Rachel at the Empire Ctr. Target was extremely polite and helpful. Went to look at Costco but daughter didnt like frames there, and its such a hassle to wait a long time, even for adjustments. Optometrists office was too much. Got almost the same frames as her optometrists office but ended up paying almost $100 less at Target, and getting adjustments will be so much easier than either Costco or her optometrists office.

There is no reason to purchase glasses or contacts anywhere else. Selection of frames is impressive with many name brand frames available. At least once a month Target offers a sale or rebate in addition to Red Card members getting 5% off. Lastly, the staff is incredible, especially Moses.

Over the last year of getting new prescription sun glasses and eventually clear glasses, Ive always had great experiences. The staff: Rachel, Angel, and the manager Moses are awesome, helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I tried a few other places, but TARGET OPTICAL has better prices, options and can order anything you want. I recommend that you go to this store and get everything you want here.

I had my first eye vision in a embarrassing long amount of time. But I will say I loved every moment from beginning to end. I went to the optical department at the Burbank Target. Dr Nguyen was great and Rachel at the from was just as pleasant . I don’t normally post reviews but I felt it would be fair to not share my experience.

Funny enough I had the same doctor I had a few years ago. the staff was very helpful when I was there. I had a hard time finding glasses because Im really picky. they were very helpful when I needed to find the contacts. I love going here I wouldnt go anywhere else I tried other places but it wasnt the same.Most places I go to dont have many options I had about 20 or so choices. I recommend this place to anyone Dont always listen to the bad reviews check it out first for yourself. If you mess up your own prescription thats on you. And they have a really good return policy so always be nice to your optician

Theyre very nice but just not trained properly in what they sell, which is glasses. when one has this type pf job, one must understand various shapes and colors of peoples faces so one can recommend the best options. however, it does not happen here.

Waited a week for contacts for them to tell me the lab was out of stock. The only reason how I knew this was because I called to check the status. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would have went somewhere else. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this target to anyone.

Dr. Thuy Nguyen was really fantastic. I had scheduled an appointment based upon reviews Ive seen of Dr. Hsu, but Thuy was incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, and thorough in her exam. She likes to talk it up, but its a pleasant, information-laden discussion which adds confidence to the idea youre getting a top notch exam. I know this sounds superficial, but she has a lovely voice, too. Everything is well articulated and easy to absorb. For some people, thats a big deal. Me, I just require someone who knows what theyre doing -- and she easily fits that bill.The sales department is what it is -- a sales department which probably works off some commission based pay scale, so theyll attempt to up-sell you whenever possible. Just stay firm with what you want, and theres no hassle.Also, let me be clear in pointing out, the Optometrist is separate from the Sales department.

Very bad doctor. Gave wrong prescrition and had terrible headaches.
