Besides the Big Chill plaint tart, my favor yogurt in Santa Monica. Pinkberry is my second. Too bad most of the pink berry arent self serve. But the quality is genuine good.

Worst place you could ever be for yogurt. The price way high compare other yogurt places!!!!! No free water

Ill do a 4 because they gave me fast service due to the fact that they were annoyed with the 2 ladies in front of me who didnt know what they wanted. I knew what I wanted. Although the lady tried to give me less than is customary, she accidentally gave me exactly what I wanted. I would have been upset if I was an ordinary customer, but luckily I am abnormal. Original tart, oreo and toasted almonds is the best combo btw (you will not be disappointed). Overall, they actually had really bad service.

This place is my biggest weakness. The best fro-yo money can buy. This location is surrounded by great eateries and things to do. Her you can customize your own bowls with toppings and flavors. My favorite spot for fro-yo!

Always love Pinkberry, but visited the store on March 3 and customer service was HORRIBLE! I asked for fresh bananas (there were none) and waited they never came. Desiree rang me up and I paid. I then asked about the bananas and she never even apologized just went back and got them and put them in a separate bowl and then weighed them and charged me again. When I questioned her she rolled her eyes and was rude. One of the worst customer service transactions I’ve ever experienced. We even at one point asked about restroom and she was like the key is right here (pointing to the side of the counter where it was hidden) and then she grabbed it and handed it to me. Again, very rudely. She honestly seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want anything to do with talking to customers. I watched her interact with others and she wasn’t friendly with anyone. Multiple times she disappeared into back and people walked in and saw no employees!

Skeet on samples and on value. The ice cream was ok, what youd expect but way over priced compared to yogurtland which is walking distance from this one (seriously maybe 100 feet away). The staff was not knowledgeable about how to use the register which caused unnecessary delays. The owner had to step in several times which I feel bad since Im sure he just wants to hire someone competent so he doesnt have to be there all the time. Not a good value purchase, especially when very good competitors are so nearby.

I do you like this location and I like the self-service not the cleanest of Pinkberry what do I enjoy the kids like all the flavors here so does the wife and then we’ll schedule a movie right next-door or go for a walk up and down the street

You know the drill. Sneak in as many free samples as you can before they make you buy, then load up your cup and get into a sugar coma. Try everything.

Exactly what you would expect from a self-serve frozen yogurt place. Nothing really outstanding or poor about it.

Great service

Went with my family and my 4 year old was picking out her toppings before we got the frozen yogurt. Unfortunately an employee was very rude to my daughter because her finger was close to touching the fruity pebbles topping. Said employee didnt bother to say please and wasnt nice about it. She pushed my daughters hand away. Not going back there again anytime soon. A 4 year old doesnt always obey so they should know better and cover the toppings counter or something. I even mentioned that to the supervisor when I called to complain.

Pinkberry is meh in my opinion due to the lack of flavor variety and Im not a topping person...this location has a bunch of flavors however. More like a yogurtland. Pretty nice and right by the theater if you have a wait.

PinkBerry, just imagine yogurtland but twice as good.
