Amazing staff with excellent service that has provided me with more confidence in myself

F L A W L E S S is amazing. Great prices and my hair grows super thin now and slow in all of my treated areas (underarm, face, and bikini). The girls here have always been really sweet at both locations. Love them 💕

This place is absolutely terrible. Flew all the way out to them just for them to toss us around and treat us like like trash. like Got my sister in for another syringe of filler and noticed absolutely no difference. I emailed them the problem and before and after pictures of both of us they didnt do anything at all. They stated we would have to pay out of pocket for another syringe. All the managers are extremely unhelpful and rude. Whoever owns this place needs to step up there service and act like grown up instead of hiding around the wall collecting all this money and cant even match up to satisfy the right way. Even 1 star is too much for these people.

Ive been going to flawless for almost 2 years. I got treatments on my arms, legs, underarms, bikini and side burns. Laser hair removal was the best choice I ever made and flawless has helped me so much. (Btw I have super thick black hair) these treatments have been so effective which makes me really happy. I only grow like three hairs on my legs now and I have absolutely no armpit hair anymore. I need a couple treatments to finish my arms but honestly Im so happy. I think the pricing is really great here as well and I have had great service. They always have deals that combine different areas. The receptionist are very kind and informative, I have not had any issues with anyone or anything at this facility. Im excited to see my hair diminish completely! I would highly recommend coming here for your laser hair removal.

I dont know why one of the girls working there was mad, but when I arrived she didnt look welcoming at all. She used a monotone voice all the time like if she didnt care about the people coming in. After I was done with my laser treatment, I went to ask the same girl how much was it going to be and she didnt even look at me. After I paid, she didnt even ask me if I wanted to schedule another appointment like she had previously done with the other older person before me. Overall, the girl who did my laser treatment was very nice, but I didnt like the way I was treated here by the girl who is suppose to welcome you.

The worst experience I have ever had. Will try to keep it short:1. Rude employee who also did the worst job ever, leaving lots of hair untouched and I discovered couple spots burnt at home2. I called back and talked to supervisor, later sending the photos showing the horrible job done. I was offered to visit them again so they can fix it. You will never get any penny back even if you show them your burned spots and hair left (I spent around 300$) when was in town again called them to get an appointment, and guess what, never got any appointment, they lied to me multiple times saying they left a voice mail, and magically, it never end up in my voicemail.Bottom line, save your time, money and nerves, and most of all your skin. Go anywhere else, except this center. I was a long time customer in LA Beauty skin Center and always was happy with their services.

Very bad I did my lip filler and paid a lot but no change and when I called they said wait 2 weeks now its been a full month but if you see my lips you wont even notice its exactly the same before I do it and I can show the pictures when I contacted them again they said you need to pay more for more volume NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL dont be folled by the pictures they post online its a big scam even 1 star is too much for them. Kind of my mistake though I just noticed all the good reviews from couple years ago and the only recent ones are bad .

Long story short .. I have lumps on my lips from bad filler placement.

This laser center in Burbank specializes in laser treatments & cosmetic surgeries. They offer great services and hospitality to their clients. I got to visit them personally during my hair laser removal treatment. They use the newest and most advanced medical grade lasers.

This place is the best!Beautiful and cleanly facility, friendly and informative staff, and reasonably priced. I have only ever had laser hair removal, so I cannot speak on behalf of the other services, but I will honestly never go to another laser facility.

Fantastic for laser hair removal and injectables. The Burbank location is beautiful and the girls at the front desk are always so nice. All of the nurses Ive had for different treatments are so sweet, patient, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. The manager is incredibly kind, caring and goes above and beyond which is very rare. Ive been there several times and Ive recommended them to friends, two of which now go and love it too. They are always right on schedule with no wait time, plenty of parking and you cant beat their prices! I couldnt be more happy and impressed.

Just to try and make an appointment and then confirm. ROCKY person who answered the phone sounded rude and pretty much sounded entitled and bored cuz money and daddy made her get a job. Rude rude and just horrible just from a phone call? I can only imagine how while everything else is. She killed the whole experience for me. Rather travel far for better service.

This marks my third time coming to Flawless Laser Center in Burbank and I must say that the service only gets better. I live in Texas and often travel to California. This time around I did not book an appointment ahead of time since it was a last minute trip. To my surprise they were able to see me the following day which was amazing. The NP that did my lip injection was outstanding. Mariam was able to notice right away a slight slanting on my mouth that caused my lips to slant to the right which always made me feel super insecure about my smile. It amazed me since nobody was able to notice it before, let it alone fix it. It has been 3 weeks since my injections and I must say I LOVE my lips/smile again.... Highly, highly recommend Flawless Laser Center; see Mariam if possible.

