If you want to avoid a line, come here before noon. You can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme donuts especially when you time it right and come when they are not busy. Since I was in the plaza for my appointment at another store nearby, I stopped by Krispy Kreme to get some donuts for my nephew and niece. My appointment was at Mens Warehouse so I just park there and walk to Krispy Kreme. They were very busy in their drive thru but I went inside which they were only 2 people in line. I got a dozen donut in a box, the original glaze, chocolate glaze, chocolate glaze with sprinkles and maple. The employees were very nice and some people sat outside to eat their donuts.
I never come here because the line is always ridiculous. But I got here around 515AM on a Tuesday and just want to thank the cashier for excellent service! I asked for single-serve bags for the boxes of donuts I got since it’s for my sons bday and she went out of her way to also include birthday hats for the class! Made my son’s day. Thanks for excellent customer service!
I order ahead. The line isn’t that bad but I do avoid it all together. One day the dine in was closed and it was drive through only. I wanted to pick up doughnuts for work, what a bummer.
Best donuts in town. The drive-thru is convenient but if you wanna witness the magic of how these delicious treats are made you have to hop inside.
Great delicious donuts. Think the focus was drive thru or pickup tho. Donuts werent as fresh and not much going on at the inside counter.
Fresh donuts as in just cooked as you walk in. Always a line the moves really quick. Every time I go to the outdoor mall there I stop at the donut shop. Large selection of yummy stuff.
Great place to get your donuts. Clean and great customer service.
Been visiting for so many years, today was just as nice as every other time.
I love their donuts since then. I also like their staffs who are my friends.
Best doughnuts in my part of town. Just simply delicious. Service was fast, no lines when we arrived at 11am. Accurate order. Great customer service.
Donuts were eatable. Horrible customer service, not worth the long wait both inside and outside. Cashier named Alex was very rude. As new customer never coming back to this location nor referring anyone here. While he’s supposedly helping me he’s talking to who I think it his manager about getting a cup for being part of the team. Then doesn’t tell me anything when I ask for a latte just leaves to get another customer and tells me I need to move away from the register and wait somewhere else. Those exact words. Yet the people next to me wait at the register for their coffees and another guy calls out my coffee and other people waiting grab my coffee. After realizing it’s not theirs they put it back after touching it. With COVID I don’t feel safe other people touching my food, very unsanitary. Worst Krispy Kreme experience I could’ve had.
Fresh and hot the only way to go. Also their spooky ones are super cute and delicious too
Busy place lots of people. Long line thru the drive thru too!!
Hot and fresh sign was on. I got a 3 pack of original and they were perfect.
Always a fun place to go! Took my straight A daughter to pick up here 6 free donuts 🍩 😋 Must take proof of report card, hard copy or in your phone app. Also dont forget Class of 2021 students get a free dozen 👏 Take your graduation gear or diploma, congrats 🎉
I love Krispy Kreme especially since I’m from NC (home of KK)! Great doughnut but I was upset when the hot now sign is on and my glazed doughnuts were not hot 🙄. Bcz I can only eat softer foods right now I had to wait until I was home to enjoy. I prefer ordering online and picking up my food or drink vs waiting in line or at the drive thru, there’s no wait. I signed up for rewards to catch deals and save some coins.
Frustrating car ahead of me in the drive-thru took forever (15 minutes) with no way to get past them... but it wasnt CCs fault. Clean store, great selection, good staff. A bit pricey though at nearly 2 dollars a doughnut.
Delicious donuts and a really cool assembly, if youre into that sorta thing
Typically we have pretty good experiences here, on this particular day we ordered creme filled doughnuts that someone forgot to fill. It was a bummer, but since we only discovered this when we got home we kept them. Other than that, we enjoy this place.
Just showed up after shopping, 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Waited in line for about 15 min. All I wanted was 3 glazed donuts. Had a taste for it. They were out of glazed donuts!!! How can you be out of glazed??? Not going back
Nice and clean bathrooms, individual ones that are unmarked for sex. Very fast service. Good coffee.when that sign is on saying hot they are good and fresh. and right now theyre making green glazed donuts for St Patricks day. They have cups and gifts for sale in there. And it is very unique to watch doughnuts coming down to send me the line being made.
