Great selection of toys especially trucks, Legos, and sporting goods.

All cashiers were open with not many people in line and they still took forever as I observed the cashiers team members they still had the nerve to play a joke over the intercom on a off duty employee.....crazy never coming back

My kids enjoy the store and the selection.

This is my favorite TRU store in Los Angeles County. staff are always helpful and try their best to find what youre looking for.

Old,dumpy and very dirty store. No organization at all, and employees are far and few. Toys are very much overpriced and likely the reason this company is going out of business. Shop on Amazon instead.

I truly appreciate the wonderful staff at the Burbank Toys R Us. We got there 4 minutes before closing time and yet were graciously welcomed. We were allowed to find what we needed without being rushed.. This meant a lot to us as we needed to buy a last minute gift and were leaving early in the morning with no time left to buy it elsewhere. Excellent customer service!

This review doesn’t just apply to the Burbank store but also to Toys R Us in general. I placed an order online using a gift card and chose store pick up for two of the three items ordered. The Burbank store cancelled the order for one of the items they did not have in stock, and offered no options like ship-to-home or shopping credits I could use right away. I was told I needed to order the cancelled item again if I still want it. Another problem was the money was taken out of the gift card when I tried ordering it again. Called their support the next day and was told it would take from 24-48 hours to get my money back. Called again after 60 hours as I still had no money back on the gift card. The agent tried helping me and put me on hold for what seemed like eternity, only to hang up on me after I told her that me having to wait 7-10 days to get the missing amount was simply unacceptable. Called back and spoke to yet another agent who did transfer to a supervisor who offered nothing better than the second agent. So beware when you shop at Toys R Us. They are quick to take your money, but don’t care about things when they screw up. And trying to get decent customer service/support from them seems like a lost cause.TL;DR – Toys R Us is effed up like a football bat. Take your business to stores who treat their customers better.

This place was amazing, most all items were in stock, even the Cat Boy youth bike. There were a variety of toys, bikes, dragons, Dinos, dolls, scotters, skates &skate boards, an assortment of Educational books, and even horns for the youth bikes. The staff was helpful, cashiers worked fast and efficiently to assist the customers. Great environment for parents and children. Ample parking for all, store was easily accessible.

So sad to see this iconic company leaving. Walked in and there was still some stuff available. Having a baby soon so all their sales are coming in handy. For now there is a good amount of stuff but Im sure once prices keep dropping its going to go fast

Its a great store to find most toys for kids. I wish the book section was larger and in one central location. Also wish they had comic books. Its a large store, people are friendly and helpful. **this was a toys r us, so sad its closed, I spent lots of time here with my two sons.

It is one of the most nostalgic stores we can all relate to growing up, that being said, i can recommend this place to you all great service,great holiday deals, the feeling of playing with toys again just brings the kid out of me. The only downs side that i must point out its not the store or employees but many costumers who take advantage of the service they are given. People who feel superior to employees are just a disgraceful thing to whitness. I feel bad for the employee s. Please support this store i find it a great place begin traditions.

Big Toy Store!!! Big selection of toys, at various price points to fit all budgets. Store is well laid out, clean isles and section marked easy to find. They have price scanners through out the store making it easy to check prices before you commit to the item. Staff is very friendly and willing to help (although sometimes floor staff is a hard to find). Plenty of parking in front of the store. Store is clean inside and out. We are reward members, if you shop often, get the rewards card, its FREE. we get coupons, etc... My kids love this store, but honestly, what kid wouldnt.

The Service: Not a lot of staffs on duty. Because no enough manpower, the store is very unorganized. You can see toys on the floor, lots of mess on the shelf.The Store: Very run down store.... Merchandise are outdated. It is considered a small Toys R Us store.The Parking: Big plaza parking lot, sharing with other retailers. ALWAYS have parking spot

Now that the stores are closing, they have great items at great discounts. Make your children happy by visiting one of the stores before they close. My son was and I went and seeing his face and smiles and laughs is priceless.

The team was super helpful even though we were there 30 min before closing looking for something we found on line (Jumanji board game). They went above and beyond to try to help us find it. Although they didnt have what we were looking for we still found a fun game to buy (Classic Edition Operation).

