These guys do more than brakes!! Had a fuel pump go out on a cross country trip. Brought it in an hour before close and immediately the manager was showing serious hustle to get it knocked out and at a great price. Highly recommend!! Honest and hardworking

Oddly they didnt touch my stuff. Felt the need to post anyways. The bays where empty, the parking lot empty. I found the staff to try and BS me into an inspection that I didnt need. I needed shocks. Got them down the street and got better shocks at a better price and everything else was clean and tight. Nothing else needed! Go figure. They lied to my face and tried to sell me factory standard stuff at an inflated price. ..add the unnecessary inspection and the alignment that I didnt need! These people give me trust issues... good luck using them. Shady vibes all around.

They dont lie just to sell you stuff. I took my car in to have my brakes checked. They inspected the whole car, and told me my brakes were fine, and they couldnt find any other issues. And they charged nothing for the inspection. Thats a good service. Real professionals. Ill be back

I have only had my oil changed here. I get all my cars oil changed here. They have a good price I use the coupon. Ive gotten estimates on other auto repairs from them they seem a little high, but Im a little cheap so they may not be I have not compared them to other people. But everybodys pretty friendly and Ive never had a problem.

DeeFlat Pharmacy is wonderful. They get everything right and work with my doctors and my insurance unlike the big chain drug stores. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and has special ordered things Ive needed.

I have an older vehicle first off, I was blessed with it after my Beauty 2005 Buick was taken to the junkyard and auctioned off as my insurance Co. Claimed her a total loss after getting hit for the 8th time! I am pleased to announce the Manager st is the real deal He and the staff there really went above and beyond to fix BB even though shed been rode hard and laid up wet by the previous owner!! It took a bit and a lot of frustration from the poor mechanics, but finally the work was finished and done well so that on Monday I can return to caring for my 93 year old blind woman as well as help others in need who cant afford to pay for anything medicare does not. Sent my wife there alone. For regular a/c maintenance. They were honest. Letting her know the a/c filter was moldy and needed to be replaced. Costing an extra 30$. Thanks for staying focused on getting the a/c cold and nothing else. Very satisfied with there service.

Would not ever go back. They broke my airbag clock spring and refuse to take responsibility and they wont fix an alignment that they didnt do properly. Do not take your car or money there. They will break your car instead of fixing it. And they refuse to give money back

The best experience possible. The manager Jonathan was very good at keeping me informed of my mechanical breakdown also was correct with anticipating the problem since I just had a repair to my vehicle and the plug used was not able to connect the sensor properly. He ordered the proper part that arrived in 5min. The management and mechanics are exceptionally well trained and experienced.

Honest repair shop. Im new to the area. Its nice to have a reliable mechanic.

Came here after my rotors were screwed up by another company. The other company charged me to resurface my rotors but when I got the car back, my brakes shook every time I used them! I dropped the vehicle off and asked if they could look and fix whatever was wrong. They called me back literally 10 or 15 minutes later stating they knew what the problem was, and if I could come back in they would show me. The employee showed me the difference between my current rotors and a resurfaced rotors. I needed completely new rotors and they charged me around $200 dollars after labor costs. My car felt like normal and I was kept informed through the whole process. I truly appreciate the help!

Took my car in for ac service. I did tell them that I installed my ac door actuator recently. They said the system needed to be calibrated and they will do it for an additional $100.Im glad I said no thank you amd walked away. My neighbor took 10 minutes to take a battery cable off and remove a fuse...wait 2 minutes then put it all back. Also note that my car was not throwing any codes. Research says that my car will store codes. We had to clear a code but it was in no way related to my issue.Do your research and dont let corporate america walk all over you and your wallet!Im now taking my car to a different shop for ac service.

Theyre only nice so they can charge you for simple tasks, and try to explain what you need and why. They were going to charge me over 300 dollars for brake fluids and lubrication as well as cleaning my fuel injectors, aside from my oil change. Not to mention, after a simple oil change, there was rattling in my car not long after. They left a tool under my hood and didnt put the air filter compartment back together properly, causing serious issues! Very unprofessional. Will not go here again.

Brake switch went out they insisted on diagnostic knew it was brake switch 43$part cost 193$including diagnosis as left got to light brakes locked up couldnt move. Avoid this place complete clip joint. Now run by oReillys flee from here Flee!

