Great company for your audio and security needs! We used them for a new build and very pleased during the build and our 1st year in the house. They are very responsive for any requests or issues and have a great small company feel!

The team at KCO Audio is the best we have ever worked with. We built our new home in 2019 and they installed nine smart tvs, security, cameras, and state of the art surround sound. They are extremely professional and we have enjoyed working their whole team. This is a family owned business and after they did the installation......we actually feel like we have become part of their family. My family has had a relationship with KCO since 2016. They performed all low voltage wiring in our new home build in 2017 (security, ethernet, wifi access, coax, in ceiling speakers, mounting TVs). They installed all the hardware for the home sound system as well. They really are a one-stop shop for all A/V needs. Also, as the house was being built they even installed conduits so if we were to expand at some point, the access would be there to run cables, etc…which proved extremely valuable during a basement build, FROG renovation during 2020. For our basement build they set up a movie room with screen, projector, 7.1 sound, all seamless and integrated. Also mounted in ceiling speakers and systems for the entertaining area. The staff is always responsive via email or text and has come back several times for fine tuning and support. I should add…unlike other A/V companies, they have options for every budget and appreciate your business.

So far great service. We have used them on 2 homes as well as a business location. They have been attentive and dealt with any problems that have come up, which have been very few. System works very well and installation went smooth. Highly recommend!

Horrible after Sales Service. System stopped working 10 months after installation. Multiple phone calls, all of them go to answering service, no one bothers to response and reply to messages left. Finally had to find the number of owner after 2-3 months of leaving messages, set up an appointment for technician to come, no one shows up & no calls again. Then they try to give appointments 2-3 weeks later to fix the system.Finally giving up on them.Rather take your business elsewhere.Terrible after Sales Service.

We experienced a break in at our home in Athens and we reached out to KCO on a Friday night of a holiday weekend and we were given priority treatment so we could feel a sense of security again. Alan kept in constant contact with us the entire 4th of July weekend via text/calls and built us a package to ensure our comfort in going home again. He even arranged for installation the next business day. We would recommend KCO to anyone over the big brand security firms because they offer a personal touch from a cohesive team who takes a genuine interest in your safety and outcome.

We inherited them upon moving into a new build. They are awful—no response after emailing and calling and no way to get in touch with anyone at the company. Do not recommend—call anyone but KCO.

Wow is the best word that comes to mind. From the initial contact, to the helpful consultation on the right security / home automation solution, to the implementation, to training the team at KCO Audio has wowed me. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused - I cant recommend them enough for helping us make our Atlanta a home!
