I RATE THEM 0 STARS 👎🏽👎🏽I was sold a LEMON 🍋 with more issues than the truck was worth.The day I purchased the truck the dashboard lite up like a Christmas tree after being reassured that the truck had no issues;• SERVICE TPM System• Check EngineThe same day I got locked out for several hours because the janky alarm decided to just stop working, then i find out the key slot on the door is broken from someone trying to steal it (prior to my purchase), not to mention, I was given a Volkswagen Key for a Hummer.A week later the truck started to literally fall apart. The passenger side rear light flew off while driving, causing an accident to a few vehicles behind me, increasing my insurance premium, it also ripped off the side panel, because of this the entire truck has to be rewired which cost thousands of dollars.Attached you will see the Obd reading that I ran and notified Scottie P days after purchase, who stated he would have the in house mechanic fix only to find out that they did nothing but reset the code because hours later they popped back on.In 5 months Ive had thousands of dollars (about $7K) worth of repairs. They never gave me my tags they claimed in 3 months they hadn’t received them.Oh & lets not forget the insurance they make you get costing me $660 deposit & an additional $170/mo only to try and call to be told I don’t have a policy that I’ve been paying for.These people are scammers, the don’t care about quality at all this is by far the worst “family owned” business I’ve ever had the displeasure of trying to do business with.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & PURCHASE ELSE WHERE, THEY AREN’T WORTH THE HEADACHE OR EXPENSE!! 👎🏽👎🏽

I am embarrassed even giving this place 1 star but I have to in order to write a review. I wouldnt buy a car from this place again if you paid me to do it. Scott completely took advantage of me and the position I was in, and sold me a car with $3,000 worth of repairs needed after assuring me the car is completely fine when I asked to take it to a mechanic. After so obviously lying to my face, I have tried to contact him in various ways and he oh so conveniently doesnt answer me now. I have reported this place to BBB and I hope everyone researching this place reads this and saves themselves the time and stress and of dealing with these frauds.

Went to this dealership with doubts already in place. Every car dealership will try to rip you off, but used car dealerships go the extra mile to screw you. I wont mention names, but I spoke to a young man about a certain small car. The car was for a first time driver. He negotiated on the price with me and we came to a great deal. This was a Sunday and needed to contact the bank to pull out the entire amount for the car. We went back on a Wednesday to purchase the vehicle...the lot was empty of employees. A big guy came out to ask if we needed help. We asked for the employee we negotiated the price with, he said he was sick. I told him the deal and he said it would be impossible. That the car is worth two grand more. We simply said no thank you. We tried calling the young man who struck that deal for us. Almost two weeks later, hes still sick...interesting. just buy your car from a reputable dealership. Dont waste your time with bozos.

Horrible service. DONT COME HERE. THEY SELL BEAT CARS THAT YOU WILL NEED FIXING IN 3 MONTHS OR SO. PLUS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! I literally had a 1 hour arguement with one of them back and fourth. Full of sarcasm. They don’t care about you at all. But if you have that $2000 down payment, trust me. They’ll act so fake just for you to pay them!

We purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper S countryman from AutoWorkz.The car was in excellent condition (test drove it) and sometimes you have doubts when buying a used car, but Scott helped us every step of the way and made sure that our purchasing transaction was smooth as possible.We were shocked when we got approved for the car with the small down we put considering that our credit wasnt so great. Bunch of clowns. They dont know anything about customer service. They tried selling me a 09 Audi A4 for 13000 witch I got for 9000 at a different dealer. They talk to you like you are dumb. And they try to double team you. Shady company. Dont believe them when they say their cars are great they are junk. Oh if they are reading this they said I would come back to buy the car. SMH got a nicer lower miles Audi A4.

I regret doing business and giving out my personal info to such scandlss ppl,after an insident with a car I purchased from them I went back. To them the very next day the friendlyness they had for me the other day was gone instead a guy by the name of Louis started talking to me like a gangster then the peace maker the baby face fat Shawn came in to the scene and tricked us by using a well reputed insurance company and scamed us with our money now he want answer the phone and the owner speaks like he is an m.o.b anyway since I have delth with much worse pple it wasnt a big issue for me, I have taken this matter to the nxt level witch they will be no longer will be dealing with above mentioned insurance company and will see me at the correct place were they should be delth with if unless I get the money I paid, I hope n wish pple like us should not go to such scandlss pple /business place, I learned my lesson the hard way with the help of this review I hope n pray u will not, tks

Im not even sure where to even begin with these incompetent and unprofessional guys. They sold me a car that broke down every other time I started it. They kept taking it back to fix it and left me carless for weeks atta time. Whenever I would get the car back, it would be dirty, have no gas left in it and id even sometimes find fast food bags left in the back seat. Literally looked like they took it for a joy ride and then gave it back to me. They were absolutely no help and extremely hard to deal with. I will never go back and I urge everyone to please stay away from this place. Theyre a bunch of scammers. One of the days I was in there, some customer came in to sell his car and one of the managers literally told me, Watch, Im about to low-ball and hustle this guy. Then walked about and did exactly that. DONT TRUST THEM! Im going to be filing a report with the better business bureau soon as well for what they did to me. I ended up have to get ride of the car I bought from them because I was so scared one day it was going to just stop working and Id be left with nothing. Trust me, theres plenty of other dealers in LA, avoid this one at all cost.

They are glorified scammers. Moti will send you to a bank that his uncle owns. They will knowingly give you a bad car and then pull a fake carfax.My car was a lemon they knew it and said nothing .

I contacted Autoworkz via the internet as my daughter was moving to LA and needed transportation. After an email and a brief phone call with steve he honored a low payment they were offering and spelled out the terms. My daughter arrived two days later and picked up her car with the exact terms offered and no hassles. This has to be the easiest pre-owned car purchase I have ever experienced.Since Google requires I give a rating, I also choose Excellent as I expect it will be

I called about a black Mercedes S Class...the salesperson said the vehicle is available and on the lot. When I got there he said the vehicle just sold and he tried to sell me a gold color Mercedes. I said no thanks. The next day I was searching and called burbank auto workz again another salesperson answered and assured me that he was looking at the black mercedes s class. When i got to the dealer he said they just towed the car to another one of their dealers and he tried to sell me the gold color Mercedes again. They will lie to you and drag you to their lot and try to sell a car you never asked about. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS. SCAM ARTISTS IS WHAT THEY ARE. CANT BE TRUSTED.