Toys R Us you will always be in our memories . This is the real true happiest place on Earth . You can go anytime of the year even if its not Christmas or your birthday . Toys R Us is the greatest place to shop for a quick and fast gift for that special someone. Thanks for the years of bringing smiles of every child from around the world and service . Christmas time was actually the best customer service Ive ever experienced..they ran the store like a well oiled machine...I think its because they hired extra staff...you were always able to find someone to help and they were each very cordial and helpful...the rest of the year..well.. thats a different story. Its unfortunate that because they make so much money and we as parents needing to buy special toys that are priced sometimes lower than Target or Kmart/Walmart, were forced to go there...have no choice but to put up with their shenanigans.

It was the best source to buy Toys, games, bikes, you name it for the longest time. We spent tons of money there and raised 2 kids inside those walls. Thanks for all of the memories, but I guess its time to grow up....for all of us ToysRUs kids.

What happened to the giraffe that used to walk around the store? No more swings in front. Everything is packaged. You cant play with anything. Its boring and looks too much like a warehouse rather than a toy store.Its pricey.But, they do have everything youre looking for. Just dont fall asleep slumped over your cart while searching for your needs.

Great little toys are us. Good selection of toys, is not as big as some of the others Ive been to, but that makes it easy to navigate and find toys. There baby section was smaller than usual, but then this is not a babies are us.

Couldnt find anyone to help me with bikes. So I went to the cashiers (there was 4 Just standing around) and I was told someone would be right with me. 15 minutes later no one showed up. Went back up to the cashiers who told me the bike I wanted was out of stock when I never told him which bike I wanted. ?????? Really???? Never going to give toys r us a penny of my money with that kind of service

The manager there is the worlds most rudest human being... Just the thought of him is pissing me off... He follows you makes you feel very uncomfortable if you ask him a question gives you attitude etc... I use to go to toys r us about once a week... Now I stay as far away as possible... Other than that... The rest of the employees are cool... Helpful... Place is usually clean and organized...

Its the last major toy store chain. This store is nice and spacious. Has a lot of more items them the one at Glendale but this store has a small baby section.

Visited for last minute Christmas shopping and surprisingly wasnt too bad checking out. It shares a parking lot with a restaurant and other shops though so be aware parking could be tough during the holidays.

So sad. Trips to Toys R Us were some of my greatest memories from childhood - and I am honestly scared to bring my kid here. And in BURBANK! There is no excuse for the condition this store is in. Burbank has some of the highest grossing stores in the country for dozens of national chains. The fact that Toys R Us has completely abandoned all hope for this store is a shame. Its worth the reinvestment! Bring it up to date!

What can you say about toys r us when you see how happy your kids are when coming into parking lot! Got some good purchases there on items that were retired from radio flyer and when do you retire a 2 seaters red wagon, my kids love it on rides around the neighborhood!

Funny experience, I was walking around picking up some toys for my daughter with my headphones in talking to my wife on the phone when a staff member jumped out and said excuse me sir, weve been closed for about 15 minutes. Lol. Friendly, cool, and nice about it. They still checked me out and were awesome about the whole thing. I like this place. A little on the messy side though.

I have been coming here as a kid and always loved it,, I am happy to say I can bring my son here and he loves it, for the most part everyone is nice and helpful. I like that its always clean and if they dont have something they will order for you.

A great selection of toys and the staff seems to be knowledgeable and willing to help. There is never a problem parking and it is a treasure Trove for the small ones in your charge

I never write reviews but I had the worst time here. My wife, baby & I came on a restock day and it was frustrating. We had a hard time getting to the isles because boxes blocked our stroller. The employees squeezed past us with big boxes crowding where we where. And none of them asked if we needed help or waited for an opening, they where just trying to get the job done. Which. I get it. But it just felt like we shouldnt be there. Then once we didnt find what we where looking for we decided to get some batteries and it took FOREVER. to. check. o.u. t

We love Toys R Us!!!! So its so heartbreaking that the stores are going out of business!😟 Its a dang shame how so many great businesses are going down! With so many other companies being affected its obvious that its due to online shopping and of course their numbers being down. People, stop being so lazy n go shop on location. Technology is some ways is ruining our society. Although online shopping could be fun and definitely convenient, its sucking the greatness of human interaction. Love you Toys R Us and hope you make a comeback!