Have gone to other places for laser treatment and this one is by far my favorite, they are very clean, professional, and affordable.Love the new technician Ana she took her time to answer some questions i had and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this place and the technician 👍🏼

My first time here was almost great. There was a little mix up at first but the service after that made up for it. My second time going there wasn’t so great. The staff was very rude and not welcoming at all. I’d rather not spend my money on being treated like a burden.

Really nice place. Sweet staff. Really upscale look and feel and the prices are the same as every other place I’ve been too that haven’t been NEARLY as nice. I definitely recommend.

Quick appointments for hair removal, great prices. If you want Botox, fillers or contouring then you will have to find a tech you like as talent can vary greatly. They also offer vampire facials and when they inject the platelet rich blood back into your face they can also use it to fill a little.

Very good staff and money worth spending for lazer I can feel the difference in 3 sittings ... happy to come here all the way from Bakersfield

The lady with black long hair was just rude she didn’t even give me any options gave me very little botox in jaw never coming back didn’t even ask how many units I wanted she sed I was just getting 5 units each side the worst

The reason for my star is because the first time that I ever went to this place the service was very poor they gave me attitude and they didn’t tell me that I had to be 20 mins prior to my appt for the numbing cream to work. Second time, I had an appointment and they called me to confirm but I was at work all day and when I called back they don’t even have an answering machine. They cancelled my appointment without my acknowledgement. This was the only day I could go because I work and have other stuff to do. I used to drive to this place from OC but I will find another place and make sure to never go there again. Absolutely not acceptable.

In the Laser section, I was completely unsatisfied with their service, the Nurse that was about to begin my session was rude, & not Friendly at all she made me very uncomfortable that I changed my mind, & left . Her customer service was horrible. I also got the vibe from her that she was prejudice.

The lady who called me to confirm an appointment was very rude did not have good apptititud and better cancel my appointment they are not profesionals

These guys are awesome. Me and my friend use their service, we both remove hair and they do their job great.They also have free water and chocolate at the entrance, which is always nice.

Professional clean & private. Wouldnt go back for eye brow waxing though. I didnt like mines to much.

BOTOX & LIP REVIEW. Don’t get Botox here. My cousin told me she had gotten it & the wrinkle did not go away so I really didn’t get it here until I had some points to use so I went in & guess what? Wrinkle didn’t go away for longer than a month. & they won’t fix it because they said sometimes you may end up needing more during the appointment but didn’t recommend that I would probly need more than what I was getting. Otherwise I would’ve gotten more during the appointment cuz it ended up being pointless & a waste of money now that the wrinkle is still in full effect. Another time I got my lips done here they put the needle up my Cupid’s bow without my permission & it was worst experience w my lips ever. It hurt & I DID NOT want my Cupid’s bow enhanced. Decided I should just be done with this place now that they won’t fix their mistake. It’s really cute though & the ladies are usually sweet.

Do not go with Andrea she is horrible, completely lasered off my hairline!

This is the second time I go to flawless to get Botox done. The fist time I went I was there like 15 minutes late so they told me because I was late I had to wait to see if here was a nurse available. Waited 15 minutes which wasn’t that bad. The nurse that injected me was pretty nice. She said “less is more” and I like the fact that she didn’t over inject me just to sell more units. I left pretty satisfied and my results were great. Now 3.5 months later I went back for a touch up and I got a nurse named Rebecca. The minute she greeted me I sensed she didn’t have a nice personality. She was very dry and unfriendly. Injected Botox and was very harsh it kind hurt a bit. I even bled and the receptionist had to give me ice. I’ve gotten Botox before and never hurt or bled. She definitely doesn’t have a hand for this. Never going back because if you have nurses like this it really gives you a bad reputation as a business.

