Yeah! These guys managed to get it done just perfect. Installed heavy duty hybrid tires on a hyped up ninebot S with modified fenders! Now pushing close to 20mph thanks to russian hackers and larger diameter aggressive rubber. Some pros take 2 weeks to fit these on almost impossible… 3 man job. Youtube it lol. For some extra cash it was done in a snap. These guys are quick and precise! My only stop for my remaining ebike toys for sure! God bless 🙏🏻

After 4 months and $400 to Tune up my bike and fix my brakes, I was left with the wrong brake levers that don’t fit and a rear derailleur that’s not working properly. The pic shows how far my rear derailleur goes.When I told them that the brakes were not acceptable, the owner became disrespectful and it just got worse from there. After waiting another month, I was informed that the right fitting break was on back order and I would have to pay even more for them.After 4 months, I told them I couldn’t wait anymore. They told me to go find the proper brake lever on my own, at my own expense on eBay.When I picked up my bike and pointed out that they didn’t even bother to fix my derailleur, the mechanic offered to fix it but I didn’t want them anywhere near my bike anymore.At no point did the owner show any signs of doing the right thing so I’m out $400 and will be out even more to fix the problems they caused.Update: in her sad yelp response. She lied ... a lot. If she was really trying to call me as I was out of town, please provide the call log. Also, when she said my bike was in pieces, the wheels and seat were off and yes, of course it needed a tuneup. Thats why I mistakenly took it there. As I mentioned before. Totally Disrespectful

Finally, a great bike shop in Los Angeles without a bunch of A-holes running it.I tried most of the bicycle shops in Los Angeles over the last 20 years, and the majority of them are / were run by arrogant, rude, mean people who only wanted your money and didnt care about you as a customer or your needs.I went to three shops in a week trying to find the bicycle I wanted and from the moment I called Go Green, they were very, very nice and helped me get into the bike I wanted! Also, they have two cool dogs in the shop and the owner I met, and the staff were very nice.

Go Green is the only bike shop I can trust to take care of my bike. They sell good quality bikes and provide excellent maintenance services. First/only visit. Wasnt sure what to expect, as bikes in most shops are low-mid range, wanted to size up to MTB 29 range. Was immediately met by a helpful, pleasant woman and I explained my preferences regarding shock and drivetrain. We checked some bikes out and I test rode one in the alley. Bike didnt feel right, a little heavy for effort. The owner or manager then came over, did the pressure sell. When I declined - he just couldnt help it! He HAD to look annoyed, jaws clenched, eyes darting everywhere, you know, the youre wasting my time, dont bother us look, to which I obliged.

What a nice shop. Came in to get an overhaul on my bike after a few thousand miles. They did a very good and quick job. I’ve had a couple other shops do an overhaul on my bike before but I never got it back feeling as smooth as it did after they worked on it. They even Macgyver’d a brace for a tab on my frame that I need to hold my rack. Super solid fix and creative. Price was good. New favorite crew.

Customer service was outstanding. I wish they carried a larger variety of brands but Trek is a decent brand. I thought they would have a larger variety of e-bikes (they only had one) but that wasn’t why I was in the store. I was there to buy my son his first bike to learn on and grow into and their employee went so far as to give my son hands on instruction and the confidence to be off and riding in minutes. Cool little store and great employees, I just wish they carried more e-bikes!

Arrived at Go Green Bicycles with a list of accessory needs for my bike. In an efficient amount of time, I was shown quality-priced options for each item, was able to determine my selections, was provided with directions on how to use each item, and was on my way.

I would have given you five stars because I think you tried twice to fix my tire so that was cool. But I take one away for burning the bridges with your customer.I had mixed feelings about this shop and want to be neutral. Young kids making a business run. Takes guts. I like that. Been there. So I want to make sure they do well. So my story, the same tire kept getting flat and I paid them both times without question. Literally the tire would go flat within 15 minutes of riding. The third time I took it in, the bike mechanic... (sorry I have no other way to describe him) came and without introducing himself began venting about how he did a good job on the tire and it was the rims fault the tire gets flat. I did not even say a thing... lol... what a character. He literally came out of nowhere ... you know... like those funny chef scenes in a movie or cartoon ... when one complains about the chefs food . . . but now I was questioning the fix as opposed to the food. All I asked, are we missing something or is something loose... I actually apologized because I really felt like it was no ones fault and I was burdening them. Anyways, I got the feeling they were not going to deal with it and the mechanic, honestly was not listening and quite rude. I may have bruised the bike mechanics ego unintentionally. Sorry sir, did not intend that I promise. Kudos to the other guy working there ... as I left he gave me a tire tube. Thank you for the tube... I gave it away to a kid on my ride who needed it more then me.The other shop said it was missing some type of protective tape that protected tire from the rim. Not going to name the shop... no need to. Rode without incident after that.See your still in the same shop. Congrats.

