Tony from the camera department went above and beyond, helping us find the 55 inch Toshiba Class C350 that we wanted. He made sure to offer necessary equipment protection and services as well as warranty plans. A very pleasant experience.
What can I say, Best Buy used to be the place to get your electronics and have your questions answered about an item. Those days are mostly gone in the way of getting help or questions answered. Best Buy has scaled-down their work force. So my suggestion is to do your homework about an item that you were thinking about buying and wanting to go to the store to pick it up right away. Once you get to the store you are barely finding any employees working on the floor to help you out.
Lie, lie, lies...and more lies. You cannot call the store location anymore, goes to a call center. The call center must handle numerous stores and only can read off what you can find out yourself. Good luck getting someone on the phone who knows anything after you drop your expensive items at The Geek Squad to be fixed. Numerous hours on the phone and absolutely no-one will tell me anything.Everything in the store was dirty and had many many months of dust on it. Looked as if no one touched items they were selling in years. Rain water leaking from the ceiling dripping on merchandise for a long time, dirty buckets everywhere to catch some of it. Staff was friendly but you could tell they didnt want to be there. In my opinion, this store is on its way out! What an embarrassment of an establishment.....
I had a monitor to return, even with a very long line they quickly got everyone squared away. The customer pick up area was efficient as well, I had another monitor and computer speakers... much better setup! Very happy!

I was greeted with a big smile and thank you for visiting.As I walked through this Best Buy location, I was greeted by at least 4 different employees, giving me the impression that there are some strong training programs taking place here.Store was clean, well organized with an energetic vibe throughout.Only negative would have to be, no one engaged me the two instances where I actually stood still to look at some items.That was a missed opportunity.Otherwise, not a bad visit at all.Thank you,T
Ordered a 75 TV, and the guy told me it would arrive today at 2-6pm. NEVER ARRIVED. HOW DEPENDABLE IS BESTBUY? I hope this corner cutting company tanks sooner than later.
Do yourself a favor a do not patronize Best Buy! I brought a Hp 8200 hundred series and it’s completely trash! When I called to exchange for another brand get this they said I was out of my 15 day time period smh. Anytime a company who have your purchase clearly on file won’t do a exchange for same value their scammers! Buyers beware.
Immaculate!! After having had the absolute worst time and customer service with Lowes, Best Buy had me ordered and installed in 3 days. Their communication with me was fantastic also. Im so happy and impressed. Upon installation the tech Eduardo informed that my washer had a small dent and if i wanted they could have it replaced and that he would contact Best Buy himself. Thinking that I would have to contact them myself since Im just used to that kind of customer service with companies, I was shocked when Best Buy called me not even 10 minutes after the tech left and they offered replacement or a bit of a refund. The tech also took note and informed me that my hot and cold water valves needed to be replaced, which he didnt have to do. Again I am so so satisfied with the level of customer service I received from them.

Ordered washer and dryer. They delivered with no install........... went to the store and called customer care. Still no one has come to install. I have spoken with 6 reps on the phone and talk with 2 reps at the store and with a manager........ It seems like nobody cares. I cant call store because at this time. they do not take calls. Awesome place to shop.............awesome Oh and keep in mind they really do not care and will never contact you or call.
I came in looking to switch phone companies, and David was absolutely fantastic! He was able to get all of my information transferred and even used his own personal phone to call Sprint customer service for me to make sure that everything was completed and there were no issues. He was very personable, and was able to keep a conversation while we had to wait on hold. I made sure to tell the gentleman on the way out how good he was, but I felt the need to post it online as well. Two thumbs up from me :)
Very low inventory and not enough staff. When working with someone they told me it wasnt their section and didnt know anything about what I was purchasing. Told me they worked another department. Fortunately, I did enough research on my own to know exactly what I wanted otherwise probably wouldve ended up with something I didnt like. 3 🌟
The WORST Best Buy I have ever checked out! Place is a mess! Just moved to town and looking for TV and new Speakers, (NOT Magnolia). Lots of open box items but nothing is marked and nobody around! Finally a nice guy tried, said he was with Sony. He couldnt tell what prices were either. Some kid with long black hair had a BB shirt on but was ignoring all potential customers while buried in his cell phone. After this I may never even buy from this company again...EVER! They have really gone down the tubes...maybe it is Covid.
I must have found an easy way to get some earbuds.

