I appreciate this Starbucks so much while on vacation. They are very friendly and even told us how safe Burbank Ca was. It was close to our hotel (Marriott hotel) which I loved.. Thank you again 1711 Starbucks from San Francisco..

Amazing. By far the best Starbucks I have been to. They were friendly, outstanding customer service, polite, and overall as I said in the beginning Amazing. The coffee for my wife and my self were on point, and delicious. I also asked them to hold a tumbler for me for about 5 to 6 days as we were passing through again on the way back, and they did just that. They made my wife super happy, and I will continue to stop and get a coffee there anytime we swing through. There are not to many Starbucks out there that I would praise this much, but by far the hands down best one I have come across. Thanks again to all of the employees there who helped get the tumbler my wife wanted.

Nice place friendly team. However today the girl was moving to fast or not listening. She did not apply my discount after telling me that it would be applied.

I thought the line would be awful but I was wrong! Super easy to get in and out. I know Starbs is experiencing a ton of shortages rn and I so appreciate people like Toby and Dylany who were warm and welcoming 🙏.

Love this place! Its just been remodeled with a beautiful new decor and plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. The baristas are wonderful and make my coffee perfect every time!

Good spot to wait and do work until your ready for airport; however, no external power supply if your laptop needs charge. Looks like inside they have it, but with outside dining only theres nothing available.

This is a really nice location. You can grab a coffee and enjoy the rest of the day shopping or coming back from shopping. Good stuff and parking close. Very good and winning location!

I love this place cause you can relax here before the long day. Parking spots are usually available. Barista is very helpful and can explain the process of making a good coffee and even interesting fun facts.

Yeah, downloaded the app, updated everything, put in my payment info.... go to select this store on the app and tmit wont work so I come here..... guess what?! The girl at the front tries to tell me its not her problem because they have been getting mobile orders. So I show her my phone, o show her how it says specifically that this specific store says unavailable for online order but a batista would be happy to take my order..maybe she will help fix it, or yknow, get someone who can help.. NOPE, just gave me a hard time and told me to update my already fully updated phone. I am now standing here watching the two men who came after me try and figure out which coffee was theirs as she just dumped them on the table and walked away from them.Her name was Sofia and maybe a manager might want to do something about training their employees on not being difficult.Too bad I didnt get Steph, shes always polite and helps the customers clearly and isnt all stiff and difficult about things!

As I always say “ Customer Service Is An Art” I Love Starbuck coffee and cold brews they make in general but this place has great customer service skills + Starbuck great hot / cold drinks receipt.

This particular Starbucks is across from where i work. The baristas in the morning, know exactly how to prepare my coffeewhen i arrive. So, they are excellent in customer relations! The store is mid size and for the most part, the bathrooms are clean.

We were in a rush to get on the road and the service was fast and professional; Im very satisfied with both the price and quality of food/drink❤️ thanks for another great stop, Starbucks!Note: this specific Starbucks in Burbank does *not* have a drive thru; still fast!

Nice place to visit and grab a cup of coffee or Latte while shopping at the Empire Shopping center. Good customer service and place to have a rest.

My 4yr old and I came for breakfast on 8/28, the funny, kind, jolly man at the register gave us a big warm welcome and lit up our morning! Unfortunately as accidents happen the drinks spilled causing a scene and huge mess. I was mortified. One staff quickly came to help clean up and provided new drinks without issue. Thank you to the kind woman seated next to me for running to our rescue with napkins. Even though it was a usual busy morning the staff here are great! They are kind, attentive, and have a great system going. The drinks are good, they come out fast and your name is called out clear so the items dont just sit on the counter.

Definitely a hard place to find parking nearby. Once you make your way in to the store youll find it to be in very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is many tables to sit at and many with power outlet to use your laptop to do some work if need to with the free WiFi. There are more tables outside some with shared areas and some without. Its actually a nice spot to just hang out and relax.

I am really concerned about all the people that is not actually consuming any product there, but just using the premises, drinking water provided for free, using bathrooms and internet without paying. A shame while we pay almost for everything.

I stop at Starbucks for all the usual reasons: Quick consistent service, a variety of delectable coffees and sandwiches, generally quiet ambiance, reliable high speed internet (by Google), and more. I give a 5 for my first visit to this location because the server went out his way to give me tips on using the App and other perks.

Not sure what happened today, but the service thus far has not been good, and I just arrived. Waited minimum of 3 but possibly more than 4 min standing at the counter to get a... spoon. I usually rave about this place, bit will see how the rest of the evening goes.

Parking is the absolute biggest hurdle youll encounter at this location. The store front is hidden in the back of the food court. Baristas are pretty darn friendly whenever I frequent this location. The decor is very nice and surprisingly spacious inside.

By far the worst experience not only did I call about my drink being made incorrectly but when I showed up the next after speaking to the assistant store manager they did not apologize nor listen to my drink but made incorrect again and the girl at the bar with blond highlights had a horrible attitude and couldn’t even make fresh pumpkin cream for my drink 3 strikes for this location I wouldn’t recommend going here,

Mobile order is pretty quick and efficient. i ordered a matcha frap yesterday afternoon though, asking for 2 extra scoops of matcha... but my drink was hardly green and didnt taste like matcha. wrote to customer service and they compensated me which was nice! overall, this starbucks has lots of seating for studying/reading!

Nice Starbucks location. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the freeway. This location has some wonderful baristas! C.J. is quite entertaining and friendly, and is my favorite Starbucks barista in the country!

With three people at the counter and no line my husband and I stood there and were totally ignored.. Left after two minutes... NO stars.😒

Another great experience in the typical Starbucks fashion with plenty of outdoor seating. Indoor seating is similar to mid-sized branches, though the lack of power outlets is quite noticeable. Parking can be painful depending on when you visit, but I cant fault them for that.

Its Starbucks. The interior is cosy, not as big as some. If you like Starbucks, youll fit right in.

I been here twice..my laptop usually connects to their wiifi automatic, but here it would say connected but no internet so couldnt even use their WiFi.

Visited this location everyday while attending a conference locally...glad I did! CJ is an amazing barista at this location. He warmly greets you and honestly embodies the meaning of customer service. My colleague and I returned to this location because of CJ. The location is clean and while parking can be tricky, there are plenty of 15 min parking spots that keep people moving. YOU ROCK CJ!

Parking is decent, Wi-Fi is great, there is an atm nearby, and the coffees here are fast!! I love the regular coffee!

The baristas are always accommodating and friendly. The only downside is that parking is sometimes a struggle during lunch, but there are 15 minute spaces in front of Starbucks & Sharkys, if you can snag one.