I called Go Green bikes in June looking for a specific Electra kids bike. They didn’t have it in stock and Theresa told me it could be 6-9 months before they could get one. She placed the order, and 6 months later!, called to tell me that she had received the bike and was following up to see if we still wanted it. Now that’s great customer service. The staff who helped us get the bike was knowledgeable and friendly and the bike bar looked like a great place for a tune up too.

I was thinking about buying an Electra Townie Go but after Theresa took the time to answer all of my questions so thoroughly I was in. And I am so happy. I am not used to the combination of friendly people and fair pricing in a bike shop so this place is quite the find.

Very kind and professional. Happy people were willing to help out. Even though I didnt get an explanation on what service was done on my bike other than paying $89. Almost felt like an assembly line with no one real person caring about what was happening. I give a 10 because overall I liked the people individually, they were kind and happy. I doubt you wanted to ask them a question though, seemed like they would get upset if you asked them anything.

I went there for a simple tire fix. I was willing to pay for whatever the job was, but apparently they didnt want to do it, because I couldnt take my own tire off, and $18 is not good money for them.They gave me my bike back and told me to go somewhere else. While I was outside loading my bike I overheard them saying Im not going to kill myself for a customer pain only $18like I said I know its not much but you pay for the service you get so if the guy was going to work on my bike I was willing to pay that but they told me to go somewhere else.This happened Sunday, August 30th at 11:30 a.m..

I bought a great Trek Verve 2 on 4/21/20, and the main reason I bought it here (after shopping at two other highly rated bike stores) was because Teresa explained so clearly all the differences in the bike styles and sizes, and how to adjust for more comfort. And Ryan help me adjust seat height and try out different bikes & sizes. And Matt helped me load my bike into my car and explained to me how a disk spacer works. This is a great store.

I bought my first clip in pedals and shoes here and had a great experience. I also bought a new helmet, which I love. A terrific old fashioned bike store where the owners and staff really take the time to make sure you get the right bike. They spent quality time with my 4 and 7 year olds to make sure the sizing was right, that the older one understood how to work the gears and brakes, etc.

From the owner, Mark, to the tech (Carlos, I believe), to Marks wife (who helped me check out, I had what Ill call a platinum experience.Mark knows his product and is passionate about it.He helped me find the right cycle for my needs. He put it on the lift and showed me how the gearing worked. Then he adjusted seat to right height for my full cycle leg extension. Then had me ride in the back alley...watching my progress, then readjusted height to perfection.The whole experience was like hanging out with my family...who happened to have a very specific product and skill set.Cant say enough good things about this shop!I will definitely do all of my tuneups there as well as snag any extra gear I decide I want.

I had an amazing experience at this shop! Mark, Teresa and Carlos were all very knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly very friendly! They walked me through all of my options, and helped me get the bike that fit my needs best. It also didnt hurt that it was 15% off for the July 4th sale. Aside from the outstanding customer service, the actual products are amazing as well. I love my Trek FX3 (as well as all the extras--kick stand, lights, etc). Ive ridden it more days than not since purchasing, and it truly is great bike thats worth every penny I spent on it. Ive taken an electric bike and a mountain bike in for service and both came back in perfect condition. Marc who might be the owner is very friendly and answers all my questions. Carlos seems to do the actual service and fixed both my bikes. On one instance Carlos fixed a ticking sound that was driving me crazy that I forgot to mention when I dropped it off. Very happy with this place.

This is a truly local business at its finest, where the owner and the staff care deeply about their customers satisfaction. I was interested in finding a comfortable road bicycle and after a few tries at the shop, I narrowed it down to the Trek Domane SL 6. Marc, the shop owner, was instrumental in my decision process as his advice was thoughtful and pertinent. He sized and fitted the bike for me, and provided me with a lot of professional tips. Realizing that I was relatively new to cycling, he offered me to ride with him and his Go Green Cycling Club on Sunday mornings. I took him up on the offer and discovered the staffs authentic love for cycling and bringing people together.Do yourself a favor and visit the Go Green Bicycles shop.

I rode there with my girlfriends bike, and had problems with it on the ride over, so once I got to the place, I asked for what I was looking for and asked Carlos, the guy working there, to advise me on bike maitenance.Us both being DIY type guys, he clarified what I needed to take into consideration and went out of his way to help me out! He also gave me thoughts on how to consider and what to consider in a new seat, once I get to it.Good stuff guys, will definitely be a return-customer!

I rented a bike for a day and they were very honest on the phone with what they had and for sure delivered when I arrived. I even made it back a little late to return the bike and they waited for me! I dont know too many shops thatll do that.
