I had a wonderful experience with Diane and Milah. They were excellent with color correction! You can tell that they care about really doing the best work and not just rushing you out of the salon. Diane took the time to explain every step along the way and really ensure that she understood what I wanted. I felt really safe in their hands. Highly recommend! Thank you Diane and Milah!

They do the best work. I always love my cuts and color. I bring in a pic and they let you know what they can do and give suggestions. I have never been disappointed. You leave looking/feeling great and they make sure that your hair remains healthy. Great atmosphere too. Ask for Grace and Sai.

I drive from Torrance to Burbank to get my hair done at Color Lounge because they are the only ones I trust and it is well worth the drive. Grace is amazing, she asks me questions about what I want and is honest if she doesn’t think what I’m asking will work on my hair.The staff is amazing and I can’t recommend them enough. After going for over a year now, I wanted to write a review! This is for Mari and Color Lounge both!Pros:- Mari understands my hair and cuts/dyes it perfectly! My hair can be stubborn too... There was a time when it fought against holding color, but Mari figured out how to tackle the problem with me, and she was super patient and attentive through the process.- As a freelancer, my schedule can be extremely last minute. Because I cant work with visible roots, I often need to book an appointment to touch them up before heading out on a job. Mari manages to work me in despite my short notice, and shes always responded professionally and in a timely manner.- When Im in the chair, I usually like to chat (and its fun to catch up whenever Im in!), but during appointments where I might be feeling less talkative, shes good at reading that and is totally awesome about it.- Overall, Mari is a professional. I trust my hair with her!Regarding Color Lounge as a whole:- I really love the atmosphere. The other stylists seem really nice, and the salon is clean, bright, and offers snacks and beverages during your visit. They stock their place with good products too, so you arent ever stuck in a situation where you are holding your breath against harsh chemicals.Cons:- That you arent going there ;)

Never had a bad experience here...been going for years after they were recommended by some friends. Staff is very professional, always accommodating, and use top shelf products. I now bring my kids here for their cuts as well.

Stacy Godwin is my favorite stylist. She has amazing color techniques and her cuts are equally amazing. (Not to mention that she is incredibly sweet and extremely talented) Ive tried several salons, but this place is my favorite. All the stylists there are friendly and highly skilled - especially if youre looking for hip modern cuts and colors.

Sai and Grace are a wonderful team. They made sure I got the result I wanted from color to cut. They also made sure I had a great time and was comfortable during the long appointment. Wonderful and gifted hair designers.

Overall the experience was good and I would probably come back but my main problems were how expensive it was and also they missed several sections on the inner side of my hair. I got a ombré from my natural brown hair to blue and there are sections where the brown just keeps going straight down and doesn’t turn blue! And it very noticeable! Overall would suggest it to a person who is not a perfectionist. But seriously the cost is a lottt! For me like 300-400 for a bleach and dye

Color Lounge is THE PLACE IN LA to go if you want great looking hair! All of the hairstylists and the assistants are super nice, they make you feel like royalty, and each of them got some mad skills at their stations and on the floor. And...Grace Illasco is THE BEST HAIRCOLORIST I have ever gone to. She recently became a Certified Master Colorist; however, she has been doing my hair color for the past six years and she has always been a master haircolorist in my opinion. She always gets it right every time and she makes my hair look amazing!

After I bought the one 60-minute facial and tried out her service last month, I loved it~ So I went back to Groupon and bought three 60-minute facial this time.Unfortunately, the facial treatments arent as good as the first time I tried. Some of the steps are missing. My first appointment there were cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, green tea leaf mask with hand, arm, shoulder, and neck massage. On my second appointment, no more hand, arm, shoulder, and neck massage. On my third appointment, not only no more massage but she didnt do extractions either.When I showed her the voucher of the three 60-minute facial from Groupon, she mentioned that she is offering the same price as Groupon ($35) so I could just buy from her instead of getting deals online. I understand the vendor has to pay Groupon fees for posting their service on their website. I hope that is not the reason she is discounting her service? She is a very nice lady; however, In order to keep the customers, the service has to be consistent.I have one more appointment with her next month and hopefully I will get the full service that I paid for.
