eager to show my woman a gesture piece.We visited a few stores after briefly browsing Kay Jewelers.....Not being treated with the same excellence from other stores we returned to Kay Jewelers...Being re-welcomed by Ms.Doris Harris .She gave us her patience and attention, while being reinforced with her store manager...We were treated like V.I.P.my woman is happy with her ring and Im satisfied with that investment!
Fatou Sow Mahmood is a Diamontologists at the Web Ginn location he has excellent service and inspects and clean my wedding ring very well it’s always shining when I leave. He makes it look brand new. The service at this location was not good a year before but now it’s excellent. I will be back many more times.

AWFUL customer service. AWFUL quality of cleaning and repairs. And AWFUL return time. After my ring had been gone for 6 WEEKS to be repaired, I tried calling to get an update. After 15 attempted phone calls, phone calls to other locations as to why they weren’t answering, those locations calling the manager(still no answer) and finally visiting the store in person, my ring was still unknown as to when it would be returned. I left the store, and an hour later got a phone call saying my ring was at the store... after I was back home, 45 minutes away! Not to mention this was the 8th... yes 8TH TIME in the 2 years of owning it that this ring was having to be repaired for the center stone opal falling out. As you can tell, I have lots of experience with communicating with and visiting this store location and EVERY time I have been belittled, mistreated, and even cursed at. Shocking, I know! I will never, EVER return to this store again and I do not recommend that anyone ever visit this store! Save your money and time!

Jordan was absolutely amazing! She knows her stuff when it comes to jewels. She wasn’t pushy like some jewelers, but was willing to discuss any item I was interested in. I highly recommend her and this location anytime you are in need of jewelry!!!
I find it very interesting (not in a good way) that they won’t allow customers to make appointments to come in to jewelry repairs performed but will allow appointments to purchase jewelry.
Thank you Alonzo for your help in fixing the error the salesperson in Cumming made which could have resulted in my warranty being voided. I appreciate your professional service. Hopefully the salesperson in Cumming did not ruin my necklace with using the old cleaner as my open heart is no longer available and if corporate cant get the smell out it will have to be replaced 😔. However you made my day when you found the error on my inspections and corrected them. Your customer service was wonderful. Thank you once again.

Ever since Mandy left this location things have just seemed to be off somehow. Came looking for some ideas of things for our granddaughter and felt as if the salesperson couldnt be bothered to speak with me if I wasnt purchasing something immediately. Well, sorry Kay Jewelers, you missed out, because we ended up at a competitor of yours and bought her something there... after taking the time and showing us some of the different things we asked about.

I recently purchased a necklace for myself no less than a month ago. It broke in less than a month and when I called the store to ask an employee named Audrey/Aubrey questions about how to get it replaced or repaired. She was rude to me andbasically tried to rush me off the phone so I wouldnt bother her anymore. I dont think this store deserves any ones hard earned money. I spent thousands of dollars with them and I promise you I will never come back. Go to another Kays if possible but this specific one in Buford is trash.
I was told one thing on the phone and another thing in person. The store manager, Brenda the sales rep and the people on the phone that handle complaints are a bunch of liars and scammers. I’m grateful that I kept all voicemails and emails. I’m not letting this one go.
LOCATED INSIDE MALL OF GEORGIA @ RUBY TUESDAY / CINEMAS! Took 20 attempted call and almost a half hour for someone to answer the phone to tell me that I was a couple miles out of the way. Salesperson was nice, but I had more knowledge about the product I was looking for them they did...
Terrible snobby attitude here and from a manager of all people.. Ive spent a couple thousand at various Kay stores but my experience at this store will ensure that I NEVER shop at any Kay Jewelers again. They act like theyre selling you a medicine that you cannot live without rather than an expensive luxury item. Helzburg in the same mall treated me respectfully and I have since happily purchased a few pieces from them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop at Kay Jewelers in the Mall of Georgia.
Mine was excellant! For those who have not, I suggest engaging people who are regular employees. Specifically, Rachel helped me immensely and Im sure my wife will be happy and satisfied for her help.