The drive through line is quick and the employees are helpful and fantastic!!
This place is amazing and their open 24/7 .... 🤯 mind blown! The manager on the grave yard shift is the absolute best!!!
I, myself can no longer eat these delicious donuts, but my family can. I placed my order through the app (I decided to order when we were basically there 😅), and waited patiently for 15 minutes, as instructed. My husband went inside to pick up our order and after 5 or 10 minutes, I went in to meet him. They werent ready, which was ok, not a big deal. He informed me that I just missed a man-child throwing a hissy fit over something and the manager was calm, cool and professional, asking the spoiled brat (not her adjective, its mine) to lower his voice. He deliberately knocked a drink off the counter and it spilled all over the floor.. A few customers, including my husband, told him to knock it off. I commend the manager tonight (9/4/21) for being so patient with this_____ - fill in the blank. Oh, and the donuts were thoroughly enjoyed.😋😋
Got rid of coffee bean drinks and replaced them with Krispy kreme drinks. I really am going to miss their hot chocolate and hot teas. Service is good. Dine in is only till 10pm so you gotta get in the drive thru.
I love the fact that, when they are making fresh donuts and Im waiting in line. They give me a free warm freshly made donut. Mmmm... so delicious! It literally melts in your mouth. 🤤
Everyone was very helpful, and there wasnt a long line.
Great place to go in burbank has drive thru
The very first time I went and didnt sit in line behind 25 cars. Also buy a dozen get a dozen free is the best part.
Makes you fat if have too much too often I suspect BUT. It is so good I get a box every 2nd month. Very good service as well. Drive through or come in. No donuts I ever had are as good as this place.
Staff has been impatient and rude numerous times but it’s Krispy Kreme, I could never complain about the donuts themselves! 😍 Delicious coffee drinks too!
I like how they change up the seasonal options, but the original glazed is still my favorite. Coffee is mediocre.
We are definitely going to Miss this Krispy Kreme when we move, God willing.
I only go when the Hot light is on. I wish they were local like 711 lol
Bomb.com make sure to sign up for the rewards u can get free dozens or cheaper donuts. Burbank spot always packed but worth it
The calorie count is high but so is the deliciousness. 😊 Get em while theyre still warm!
Why might you ask does this place have lines stretching 20 cars plus on the daily at any given time? These people have perfected the donut. Best donuts anywhere always fresh never stale. Amazing how this place keeps people coming back for more. 100% must try if you havent already . Original glazed if any one to truly understand why its so good
Im not gone lie, I cant stand Krispy Kreme because their donuts are too sweet. If yall want some really donuts go to Shipleys in Houston
The frosting was fine, but the oil needed to be changed several batches ago. You could taste it was old oil being used.
So good and so sweet! I always order ahead online to avoid the line.
A medical treatment (vaccine) for a free doughnut? No thanks. Some people will have a reaction and be hurt and Krispy Creme will be a contributer to that. Id rather get my doughnuts from a local and more ethical doughnut shop. Talk to your doctor not your doughnut shop. Im never eating here again. Im disgusted.
Sucked. No doughnuts without glaze. Got a message that the Krispy Kream database was hacked and all the data was released.I hope the new IPO is a colossal FAILURE!
This area is super fast and very friendly
Of course you have to go to krispy cream for the worlds best donuts.
Offers free donuts daily for Covid vaccinated people. On Monday, they offer double free donuts plus coffee. A real treat.
Always fresh, always delicious. There is always a line at the drive through, so I recommend ordering online to pickup.
Can never go wrong with a fresh glazed donut, unless youre on a diet or are diabetic.
Drive thru for doughnuts....warm and fresh. Customer service was great.
The best what else can you say
Line kind of long but not too bad with quick service.
Pretty good donuts, went first thing in the morning. Delicious, its open 24hrs Cant beat that. Very nice and polite employees during my experience.
It’s Krispy Kreme, I don’t know what to say, they’re consistently good and this location is high traffic enough that they’re made fresh much of the time.I recommend watching for promotions on KK’s official app but paying with Ibotta because they give a *9%* rebate.