On November 29th we went in to purchase a tv and found the one displayed as you can see for $597.99 but when we asked for assistance we were told the price was wrong and they couldn’t sell it for that and that it was instead $699 by the pile of garbage guy on the left. He took down the sign to hide it (see it in hand in the picture) and got the blue haired pile of garbage assistant manager Kyle involved in which he told us the same then they proceeded to turn their back and try to lie and hustle the other pair of customers which had already seen the price tag also. When confronted again Mr Blue Hair tried to offer to take $50 off which still didn’t bring it down to the price they had displayed. They were both very rude to me and my spouse and argued that this wasn’t false advertisement. Very unprofessional lack of leadership at this store. Ultimately we did not purchase a tv and are looking elsewhere.

Went in to Best Buy today looking to buy appliances. Five associate standing at the counter, not one even acknowledged me, let alone offered any help! Very disappointed! They seemed to have employees, just not any that care.
The sales associates were very friendly and knowledgeable! They all smiled and seemed happy to be at work providing customer service. Good music playing that helped to set the tone. They sanitized each checkout station after each customer was checked out. Keep up the great job, Best Buy associates! 👏🏾👏🏾

I came to pick up an order from this location and I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back to this one. The associates are all very rude and don’t acknowledge you they just walk right passed you. Not to even mention they didn’t have my complete order.
Best Buy is always a fun place for a guy but this trip was surprisingly better, I had the chance to meet Robert Wagner, sales consultant at the Mall of Ga store, a real friendly guy with a great attitude to help a customer he was kind to share plenty of info on refrigerators and made me feel comfortable with any and all questions I had for him..
Went in with the mindset to purchase a home theater system. Had already compared the prices with Amazon which was better than Best Buy. But still chose to go in the store so I wouldn’t have to wait 2 days with prime.Walked in asked the greeter to find me someone to help with the system. He said he will send someone and directed me to go towards the area. 6-7 mins later flagged another person to help. He said he would have someone come by. Another 10 mins later flagged another person and he also said he would send someone. Another 6-7 mins flagged a manager and he went looking for someone while I’m waiting for 20 mins just so someone can help. I ended up leaving the store frustrated. There must be at least 15 associates working the store, walking around but none of them wanted to actually work.This was yet another reminder why online shopping is Better than coming in the store and dealing with employees who ignore customers and come to work with a mindset of not working.
Bought a new TV, when I got home I found that I needed a vesa mount adapter and went to call the store. They dont take calls anymore the call eventually got transferred to a national call center where a nice guy that had ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERTISE explained to me that he was going onto bestbuy.com to look for me. I did that before I called. No wonder Amazon is winning.

