Came here from Canada knowing that In-N-out is a must try. Got there biggest burger with the animal fries. The fries were definitely overrated and weren’t tasty enough to finish. The burger was juicy and had a lot of lettuce and tomatoes which is what I’m not used to. Would definitely be a good alternative to McDonald’s and other cheap fast food competitors.

Really awesome burger. The drive through here is very busy. Parking is also available at this location but, make sure you park legally and in spots not belonging to other businesses that share the parking lot. There were seats available when I was there. There was a huge line but, the cashiers took the orders efficiently. The bathrooms were very clean.

Good food, mostly going for hot chocolate. Kitchen floor must be dry, if Health inspector see this... not good

Ive been going for almost 17 years and I have yet to be disappointed by the service. Super friendly staff and great food. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for good burgers and even better fries.

Classic American burger and fries. very fresh and hearty burger. satisfying and hits the spot for a burger craving. the fries were from a whole potato cut fresh and deep fried, like you made them at home. the pink lemonade was like a stand in your neighborhood. best quick burger on the west coast

During these times, the drive thru is my preferred method of satisfying my In-N-Out urge at this location. If it is a popular time, the drive thru line will extend out on to San Fernando Blvd up toward the Mattress Firm store to the north and you may have a wait... A worker will take your order on a tablet then you will pay at the first window, pick up your food at the second window. If you need ketchup for your fries 🍟 be sure to ask (they usually ask you)

I went here with my family after we touched down at Burbank airport. It is our tradition to eat at In-N-Out Burger on our way home from vacation. The place was pretty standard for an In-N-Out Burger, and we did not have any problems with service or quality of food. Everything was pretty well laid out and the drive-through went smoothly. The only reason why I adopt a star is because it was pretty busy and it took a long time to get our food. But not a big deal.

I moved away from Southern Cali some years ago. The one thing I missed was In-N-Out Burger. It was awesome going back there for a cheeseburger, fries, milkshake,and my daughter had the fries animal style. It was all AWESOME!

Its a standard In-N-Out. A must have if youre in the LA area. These fine people did forget part of my order, but that was rectified immediately so I wouldnt ding them for it. Efficient and tasty. Unfortunately, this one is not on Camrose. They do have good burgers though, Walter.

Love every time that I see In-N-Out burger, and I have to get it, their burgers are so delicious, the French FRIES so fresh and a chocolate milkshake is awesome, I always will find an excuse to eat at In-n-out and the personnel are very nice, polite, friendly, and most of all very professional 😉👍🎉

As always no matter which In & Out you go to the quality is always the same and service is always great. I make it s point to go to an In & Out anytime i travel and there is one nearby. I can always count on the same great burger every time. Double Double Animal style every time for the WIN!

Worst In n Out I have ever had, maybe they need to be retrained on how to make the food. And whats funny is that they had the shortest drive through line I have seen in a long time. SMDH

Good burgers and animal fries. Ive been here in the past and waited A LONG time! This time they had someone in the line taking the orders which allows them to make them faster than having to wait to make them when one barely makes it to the speaker and orders. Great idea which has sped up on the drive thru by 100%!

In-n-Out never ever disappoint everybody has their favorite and I can guarantee you once you go there and find out which one it is for you you will keep coming back why is there always a line at the In-N-Outs simple food is good prices are great quality is always consistent.

Always a LONG line at the drive through and wondered what would make people willing to sit in long lines when other chain restaurants nearby had no line. Skip the fries and get a great juicey burger with a Neapolitan shake (all 3 flavors in one, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate).

Typical fast food joint, but the one thing that majorly stood out to me was the service!! Staff was super friendly and attentive. They hustled taking orders, preparing orders and clearing tables. They did their job with a smile and were just really welcoming and kind. My entire party was really taken aback by the great service. Well done!

Depending on where you are driving from Google navigation will send you onto first street with the expectation that you can turn left to get into the drive thru. This is not what in n out wants you to do, and if you dont realize it isnt a viable option, you will have cars squeezing you out leaving you in the middle of a dangerous intersection. They used to have signs to prevent this, accordingly to workers - but the city in its wisdom, made them take the signs down. Im leaving five stars because this is not their fault. But please be careful, and check the navigation.