This one is a drive-thru one which is convenient. also if you go inside it has the process of how the donuts are made on the conveyor belt. Kids get a Krispy Kreme hat when they go inside. Delicious donuts.
Have been here too many times during the pandemic lol...Go for the dozen, it is a better value - roughly 2 bucks more than if you were going to buy a half a dozen. Website menu is different at some locations, be prepared to alter your order. Lines were super long, but can be a good family time in the car.
Online order wasnt ready even though i was an hour late. they couldnt find it on the computer initially and i had to get out my receipt to find the order number. no one seemed happy to be there; especially the manager.key lime glazed doughnut had no key lime flavor. just tasted like a regular glazed. i had a similar situation with the oreo. the key lime filled was pretty good only because of the filling that actually tasted like key lime.most of these doughnuts taste the same unless you get something with filling. unless you really like krispy kreme youre better off finding more unique flavors elsewhere.
Too sweet. Kills your appetite.
Love the donuts but getting harassed by the drive thru workers every time is getting old. being “trolled” one time was funny, but now it’s just annoying. one guy in particular & a handful of the other employees constantly purposely mess with you while you try to order & constantly make things confusing by telling you the wrong amount of donuts you have left & always repeat what you order incorrectly with stupid names for the items. stupid af.
Im taking some advantage of their free donut offer for those who have been vaccinated.
Love this place..gotta stay away...Im gonna get fat!Awesome freaking Donuts!
Avoid the drive thru at all costs. Save gasoline and the environment and park your cars people, lets be smart. Im always in and out in less time than those sitting in a car waiting for a donut.
I dont buy donuts from anywhere except Krispy Kreme. The unique and real taste of the donut
The manager Carla and the employees were great. Today(9/13/2020) during the mid-day rush they had to deal with a big Karen moment with the line waiting outside the store. My boyfriend and I got in line and waited just like everyone else and once we got closer to the door the people waiting in front of us(a mom, grandpa, and kiddo) were joined by another mom, a grandma, and three more very little kids. So their group of just three grew to eight just like that. Since they were next to go in an employee asked how many were in their group and after he was told he kindly suggested that they split into smaller groups because only seven customers were being allowed in at a time. One of the adults insisted that at least eight of them went in altogether and the employee reminded them that it is only seven, and if they wanted to still go in as a group of seven it would be quite a while because they would have to wait for all the people currently inside to leave. The moms and grandma complained but ended up saying ok. Twenty minutes passed and the lady behind us got really fussy and went to go bang on the door and complain to the manager. Her complaining got the moms in the big group riled up as well as a mom that was waiting further down in line. The manager and employees were all very nice and professional and didnt even blame or bring up the family in the front causing the wait(clearing the lobby just for them). The manager apologized, reminded them of mobile orders so they could wait in their car if they wanted to, suggested drive thru as well, and then went back in and of course all the moms started ranting Im calling corporate to report her. Just WOW, they were so rude to the employees and they still waited and got onto their phones to call and everything. The big family group went in right after that anyways. I dont mean to post an entire freakn story, but the employees really didnt have to deal with the way they were spoken to. Working during a pandemic, especially at an extremely busy location, sucks enough and then to deal with people who bring the whole family and act the way that they do? Just terrible. I hope corporate looks at this if their complaints threaten her job at all. Thanks again Carla and everyone. (:
Irma, one of their employees, waited on a man who came in after me. When I told her I was first, she contradicted me, and insisted he was. She seemed irritated while taking my order. I was there to get my birthday dozen. She told me I wasnt a member. Ive been a member since 2017. She insisted I sign up again. She was the only one helping customers while 4 other employees stood around and watched. It looks like they need to retrain everyone: Irma on customer service, and the rest of them on how to do a job because theyre collecting a paycheck.
Cashier and manager was friendly but the one who was getting the 2 dozen for me wasnt in a friendly mood. Overall they were quick and the manager asked if Ive been helped and was very helpful.
Walk in can be faster than drive thru.
I love krispy donuts but they are getting smaller every time.
Excellent! Try using the glazed donuts as buns for a fried chicken sandwich 😋