Well we were trying to purchase some security cameras, but we couldnt get anyone to help us and there were several employees just standing around doing nothing,conversating amongst them selves!! So I go over to these 3 dudes and ask If we could get some help, and bam 2 of those dudes like totally vanished! The 3rd dude was like wacked out or something! Needless to say we left empty handed!! Poor poor customer service!!
This review would most likely be directed to their managers, and they way they handled my situation.In August 2019 I purchased a MacBook Air online and decided to pick it up. I decided to add a protection plan to it so I purchased AppleCare for $250 extra. Yes, it’s a lot of money but I didn’t wanna risk it.Once I picked up my order, the status changed on my online orders from pending to available, and picked up. Everything was okay, except my AppleCare was never available, and was the only thing “pending” in the order. I thought maybe a had to wait a little longer, which I did, and I forgot about it.A month later I decide to check, and the AppleCare is still “pending”. At this point, it’s been too long so I decided to head over the store.In store, the first manager who helped me was Megan. She called their Best Buy, and Apple costumer service line trying to find out what the problem was. She ended up telling me the problem was fixed and I just needed to give them 5-7 business days for the Apple care to become available. Which I did. I waited a week, and nothing happened.I came back to the store a week after, and Megan was nowhere to be found. Another manager, Brittany, tried to help me with my situation as well. I explained the whole mess again, and she somewhat knew about it. She said it was a very weird situation, and it never happened before so she didn’t know what to do. Really? Okay. Then she said I needed to bring proof of purchase. Really, again? Can you just check it online? At this point I’m very upset, and tired of coming in to find no solution.The next day I came in with proof of purchase. I asked for Brittany, and she wasn’t there. Really? So why would you even ask me to come the next day and you’re not even there. Smh.Fortunately, Steven, an Assistant Store Manager helped me solve my problem. Once again, I explained the whole situation to him and he was very, very helpful. He was very smart to come up with a solution, and it all worked out in the end. I understand it was a very tricky situation, but isn’t that your job? Find a solution?The same day, I decided to buy a new tv because they had some good deals. I ended up leaving with a 55” LG start tv for $299 which I think was a steal.In general, this store is okay. They have lots of stuff just like the other stores, but in my opinion they have better deals. Service was meh, except for Steven who was very helpful and understanding.

Perhaps its due to social distancing but the take a number approach didnt work on this visit.. Waited 15 - 20 minutes to be helped but ended up helping ourselves with the product we wanted... Salesperson may have recommended a better deal but who knows... This process definitely needs work!!!
Bought two appliances that had issues shortly after installation. One of the appliance was an insignia Best Buy branded dishwasher that broke down twice and the manufacturer wouldn’t fix. Luckily we had extended home owners insurance that covered it and our house insurance covered the damages to the kitchen and floors but subrogation was a joke. Recently purchased a dash cam and it was a nightmare. Best Buy has gone down hill with everything including customer service.
As far as selection goes, this BestBuy has just about everything. Dont expect to just come in an browse though. Youll get asked every 45 seconds if you need help. I am all for employees being helpful and involved with customers but sometimes its over kill. Honestly this has more to do with scheduling for crowd levels at appropriate times. If you have more associates than customers then its going to happen. Everyone is super friendly and will at least try and help.
Took one item in for recycle. Really happy that they do this its nice and convenient.
I want to single out Tiana Bell for going above and beyond in customer service. She was directing the waiting line for in store assistance and between excellent service to all those in line she helped me with what could have been a terrible experience. The Mall of Georgia store had all the parts necessary to install an after market radio I had specifically selected except the radio itself. I searched on line and found one at a sister store about 30 minutes away. Ms. Bell made a call to a personal friend who worked there and asked if he could set it aside for me. I then acquired the radio and brought it back for installation. Had she not taken the time to help me, I would have had to reschedule the install at great inconvenience to my family. And it would have been sometime after the holidays. Just to add to this encounter, I want to report that the install went perfectly and the product is working better than I had thought. Thanks to Best Buy for having people like Ms. Bell and the installation folks. Also thanks to Best Buy for having a selection of quality products in the brick and mortar locations for those of us who want to see it before we buy it.

Look like the store was closing. Half the shelves were empty and at least 25 buckets and trashcams to catch the leaking roof. We did get what we needed but had to ask for them to find it in the back.
Went in to get a Dyson Animal. They were out of stock. Upgraded to another unit. 4 0f 5 stars for being out of stock. Lucky for them they had one left of the other unit and that I did not want to drive elsewhere to get what I really wanted.

David the salesperson was very helpful and pleasant when I brought my phone in after buying it a few days ago, He tried really hard to get it straight but to no avail it was defected. I had to go to another location to pick it up but I came back with the new phone he transferred everything with a smile and returned my 3 day old phone.
I love Best Buy for the past 2 decades but today customer service from geek squad was horrible . I came in early as possible at open there was 3 customer at 11am my appointment is at 12pm there was 3 representatives and I was with 1 of them, so I asked if they can just check me in don’t have to work on it because I have else where to be . This geek squad representative tells me I have to come in at 12 for a 12 o’clock appointment and no one was behind me ............ few mins later a person also came in early for her appointment but they took her in at 11:08 for a 1130 appointment so here I’m thinking is it me or is it him ........... we can work outside the box here just drop off so I don’t have to come back that’s it . Whelp Best Buy just lost a loyal customer I have been purchasing total tech support past few years, best of luck there .