It was late. I was hungry. I figured I wanted a burger, so I went to in and out. They close at 1:30 a.m. . At least, the line was not long like it was the other day.I would recommend that if the line is long, find a parking place and walk in. Even with employees outside with tablets, its much quicker to go inside and order your burger.

I absolutely luv In & Out... but I stopped eating red meat over a year ago, so my girlfriend suggested I try their grilled cheese (animal style) with fries and a coke. I cant tell you how much I didnt even miss the burger patty! The flavors were all still there and it was as every bit as filling without any regrets!

My favorite burger place to go to. This location can be very busy especially with their limited parking spots. During the day time you should avoid parking where the drive thru line is because youll get stuck there. I always get my 3x3 Protein Animal Style with no onion, no pickles and add chopped chili. My only complaint would be that they need to wrap their burgers better if you get protein style.

Delicious! Prayers have been answered and now their fries actually taste really good. Also liked their new touchless fountain drink dispenser.

What can is say it is an In-N-Out, amazing. PSA of the day: you need to be getting grilled onions and chopped chilies on your burgers.

Went to This place because everyone in California raves about it. I will take my Texas Whataburger and busy Chick-fil-a drive-thru any day over In-N-Out. Burgers were decent, fries were terrible, and customer service was lacking. We told the employee that we had never been there before. He looked confused and just showed us the menu. We asked if they had kid’s meals, and his response was we could just get a plain burger.

Stay calm when you see this place packed.Try their animal style burgers. 🤘If youre watching your carb intake, you can get a burger protein style which means the buns are replaced with lettuce.

I have been waiting for years to have one of these burgers. It did not disappoint, but next time just a single cheeseburger. Fries are just about the worst. They taste like potato sticks out of a can, hence the three stars.

As busy and good as any other in-n-out. I hope they have a bigger parking space for a drive through, but nothing else to complain. I thought it would be quiet due to a construction near by but it was busy as usual.

Incredible in every way! The service, taste, and especially value were crazy incredible! I was happy that I was able to order my hamburger “protein style” which meant it was wrapped in lettuce instead of the carbs of a bun. I have been to many of these burger joints in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. They are consistently good throughout the country. The fries and shakes are outstanding as well. I know a lot of reviewer‘s don’t seem to like their fries, but I love them! They are cut and made fresh here daily. They actually taste like potatoes. The best burgers I’ve ever had in my life!

Food always fresh and fast service, always double check your order, I always ask for extra lettuce, maybe 1 out of 7 time the order will correct.

Not trying to hate, but didnt live up to the hype. I think the hype may have been too much hype; quite possibly an impossible mark to meet, but nevertheless it did fulfill what the hype had lead me to expect.

OMG I love going to In-N-Out once a week, on the weekend. I look forward to it all week and it never lets me down. This location has great service and burgers. Some people don’t like the fries here but I’ve always loved them. I just had my weekend double double and fries and it is just so good!

Im from Illinois, so burger spots dime a dozen. Unfortunately In out was not that good, good if coming from club, bar, or just 4 foodies. No disrespect just not that impressed

I had a protein style burger. Literally if the person that prepared it knew im a starving monster from not having bread and sugar, maybe they could nicely add more lettuce.the meat was cooked well . The drive thru was quick .. and I will request extra lettuce on my next visit..

I had a simple order and I had to reapeat it 5-6 times. Then to top it off they still got my 3 of the items on my order wrong. All i ordered were 2 regular burgers, 2 large drink and fries. They gave me animal style burger and 2 small floats.

I waited in line for no less than 35 minutes. That was expected. If I could rate it minus 10 I would. Honest to gosh the French fries were stone cold and soggy! The burgers were cold!! Had to microwave both in order to eat them!! I filed a complaint to their corporate office. We have never experienced this before. Wont be going back!!

They keep forgetting to add ketchup so I have to keep going through the drive through..That can be rough on the gas tank. Especially, with these insane gas prices..