Normally I dont take the time to write a review but the experience that I just had with this place has fueled me to do so. Ive been ring browsing just to get an idea of what I like and it has been a very pleasant experience until this point. Seeing that this is the type of place where people go to spend quite a bit of money youd expect the employees to be a little... well welcoming. When we first walked into Kay no one greeted us which they were with customers but as a person who works in customer service you acknowledge that theyre there and let them know youll be with them in a moment. When someone finally came over and helped us the first thing he said was you know what time we close right? I looked at my watch and was like are you serious. I walked in about 30 minutes before they even closed! I tried on two or three rings and was honestly just really turned off by how rude and dismissive he was to really be into it. I really had high hopes for Kay but will probably be looking elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone.
I Never write reviews. I dont have tons of time to do so. We have one ring that was bought at Kays and one ring bought at Shane Co. It makes me sad that I have walk into this store. The customer service is awful. And their promise date is a joke. They tell you it takes 2 weeks to re-size a ring then then you get it back 4 days after your promise date. This has happened on several occasions. Hey Kays please take notes from Shane Co. They know a whole lot about customer service and how to get jewelry back into their customer hands. I wish both rings came from Shane Co.
HORRIBLE! Avoid Kay Jewelers if you can. If you cant, make sure you avoid this location! Horrible customer service. They never call when my ring gets back to the store from being serviced. Many times I have to send it right back due to imperfections they should have caught. Their service time period is a guaranteed back in 2 weeks. I never get my ring back in that time, always takes longer. Horrible experience with my husbands ring too. It has started changing shape (going from octagon to smooth circle) and they told him thats just what is going to happen as it ages and wears. Sure could have mentioned that when we were shopping. All they want is to sell you a ring. Doesnt matter if its the right ring for you. Once youve purchased, they could care less about your happiness and experience. Never again will I buy anything from Kay.

We went to Kay jewelers today to get my 💎 ring cleaned. Ansley was looking at your employees (I didnt get her name bc I was to made but I did take a photo of her but it wouldnt let me post it) outfit and said I love your pretty she couldnt even get out the rest of the sentence before the rude lady said DONT TOUCH ME! Ansley was only trying to rub it and give her a compliment. She is a very loving little girl. Someone that could hurt the feelings of an innocent, precious 4 year old should be ashamed of herself. I hope you somehow get to read this and I hope that you get just as embarrassed as you made my child feel. Her eyes were filled with tears and her heart was hurting.

Poor customer service. My wife asked to have her ring cleaned that shed recently purchased at the Athens store & was told it wasnt a real diamond so they couldnt clean it. Preposterous! She never claimed it was a diamond she just asked to have it cleaned. Its a white sapphire ring and she periodically gets it cleaned in the Athens store where she purchased it. There seemed to be a rather snobby aura in this store.
If I could give the Buford, Mall of Georgia a -0 I would. This is literally the worst and most unprofessional store Ive been to. Youve lost me and my family from ever purchasing here again!
Terrible....Mandy, that calls herself the store manager needs to go back to school to learn how to speak to customers. We are the people that spend our money in the store. She is just a rude miserable person.Shes the same rude lady that made that little girl cry. The district manager needs to have a word or two with her because if she treats customers that way, I can only imagine how she treats the employees. Terrible!! Shame on you store manager Mandy!!
This store and company is the worst ever. First bought the rings and they had to be sent in to get polished and cleaned and my wifes engagement ring needed to be connected to the wedding band and it had to be sent back 3 times from the beginning and barely got back in time for the wedding.Every time the rings get sent in they are late to come back and you never get a call when they are in, if they do come back on time, you should expect to have to send it back in.Customer service is garbage / possible the worstMy ring has bolts on it and they are worn down and barely visible now. The rings are lifetime guarantee and they told me that they will bot fix the shapre of my ring or the bolts that have worn away as the manufacturer does not make replacement bolts. The ring is no longer made either. They did say that once the bolts and ring was compeltley trashed that they would look at replacing the bolts or doing something for me.Why do I have to wait and you should be fixing the issue now.NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP THEREI would put zero stars if I was allowed to

Worst customer service from the manager!! I went to get my ring resized before the holidays. What really made me mad was the fact that I was told the wrong pick up date twice by the manager and I dealt with an employee the third time and she told me the wrong time and the manager was upset with the employee when she was the original problem. If you have to shop here dont work with the manager! I wont go back to this location ever again!
I wish I could give an even lower rate to this store and its employees for this review. They have provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced every one of the few times I have given them a chance.
I agree with what another reviewer said about snobby attitude here. I told the saleswoman that I was looking for a non-diamond engagement ring, and she responded with Really? Are you sure? Why?
