I was looking for a used 2016/2017 Toyota RAV 4. I checked out Oak Lawn Toyota, and their selection was good, but prices werre too high. I was driving by Auto Mode USA, and there was a black one on their lot. I asked about pricing, and they gave me a way better deal on the same ones I was looking at. This RAV 4 was super clean, mileage was good, and the price was right! I am now the proud owner. These guys are awesome, I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a phenomenal experience just buying a car at Auto Mode in Burbank! I walked in and was nervous since it’s been a while since I last bought a car. Thankfully, Chris and Eddie were open, honest, and they let me take my time; they didn’t pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable, they even let me drive a few cars around for a while to see what was a better fit for me. I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Mode USAs Burbank location. I was in the market to buy a used car for months prior to this. Anyone looking for a used car this year can totally relate to nightmare that it truly is right now and not only that but with me being a female trying to buy absolutely soul shattering. Before I found Auto Mode I had been looking for @ least 3 months and within those 3 months I had been down right treated, disrespected, assumed to be car illiterate and brainless, and looked at as bait for the bottom feeding sales guppies. I would cry the whole way home every single time mind you in a uber cuz I didnt buy it seem utterly impossible but I refused to give my money towards something that wasnt worth it nor was I out to bury myself. But by the grace of god I happened to be walking by Auto Mode in Burbank and their selection of cars was impressive and not only their cars but sticker window prices were even more impressive. They were closed so I came back the next day not very enthusiastic waiting for the small print bs but thats not what I got at all. What I got was respect, understanding, patience, and a extremely friendly experience. I cant say enough about this dealership honestly Im not one to leave reviews but I feel like they were God sent its a grimy world in the used car sales but not with Auto Mode. Thank you Chris and Eddie for I dont know where Id be without you!!