Found excellent gifts, one for a white elephant office gift, and the other for an 18 month old. Check out was quick.

It looks like the employees have a hard time keeping everything neat but thats understandable since it is a lot of kids running around lol

Good collections.They have almost all type of toys for all age group.good thing is they have seperate books section with good collection. All the staff members are nice and cooperative.

So sad. This use to be the Mecca of toys. They have become very expensive. Went in to see their going out of business sales to walk in and see sales of only 5 to 15 percent off. The only thing that was 40% off were greeting cards. The store was empty and shelves still full stocked. Even when are going out of business they still holding on to their high prices

I think the lady at the customer service kiosk was upset at me for picking up my online order. The entire store reminded me of what KB Toys was like before they all shut down. I dont want to live in a world with no TRU. #SAVETOYSRUS

Been shopping here since my 16 year old daughter was little girl and still shopping for friends children and has always been a great place for toys and nice friendly employees!!

It smells like piss as soon as you step inside this toys r us the store itself is very dirty and some products were very dusty. Its pretty grimy for a toys r us and especially because its a BabiesRUs too ! I wouldnt like to step in there again.

First time i was able to purcharse more toys for my kids they are closing the store

To be honest I didnt care too much for this restaurant, my sister like the food. My husband loved his carne asada tacos. I had the fideo soup.I wont do that again. However I did take a bite of my husbands taco and it was delicious. We also ordered an appetizer with guacamole. That wasnt too good. The guacmole haf a different taste to it.

I have been coming to this store for many years, and unfortunately there has been little to no improvement. The store feels very run down. Additionally, the last time I browsed the electronic section there was no stock on staple products such as Nintendo 3ds.

Had to wait while the clerk opened a credit card account for the customer was at the in front of me!! The customer couldnt decide so the clerk finally talked her into it as thewalked up line got longer and my waiting time to pay was now going on 10 mins. As the line continued to grow to about 6 customers behind me, they called me to the customer service line to pay..but as I brought my 2 items over but the clerk took someome else that just walked up before me! (it took me all of 2 seconds) There was a problem with his card so now I had been waiting over 15 minutes!! The other 6 people that were behind be in the original line had paid for their items and were gone!! Im a store cashier in a grocery store!! I know things happen!! But. To have cashiers have to stop the flow of the line got paying customers to to open credit card accouts while others wait is Bad Customer Service!! I wont be shopping at your stores again and will let let everyone I know where your priorities lie!!

Need to change the whole staff and the computer system.. First i bought a formula milk and dont have cash i used my debit card and after i swipe it it declined, i used another card declined again they said someting wrong in my bank account, but when i used it to another transaction not in babies ur us its working so the problem is from babies r us system not from my bank account... it was happened almost two months ago.. Now recently we bought a boxes of diapers and baby formula i supposed to use 3 gift cards that we got as a gift from a baby shower and then suddenly the cashier said its no fund at all but how come 3 gift cards no fund? We went to another babies r us in Panorama and we tried to use those giftcards and it works overthere... I dont know whats wrong in Babies r us in Burbank.. Whoever in charge in your branch you should hire the staff that capable to help and assist the customers. And they should learn about their product so that everytime the customers ask something they can help rightaway.. Im living in Burbank but now i preferred to go to Panorama branch the staff are nice and friendly and helpful😂😬😬😬

Big box toy store with a large variety of toys for kids from 1 to 92. The parking lot at this location can get pretty busy between the restaurant, Burger King and Hobby Lobby that share it. They do not allow Apple or Android Pay even though their registers technically can accept it. Managements excuse is that there is a lot of fraud with those forms of payment. Like credit cards are never stolen or scanners malware-hacked... Pretty silly.

This is a good place to buy toys. Also the staff is very friendly.

Visited during the store closing sale. Not sure if, or when it is going to close, but the store was in a state of chaos, and many items were gone.

Didnt have the item I was shopping for but the associate was able to let me know at which of their stores I could find it.
