Highly disappointed in the lack of communication and poor follow up regarding concerns with the work after completion of my underdecking system. A customer should not have to wait more than 2 business days for a response let alone weeks which are now turning into months.I immediately notified the office of several concerns I had only to be brushed off that they are busy and will get back with me, Im still waiting.Issues of concern:Damage to wood from removal of boards, chunks of wood are missing.Water droplets can be seen dripping between panels when raining.Panel can be seen in photo as not being flush (far right side if facing fence).

If you want a good underdeck system call these guys. We had to wait about 2 months for the install, but the wait was worth it. The office ladys were great and my installer was awesome. I thought the pricing was fair.

Let me start by saying that it takes a LOT for me to write any review as I’m very busy, but I felt compelled to share my experience on this one. This company installs a top quality product in an efficient manner, but the customer service of the company was terrible. Here’s a rundown of my experience:1. It rained on the original install day. Nobody can control the weather, so I’m not mad they didn’t come out that day. BUT, no one at their company bothered to call and tell me they wouldn’t be there that day or confirm when they would be there. I had to call myself to figure this out, and it was close to the end of business for them. That tells me they likely had no intention of calling me that day.2. I sent several emails to confirm specifics of my job (colors add-ons, etc.) and never got a response. I tried calling the office several times and usually got no answer.3. I added a fan and lights about one week before my original install date and (surprisingly) got a confirmation email of my updated order. I had to pay an additional deposit to confirm these items, which I did. When the rescheduled install date rolled around, the installer did not have my updated work order showing the added fan and lights and couldn’t install those items as he didn’t have the materials. Again, I had to call and email SEVERAL times to get someone to commit to come out and finish the job. And actually, I had my husband call from his phone as it was my number on file and I thought they were screening my calls given the fact that I had called several times and got no answer. Guess what, they answered his number on the first try! Could’ve been coincidental, but I’m not sure I’m buying that.4. After all of that, i requested a discount on my final total as I had to take two days off work to be home, and they didn’t even have the common courtesy to call me on the original install date to tell me they weren’t coming. I was told by the lady in the office that the sales rep “denied any discount because stuff happens.” He’s right, stuff does happen. But I’m frustrated that this company put me through all of these only to tell me that my time is worthless in the end.All in all, I’d recommend their product, but be prepared for a less than stellar customer service experience.

Very good communication and excellent craftsmanship. Everyone kept me informed and the installers were very professional. The finished product was even better than expected. I will recommend them to anyone in the market for an underdeck ceiling system.

My experience with Southeast under deck systems was excellent from day one. Ben came out to give me an estimate for the materials and installation. He was the first experience I had with the company. He was 100% on time. He was a quality guy and an excellent representative of the company. He had me a quote that afternoon, before he left. Nothing was left for interpretation.The quote from this company was $3,000 less than a competitor, and had a much better selection! And, these folks has to drive 3 hours to get to my house.The end result is amazing! I love the transition they made to my bottom deck, which can now be used like an extra room!The workers were professional, respectful, and punctual. Id love to do business with them again, and Id recommend them without reservation!Ive gotten many complements from neighbors.

We have been extremely happy with our under decking. It has been in place for over a year.We had one slight issue and they came out promptly resealed the area and the problem was solved and no issue since then.I would highly recommend this company again.

This company is just terrible. Not only did they do a really sub-par job, but the entire process (from sales to customer service) was just atrocious. I was even charged more than originally agreed. I really havent come across a weaker and more amateur organization in a while. All they really do is source work and then hire foreign contractors to install cheap product. This is likely something that I just shouldve went to homedepot and did myself. At the very least, a company like this should make sure that sales and customer service are good if not stellar. The sales guy told me that it would take a couple weeks to install, and it took them about 6 weeks. The customer service rep (Heather) has a very bad attitude and was constantly rude and short every time we connected, it was disgusting. Even after they botched my installation and I asked for some help, she reacted somewhat nasty, defensive, and rude. I didnt counter-react, but asked very nice if the contractors could just come back to help fix the situation but she literally ignored my message. What a pathetic company. I had to personally hire my own handy man to finish the job.

I have had a Southeastern underdeck for 4 years problem free. After the bad storms last night part of my decking needed to be re-situated. Heather at the office was super responsive and I had a team out to fix it in 2 hours! The guys were very polite, efficient and had my underdecking looking like new. Highly recommended.

We were told they were 6 weeks out and our designer met with a sales person within a few days of calling to get an estimate. They said we should have a quote within a week and after several weeks went by they said they needed to come back by. We then were told the cost and agreed to the price immediately and another 3 or 4 weeks pass. When we followed up with them today we were notified they could not perform the job because they could not warranty their product. I only wish they could had determined that within the first visit instead of wasting 2 months of our time.