I ordered supplies for printer online, I go to Athens to pick up order I waited half a day for a ink cartridge. Only I go in the store and theyre out of stock. Online store didnt state Athens store out of stock. So I had to drive to Mall of Georgia store to get my item. Best Buy, you can do better.
Walked in wanting to buy an all-around dash cam setup. I let the AP gentleman up front know (Since he asked if Ill be needing assistance) that Ill need to set up an installation appointment for all of this. AP guy radios this info over to Car Install in the back. I go back there and neither one of the techs seem to care and were too busy to help. Couldnt find anyone else to assist me who wasnt wearing a chin diaper. 👎👎

We bought a replacement refrigerator or our 18-year-old Whirlpool. The new fridge was only $849, and was basically the same refrigerator but brand new. It was an Amana brand, which is owned by Whirlpool. Best Buys’ in store and over the phone service made it easy to do the purchase same day, and then pick it up at their impressive warehouse down the street. I could not find anyone else that had a decent selection for same day pick up. I highly recommend Best Buy for appliances.

The associate that helped me was informative and helpful, but their printer supply was lacking. Overall, I still love Best Buy.
Attendants were super helpful and knowledgeable. The young lady at the door was so helpful she walked me to where I could get a apple pencil, then when that line was to long she grabbed the keys herself, got the pencil and walked to the back of the store to check me out. I was in a d out during the Christmas season in 10 minutes.
On hold 30 minutes. Chat support tells me they dont man the phones. No one can confirm what speakers are available for demonstration. The return policy is incredibly complicated: one policy for holidays, and 3 tier policy otherwise--unclear how one joins the tiers Amazon has a generous return policy, if you prefer to demo the speakers in your room. No tears when Best Buys follows Circuit City. It had advantages over Bezos but Best Buy did not play to those strengths.

My husband and I stood in the home theater and tv department for over 30 minutes assessing our options — not ONE associate of the 3-4 back there, that weren’t helping anyone, asked us if we had any questions or needed any assistance. We were looking to purchase a minimum of 2 TVs today.
1 Star for Customer Service - or the lack there of. Nobody answers the phone at this location. I tried to call with a simple question and waited over 35 min on 4 separate calls and no one answered any of my calls. Further, I tried to call the Corporate Phone number and (after 3:30 of pre-recorded messages, re-routings and threats of disconnect) I was connected with a phone rep who spent most of the time either not understanding my concern (a store not answering their phones) or talking over me. Very poor customer service that I have never experienced at another Best Buy. Perhaps there are technical issues with the stores phones but neither the store nor the Corporate system is prepared (or willing?) to accept such feedback. Most disappointing Best Buy experience I have had, particularly since my other Best Buy experience s have been positive.
One of my favorite stores to go to! Only drawback is the long lines but they move relatively quickly. I love that they have curbside pickup spots because they allow me to get what I need fast and easily without any hassle.

Everyone outside of the cell phone department goes out of their way to help most of the time. Cell phone department no so much. Its kind of like being the invisible customer at Home Depot where they duck & hide when you need help.
The curbside pickup was seamless. Firstly my item was ready for pickup 10 days early and the BB associate brought it to the car almost immediately after I parked. Oh and it was so nice that there were marked designated parking spots for curbside pickup.

Couldnt understand his slang and with my phone volume on max, I could hardly hear him. Mind you Im a 30 year old with normal hearing...So then I tried to deal with this online and the website is acting up and wont let me take care of an order, once I make it to a certain point, best buy site sends an error code.Soon enough, they will be out of business and another Block Buster ...