The worst experience. Let me just start off saying that Ive had lip injections done before at another place and I loved them. So I decided to give this place a shot. I had Suzanne who seemed to be experienced and had good reviews. She was done really quickly and I knew I wont see results for a couple weeks. Well three weeks later my lips were completely uneven, I had bumps everywhere and also there was a dot on the inside part of my top lip that literally looked like a black head. It was hurting and swelling up at times. I was totally freaked out and set up an appointment to get it checked out. The girl on the phone seemed a little freaked out as well after I told her about whats going on. So anyways, she tells me that Suzanne wont be there to see me and that I have to see another nurse. Totally fine with me, I understand. What I definitely dont understand is the awful service that I got after that. When I came in the girls that Ive never seen before at the front desk didnt seem to care and looked very annoyed that I was there. I saw the nurse Suzanne that I was told wasnt there, she didnt greet me or say anything, just pretended shes never seen me before. I was numbed, taken into the room and a girl came and talked to me. She was so so rude, rolled her eyes and would turn away when I was talking. I wanted an explanation of what was on my lip and she literally wouldnt tell me. She said she has to squeeze it out like a pimple. It hurt really bad even with the numbing. Made my lips even more uneven, so I showed her a picture and pointed out where its CLEARLY uneven. She said that it looks like the picture was taken the next day after the filler and I showed her that it was from yesterday. To what she was like Why do they look like that? They look bad. Then I thought, yeah I dont know why they look like that you tell me. She argued with me and then said that SUDDLE differences are normal. And then said that there are no differences at all, that its in my head. What a joke. While being extremely rude and looking uninterested. Meanwhile while I was dealing with this unprofessional lady, my girlfriend was in the lobby. The girls at front desk didnt know she was with me and she heard them whispering about me and gossiping. I later called and asked to speak to a manager to which they took my phone number and said they would call me back. No one ever called me. I was the nicest and patient customer which they couldve have as a customer for life if they we willing to work with me or at least werent rude. Instead I received the worst customer service, had girls whispering about me in the lobby, being extremely mean and management ignoring me. Ive never been treated like that in my entire life. What a disgusting place. Ill definitely take this farther to a bureau that deals with businesses like this. I will never be back and recommend others avoiding this center.

Went to the burbank location to get my lips done, they hit a vein causing TERRIBLE bruising that lasted 4 weeks. my lips were so lumpy and asymmetrical afterwards that I had to go see another doctor to have the filler removed and reinjected. I would not recommend going here for any cosmetic fillers. They are a laser hair removal company and should stick to what they know before messing up anyone elses faces!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. In December I got undereye and lip filler. I was left bruised for over 20 days. I had to spend Christmas and New years looking beat up with 2 black eyes and bruised lips. Ive gotten filler at real plastic surgeons and I just barely bruise. This bruising I got is not normal. The injectionist are not trained. The only trained one probably does all the Instagram gals. The gal over filled my undereyes and now for the first time in my life I have bags. Worst of all I freaked out cause my lips are botched. They are lumpy. About 20 days later after injection I saw my lips and it had what looked like black heads at were the needle entered my lips. I was really scared. 4 days later the black dots are gone but my lips are botched. I feel like I have cleft lip. Not joking. Gals go see a real plastic surgeon office. They do your lips right at about $550.

Im not someone that complains since Ive had many experiences with customers and clients but I guess my experience here wasnt the greatest. I got there 20 mins before my appointment and they still took over an hour to take me in. I was going to get my nose done but then I decided to get some on my lips too so I had to wait again but just 15 more mins and this girl was kind of rude. She was an Arabic Im guessing. I was drooling since I was so numb I didnt notice and she was just giving me attitude throughout the whole process. I work at a lash studio and Ive never gave my clients attitude if they start twitching or opening their eyes. Another thing is, its been a month and I have some blister looking things in my lips they feel like balls. And its grayish looking I dont know if its the product that you can see. I have no idea if she was new or just didnt like me and messed my lips up. And I still gave a tip. But now that I see these blisters havent left Im complaining and not happy.

IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS TO GET JUVEDERM FILLERS CALLED TO BOOK ANOTHER APPMT FOR A TOUCH UP THE RECEPTIONIST FIRST HUNG UP ON ME (THE PHONE SLAMMED) THEN I CALLED BACK AND SHE ASKED WHAT DATE I WANTED I TOLD HER THE DATE AND SAID WE DONT HAVE AN OPENING WE ARE BOOKED FOR THE NEXT 3 MONTHS AND SHE ASKED ME TO CALL BACK TOMORROW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE ! THIS GIRL SUCKS AT HER JOB MAKING FLAWLESS LASER CENTER LOOK BAD !

I decided to get a non-surgical nose job using Juvaderma plus. I have always been self-conscious of my side profile and of the bump I have on my nose. I did some research and found out that this was the place that I want to go and I was right it was great . The service was super professional and kind. I decided to do half a syringe, I couldnt be happier with my results.For all of you that are wondering what the process was it was super simple. I came in 30 minutes earlier than my appointment to get some numbing cream . The doctor answered all my questions during the consultation and then proceed to doing the filler. I was very scared that I was going to be painful but it was painless and the bruising was minimal after. No recover at all needed I seriously took like 30 minutes for my whole appointment and went to Hollywood Blvd after to walk around.

I love it here, seen great results on the first session .. The nurses are so nice ! Recommend this place !