I have a brake issue with my new Jeep Gladiator that the dealer just would not address, I feared that my front brakes would fail so i opted for second option, they look over the Jeep for two and a half hours and found multiple issues, they than suggested since under warranty to take to a service center, my cost for them to do all that nil, nothing, asked what do I really owe he said have a nice day. I was stunned. I cant thank Brake Masters enough they truly are a great company.

Brake Masters is always slow. Its a waste of time to make an appointment, because they dont follow any true appointment schedule. Never sure what services they actually perform. Tires checked? Unsure. Otherwise, if you have the time to waste waiting, its an ok place

Awful, awful, awful. Two times I made an appointment to get my oil changed. Both times me and my wife went to go have lunch only to come back an hour and a half later to find out that they hadnt even started the oil change. Why even have people make appointments if theyre not going to be honored?

Truck broke down, had it towed to brake masters. Fuel pump was bad. They were courteous and such and the labor was fair. The main issue is that they charged me almost $400 for the part. Same part retails for under $200 with a lifetime warranty. These guys are efficient and my truck was done in a day but I sure did pay for it....

Picked up my car after it was towed back because they did not replace the booster like she should have and the brake lights were stuck on the needed with up until they went off. More I have a service electrical system Warnock on my dash. Was not there before. Will never go back. Also you thing they would tell you that my struts need replaced. I took to me mechanic on Friday, he told me that was the noise I was hearing.. It was lound and totally noticable.

I went into the shop, I was greeted by Jamie, I told him what I thought was my problem, he told me what would be done, he had one of the mechanics to take me to work while he diagnosed my car. Im pleased with them because there was nothing wrong with my car and he told me it was in great shape, no charge. They dropped my car off to me....I will gladly do business in the future with them just for being honest

After doing a brake job new discs new pads still not working correctly took back they want another $100 to fix what they didnt do right the first time never going back there again

This company ruin my daughters car. She was charged $400 to replace the steering pump. They put the wrong parts and every time she go back to have it fix they will ask for more money. I have it fix to somebody else and charge me $173.00. My daughter is young and she dont know anything about car, they took advantage of her. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Bad appointment for ac check. I was told by them that they do Toyota Priuses. Day of appt I checked and took a seat to wait...20 minutes later someone calls me up to tell me they only diagnose for a 19.95 charge but cant service e it. Seems pointless???

Unbelievable. Broke my key. Did not put the brakes on correctly. Would not recommend.i tried calling their home office. In addition when they put my brakes on the hey chargede for a part I did not authorize. Would not give me old partSent me out on the road brakes failed. I could have been killed or killed others. They could care less. This a very dishonest location. Home office does not care. They told me they will not do anything. Out a call into the CEO. They had some onelse contact me after. 7 phone calls and emails. Now I must pay 300.00 to get a new key made. Is unauthorized part which they refused to get back. Think twice before you go to brake masters.

600 hundred dollars for a rear brake job.Told. 200 dollars at first. Was told my 18 month old interstate battery was bad. Had a new one of his brand for 200 dollars. Went to fire stone said battery was in excellent condition. You decide! Boy am I STUPID.

Took my car in because it was overheating. There was a leak in my radiator, and they didnt catch it. They instead charged me for a part I didnt need. Had to go to another mechanic (who did a great job). I will never come back to Brake Masters again.

Very informative about car care.

I went there for a radiator problem and asked if they could help and they said yes but it was way out of their league as they put a new one in and only filled it half way and didnt notice it was not flowing through the engine. So after three miles it over heated again then they said the water pump was broke. I think they did that. Then after replacing water pump it over heated again . And corporate played phone tag with me and wouldnt even get back with me. I wanted some money back. I wont go there even for my brakes now like I had done in the past.

Took my Volvo in for an alignment at 1pm appt. 1.5 hours later I was told that it couldnt be done as they found bad Radius arm bushings that would have to be fixed before an alignment could be done. Mike also said that all 4 shocks needed to be replaced. He could get me an estimate on it but I told him that I would make my own repairs and return for the alignment. Fast forward to today..i pulled rear suspension parts and NONE of them were bad! Its true the shocks need to be replaced but Im disgusted that I was trying to be sold service that was not needed. Liars n thrives. I would not trust this place again and recommend people get second opinions elsewhere.

Took my samauri into have it all checked out andThey failed to fill the transmission so it froze up on me which will cost me 1500 to fix.They totally blu me is off even though I purposely mentioned to check all the fluids.Didnt even lube the drive line when I told them to.Thought they would be professional but I guess not . Matter of fact they were just rude about it.Double check all their work
